Negative experience: I called royal caribbean, and they cut into the line, pretending to represent and be a royal caribbean employee. Since i've booked all the reservations to royal caribbean, I knew that we were unable to change our reservation and was calling to cancel.. This guy Brock, search just outrageous amount to change the booking different portive, call different ship, and we would have lost everything we would have been at the wrong place. At the right time on the wrong ship with no money and no cruise!! Now we're fighting with the credit card company.And this guy insists he made the changes when he did absolutely nothing and would have cost us.Everything avoided all costs worse mistake.Ever total scam?They need to go onto the better business bureau and be reported.I'll do that next

Negative experience: I booked an expensive trip to Australia over a week ago Monty was.most.helful and managed to save me £670 However I'd already paid more so was promised a refund I have been waiting for over 1 week and each time I telephone to enquire where it is I am fobbed off with " I'll email the accounts department " I am losing interest on the money and need it to pay bills.

Negative experience: This company is a scam. Answered our call saying they were answering for American Airlines. Never identified themselves as a 3rd party provider. Charged almost $300, to book a flight. What a scam stay away from these limey scammers. Complaints being filed looking at all options for recource at this time.

Negative experience: WORST experience EVER! I bought airline tickets through Frontier Airlines and needed to cancel (for a credit or a refund). When I searched for Frontier cancellation, I clicked on the Travel Unravel website accidently (my first mistake). I was CHARGED $175 to cancel. Then, they required me to reply "All OK" to an email to confirm my cancelation. NOW, I see that I still have my flights...NOT ONLY DID I PAY $175 TO CANCEL, BUT MY FLIGHT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED. Terrible business idea, terrible terrible terrible. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Hi EVERYONE don't use this company the call center is in India, you can go to the location on the address there is no Travel agency here. They will take you money if you are old or young. Stay away from this company at all costs tried to charge a credit £6000 the bank queried then they tried to take half please protect your loved one's lets get them closed down !!!!

Negative experience: I booked a cruise directly through Royal months ago, when I called today to add something I guess I got a 3rd party # which was travel unravel and he spoke so fast I didn’t know it was 3rd party, while looking up both my reservations (I had 2 rooms booked) Shawn claimed he couldn’t find my husbands, after about 20min it magically appeared and he says “looks like you cancelled your reservation” in order to restore it and get everything rebooked and you don’t lose out in a room & the ship get full you have to pay $320, in a panic after many questions to Shawn & him claiming “I can’t see anything on your reservation until you pay” I paid. I got home told my husband and he said I got scammed, to my surprise yes it was a scam and Shawn has stolen $320 from, I confirmed this with Royal Caribbean themselves, they said my booking was never canceled and rebooked. These people are low life roaches, scumbags. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM! Thankfully Amex fought for me and refunded us

Negative experience: They pretended to be Part of Royal Caribbean and sold me the drink packages. Received an invoice for the drink package from Royal Caribbean for $796 and Travel Unravel charged me an additional $996 for nothing. Disputing the charge of $996 with my credit card company. Stay tuned! Called them and they said the person responsible was not in and would call back and I’m still waiting for the call. SCAM

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENT! JAMIE IS A SCAMMER AND GOOD AT IT! booking a girls trip with ny grandmother mom and sister and called the number we found and Jamie answered. My mom did all the talking but asked is he worked at carnival and he said he did so she proceed to book our trip. Paid a $675 deposit and had set up the rest to be paid in full a few weeks later. 4 days after it was supposed to be paid we can't get into out carnival accounts my sister calls to see why and we find out our cruise had been canceled due to non payment. Jamie is irresponsible and his rude supervisor is even worse. They would not refund our money even though it was their fault our trip got canceled and ended up booking with royal carribean. I believe there is a special place beyond this earth for people who take honest people money and that's where Jamie and his supervisor will be going

