Negative experience: Very unhelpful. The lady refused help us because we didn’t have a local address or the fact that are British citizens.

Negative experience: We were sold a balcony cabin with a sea view, this is what we were given. Hays travel should make people aware if there are going to be obstructions. Over priced and completely mislead. When reporting the issue hays have only passed the buck onto the cruise liner when all this should have been brought to our attention from the start,They didn’t inform us of this as they knew we would Not have booked therefore they would have lost a sale, however still took our money and allowed to mislead us! I would strongly avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

Negative experience: Went to Hayes today and was completely ignored .Sat waiting 30 mins while other people came in after us and got seen before us .totally unacceptable. Won't be going back
