Negative experience: Witness driving behind them some serious dangerous driving... tailgating, on the brakes every 2 seconds, harsh acceleration to brake 2 seconds later, weaving about everywhere. More drivers with an eBay licence. Absolutely appalling driving! Do not use them.

Negative experience: Inconsiderate driver parks outside my house when his own driveway has no cars on it and stopping my daughter from parking her car we live in a narrow cul de sac with limited parking for residents with no driveways. Persists to park mini bus down the street taking up two spaces and no response to emails that I have sent to company complaining!!!

Fantastic experience: Shaz travels have been taking my son to school for a year and they have been consistent unlike other companies. My son has enjoyed going to school all because of his journey. The taxi driver is amazing with him and makes my son feel comfortable. The communication with the staff are fantastic. I’m hoping that the local council give the contract to Shaz travel again.

Negative experience: Dangerous drivers. Well exceeding speed limit with vulnerable children in back. Disgraceful owner who has personally told me he does care