Negative experience: Thieves! Portrayed themselves as Jet Blue, charged me to change a flight, Jet Blue confirmed there should be no charge for me to change! I’m a senior and this is exploiting the elderly. And they asked if I wanted to switch my seat and I said yes! When I downloaded my boarding pass is when I realized the lie! Negative experience: ☆☆☆BEWARE CRUISERS☆☆☆ I didn't use these people to book my cruise what so ever, I did it all on my own!! Unfortunately, I had to cancel. When I Googled how to do that and for Royal Caribbea's number, the Google search engine apparently gave me the phone number to THIS place. The liar, Dalziel, LEGIT told me he worked for Royal Caribbean and could cancel my cruise!! This guy tried to charge me $550+ to cancel, then told me if I didn't pay it, I would be charged the full amount of the cruise. He had also told me I would get my refund back! I said, so you want me to pay over $1,000 to cancel this cruise, I might as well just go! I obviously went off but because he assured me he was Royal Caribbean, I continued to fall for the SCAM!!!!! After he pissed me off and we had words, I hung up on him. I then looked at the email he sent me and I knew it was a SCAM! (ALWAYS look at the email address of the sender, in this case, was NOT Royal Caribbean). So I immediately called my bank and Royal Caribbean's main number (making sure it was right this time). My bank opened up a fraudulent case and Royal Caribbean didn't keep any or make me pay anything like this SCAMMER DALZIEL tried to do for canceling! I gave Royal Caribbean all the information I had regarding this situation and told them EXACTLY what happened. They told me they would also be investigating this because it DEFINITELY was a SCAM to get my money. Not only did Travel Unravel try to steal my money, they also made me think Royal Caribbean was garbage. When in fact, Royal Caribbean had NOTHING to do with any of this!! When I hung up with the SCAMMER, DALZIEL, I told him "Have the day you deserve"... I guarantee you, I will make sure everyone knows that this company is out here SCAMMING people!! People, PLEASE, DO NOT BOOK with this company and if you need to call about an airline, cruise, etc... Check your number several times and make sure you're speaking to the REAL people. Negative experience: Impersonated Alaskan Airlines and deceived me to steal my credit card information while I was trying to add my pet to a flight. Their number somehow popped up on the Alaskan website. Was trying to charge me $498 in total before I realized I messed up. Never asked me what breed of dog or anything. The real Alaskan had never heard of these people and you arent supposed to even pay for your dog until you check in to your flighy. SCAM SCAM SCAM FILTHLY ILLEGAL OVERSEA SCAM ARTISTS

Negative experience: Thought I was calling royal Caribbean to book a trip. Asked if I could secure the room for 24 hours and make sure I could get the itinerary correct before booking. Said 100 dollars would secure it and charged me 500 dollars on my card. Couldn’t get it correct for me and now I’m out 500 instead of 100 as promised Do not use this deceptive company. Stay away!

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY BUNCH OF FRUADS!!! If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Wow where do I start. So my mum bought a return ticket on her which cost nearly £3000 to Dominica. She was meant to travel in October the 17 2023. However my mum fell sick and was hospitalised therefore she couldn’t use the ticket anymore because of how ill she was. My mum eventually passed away 3 months later. During this time, we informed the company about my mum’s illness and explained to them that she will not be able to travel because of how ill she is. The company refused to give a refund and requested for medical evidence, which is completely confidential seeing the severity of my mums illness as she was basically told that she hasn’t got long to live. Barring in mind they never gave a refund. I called this company back and explained to them that my mum has passed and as her daughter I’m dealing with her financial affairs and I would like to know the refund policy because I believe my mum was owed a refund. I spoke to someone called Steve. Steve was extremely rude. Never once said sorry for your lost and explained to me that I have no right to get a refund as it’s my mum that died not me, and this ticket was booked a year ago. I literally hung up the phone on him baring in mind I’ve just lost my mum and I have to deal with insensitive manner of this company and the employees especially Steve. I have now taken this to small claims court as I believe that the team is extremely rude and are thieves. As I am my mums next of kin, I am entitled to claim a refund on her behalf. Stay clear from this company. You’re better off with Ryanair. These are fraudulent people.

Negative experience: My family and I decided to book our first vacation in several years. After much deliberation we settled on a cruise. My mom wanted to book through the phone so she called a number that claimed to be associated with the cruise line we had chosen. An agent by the name of Jamie answered the phone and was very friendly. My mother asked him directly if we were speaking to the official cruise line. He said yes. Not once did he say that he was a part of an 3rd party travel agency. Over the course of the conversation he presented prices that were thousands of dollars over what was presented on the cruise lines website. After pressure on our end he said he made a mistake and booked us at the price that was marked on the cruise lines website. He then asked if we were interested in booking an excursion. We said yes. On the cruise lines website the prices were listed as $144.99 for adults and $139.99 for a child. For the 3 of us it should have equaled $424 total. Jamie then Said that the total was $733 including a mandatory gratuity. After we paid in full and hung up the phone we get a call 10 minutes later from the ACTUAL cruise line. And this is when we find out we had been lied to and taken advantage of. The gratuity that Jamie claimed we had to pay did not go to the excursion it went to him directly. He told multiple lies throughout our interaction. We cancelled the excursion and when asked for the “gratuity” back was told there would be no refund. Do not trust this company, they lie to and take advantage of hard working people.

Negative experience: First of all this is my personal and only experience with Travel Unravel my purpose of giving this review is to highlight the difficulties of getting a refund, l always book my flights directly with the airline airline, unfortunately an ex friend mother booked this as a part of a large group booking for a Caribbean Cruise which was scheduled for August of 2020, which got cancelled due to covid-19. I would never have booked this this travel agency, just to get the refund on the taxes on the flights took almost two months, l was met with excuses that there was technical glitches with the payment system, this in my opinion is unacceptable. I am not looking for a response from from Unravel l have made my point that other potential customers need to be aware of.

Negative experience: This is a pretty sophisticated scam. They pose as customer support for a number of legit airlines including spirit, KLM, Qatar, United, etc. If you are so trusting as to give them your credit card info, they'll book in your name, then add a few hundred bucks fees - 'tax', or maybe 'software fee', it changes depending on who you ask - and since they have the confirmation codes they can cancel your flight if you don't pay up. To get out of the scam: get the email addr. associated with the flight changed by going online with frontier (or whatever airline you thought you were booking). Once the email addr. is changed the scammers can no longer access your ticket. Stop payment on their fee and you are good to go.

Negative experience: *SCAM* buyer beware , sept 10th. very good service so I trusted them because I didn’t want to be out on hold. They charged me 244$ flight reinstatement fee for a return flight they had said and confirmed had been cancelled. The flight was NEVER cancelled as my travel mates called the actual airline to check. Negative experience: These people are scammers. They make it seem like they are an official airline and organise their website as though you are speaking to the actual airline. It's only after you pay their exorbitant fees and get email confirmations that you realise they are a third party travel agent collecting exhorbitant fees for standard changes and requests. Negative experience: DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY BASED IN INDIA WITH A UK PO. They took 2.8k for flights from my elderly gran. These got cancelled during covid and they refused to refund or rebook. I found alternate flights for 1.6k but they wanted another 1.8k to rebook these. Which would be a total of 4.4K. To date no refund or rebooking have been made. They will reply to this saying to respond to make it seem like they have a customer service - they don’t. Do not be caught out by the reviews they post about themselves

Negative experience: Very unreliable and dishonest. update June 2023- I started legal proceedings and they finally processed my refund. I purchased a ticket for my mum during the COVID RESTRICTIONS and they never advised that at the time only US citizens and US residents were allowed to travel therefore when my mum went to the airport she was denied flight and sent back home. Although I contacted them straightaway, they kept saying that they will try to sort it out and it took forever. It has been two years and throughout this time, I have contacted them more than 100 times and spent several hours on the phone trying to get either a refund or get another ticket but the tickets they offer are way more expensive than what I can find myself on the websites. I am taking a legal action against them and will update my feedback after the court hearing.

Positive experience: I would like to complement Albert for his professionalism and incredible patience in helping me rebook my flight from the UK back to Kenya on the 15th February 2023. He reconnected with me on two occasions after the initial flight had been booked: the first time to give me a quicker and more direct flight to Mombasa and the second time to give me the option to reschedule, free of charge because of my uncertain medical appointments. Negative experience: Firstly, the company’s number came under the Aegean Google search which is wrong to start with. I called to ask a question regarding travel documents and mr Albert after promptly answering offered to book the tickets for me. I politely denied and he insisted. He tried to book tickets 100 pounds more expensive than the ones you can find online for the same day. When I told him that I want to cancel the transaction he said it was too late which was untrue. Negative experience: What a horror show The 1st thing wrong is Raymond represented himself as a employee of a major airlines. Secondly they picked up in 10 seconds. Nobody does when a major snowstorm is on the way.Raymond made all the changes for $1500 but all the changes were free because of storm. When he put the charge through he told my wife, just push OK. Negative experience: They aren’t the airline. There are a travel agent who will add an additional large cost into a change of booking. They will alter the booking by saying they are you when they are not. AVOID. If you want a specific airline download their app and go from there.

Negative experience: I have booked my flight with this company but had to cancelled the flight due to the quarantine rules in Malaysia and advised the agent well in advance. I was told that I can only receive future credit note and not cash refund ! (This is not true according the the Covid rule and the legal advise I have received). I called few months later to extend the credit note they have offered and only upon my call they advise I can get cash refund but only partial cash refund (I assume they have collected the full fund from the airline long time ago as BA was penalised for not providing cash refund to customers due to Covid). Following my call they also sent an email to me regarding the partial refund. I have called to ask for refund but not partial refund. At no point contact was made with me earlier to advise that I am entitle to any cash refund (they just want me to book another flight with them with the future credit note). Today I was told I will receive only £126 cash refund and I have paid £560 towards my ticket - not partial after all. So I am going to make a complaint to the manager tomorrow and would like to see how this will be resolved as I want my full refund which is permitted under Covid rules but never received the correct advice on this matter from this company and i will update this review upon my discussion. I will take this to Atol if I am not satisfied with the outcome and also will make claim for all the stress they have put me in the last 2 years!!! Please keep away from them best to book your flight directly with airline. The company is also so unprofessional and would not assist their customer to make a complaint even though this process can provide improvements to their service delivery, this is base from my interaction with the staff member when I requested for complaints details from staff member, the staff member advise don’t bother with requesting refund just go and make complaint to Atol! If only I can give no star that will be a true reflection of the company.

Negative experience: Dodgy, shady, lies, broken promises. Booked flights, had to change them, travel unravel made the change £50 but charged us £259. Covod cancelled our flights. We got our original flight money back but travel unravel has yet to refund our additional flight change which was made via them for £259. This has been going on since Feb 2022. Over 200 emails and 50 calls. And still nothing. Avoid avoid avoid.

Negative experience: Do not use this company!! They are a nightmare to deal with, they are absolute crooks. Grace is the rudest person ever she should not be in a customer service role. We have never received such poor service and been told so many lies, due to government guidelines banning travel our flights had to be cancelled, the airline promptly refunded them in full which we found out on our own at first they denied and then after several calls and threats to contact Visa they agreed but still they kept our money for 2 months and still had the audacity to take a fee off our refund. We will never use these ever again!! Do yourself a favour and dont use these people you will regret.

Negative experience: Bad experience. Rachel an employee of this company gave me the impression she works or they work together with Emirates airlines. Just to upgrade my fight she took £1498 from my card, called back that Emirates wanted another £715, she asked me to use another card and she will refund me 715 immediately. I queried that but she said she could not pay with their American Express card but she will refund me the difference. She sent confirmation email to that effect. Later got hold of Emirates customer service and they confirmed I have paid £715 to upgrade my flight. Apparently Rachel pretended to be myself, have my card details towards the upgrade. So what the upgrade actually cost was 715 and Rachel took £1498. She did not refund me not till I involved the bank. I have been swindled £783 by Rachel that works for Travel I travel. Please please and please AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They are thieves. The 5* reviews are fake fake fake. Please avoid this company, they are thieves, swindlers. Avoid them please.

Negative experience: Do not use this company. We had to rearrange our flights due to COVID lockdown and they were a nightmare. I was always promised a return call to sort flights and additional costs and didn’t receive. They charged several hundred £’s per person over the ticket price to move it. I was told by airline that they weren’t charging the additional costs, but Travel Unravel denied. I escalated with a Manager and was laughed at. In the end they had us over a barrel so had to pay or forfeit flights completely. I have never received such poor service or felt the need to give a poor rating to any company before this.

Negative experience: Having googled the number for Emirates after an email notification of a flight change my elderly mum rung who she thought was Emirates. But no. It was this “company”. After 2 hours on the phone being told she had to pay £298 in “airport taxes” to change her flight. She paid up. Only then was the name Travel Unravel mentioned. By this point she was flustered and pressured. Once I heard what had happened and on advise from her bank she rung back the next day requesting a refund which was point blank refused as they’d had to pay the money in “airport taxes” to Emirates. Which Emirates say is not true. Words cannot describe the disgust I feel at my parents being taken advantage of like this. This company should not be allowed to trade. I will be taking this further with ATOL. DO NOT GOOGLE COMPANY PHONE NUMBERS.

The travel advisor booked my return for the wrong date despite clear instructions, they then charged me to change the flight at an additional cost of £900! I have tried to speak to a manager but they will not put me through. I wish I had read the reviews first - seems like this is an issue faced by many people

Negative experience: Avoid!! This company is disgraceful in its operation. They took complete advantage of me when my mother had suddenly passed away and pocketed my money whilst I was in an extremely vulnerable state. They have promised a refund each week for the last 4 months and clearly have no intention of keeping their word. Don’t use this entity, don’t trust this entity, avoid at all costs they will inflate all costs and pocket your hard earned money. I work hard to earn money and yet these absolute cowboys just come along and take it with no repercussion or penalty, disgusting!

Negative experience: Had a really bad experience with Travel Unravel when booking flights with them. Had our flights cancelled due to Covid in 2020 so we rebooked for 2021 they charged us £90 each rebooking fee saying it was a BA charge, again these flights were cancelled which TU said all they would do is offer us vouchers to use for flights anywhere in the world. When we tried rebooking to fly to the same country but different city they advised we were not allowed and said they never agreed the vouchers could be used for any flights. We then said we wanted our money back which they refused saying BA would not allow. We contracted BA who said that was wrong and they would refund TU and also they never charged £90 admin fee. We then had to get our money back in full via Mastercard which paid us back within a few weeks. I would say to anyone not to use TU they lie and customer service is appalling STEER WELL CLEAR there are plenty of other companies that offer the same thing at the same prices

Positive experience: Update: the flight went to plan and there were no issues however I won’t use the company again. I’ve called so many times to resolve my flight issue and each time I’m promised that someone will phone me back or send an email. At this stage I have received no email though they promised it’s sent. It’s not in my junk folder either. I contacted the airline who are willing to refund or give me a credit but it appears travel unravel are the ones refusing. I have discovered I have cancer and need urgent treatment and I don’t know how long the treatment will take. I just hoped to get a credit but so far no one will return my call to help me figure this out. I’ve left at least 4 messages and called countless more times. Avoid this company!! Update: as of now (months later) I have received a credit and communication, and so far I have a new flight reserved. If all goes well with my new flight I will update my review to reflect this.

They say they will phone back and don’t. Took our £880 pounds, flight cancelled through no fault of our own and kept our money. Disgraceful service.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience and extortion of customer's money with disregard to passengers interest and safety. I bought tickets for my family (5 passengers) unfortunately wanted to change the date. The staff asked me to pay a difference of £400 for each passenger eventhough the date I proposed to travel is not a pick period. Meaning the airline sells tickets cheaper than the initial amount I paid. I would not advise anyone to buy ticket from them.

Negative experience: Worst company in the world. There was something wrong with my name due to a misspelling from a US airline, and since I was flying through a British airline they could not change it for me. They said I had to go through the original airline I booked the ticket from and get them to change the name but it was too late and I couldn't even board the flight. Got the number for this business from a relative saying that they will help me, which wow they did not. They wanted to charge me almost 3k USD for the ticket itself and I checked my flight info online and they didn't even get my name right or how much baggage I would be able to take on the plane. They made things 100 times worse for me in the end. So much stress and frustration for nothing. The original airline rebooked me a flight in the end and I am so thankful that my card kept getting declined when I tried to rebook my ticket through this company. Avoid Travel Unravel at all costs.

Negative experience: 1 STAR IS TOO GENEROUS. Took money for flights, £2650, then after waiting for confirmation of the flights for 4 days, i contacted them to find they wanted £85per person an addition, an extra £340 before they booked the flight with the airline. So i cancelled and was told that i'd get the full refund in 3/5 working days. 6 days later no refund, so i called and was told to do a charge back with my bank as it takes 8 weeks to get my refund from them. AVOID doing any sort of business with this shambolic immoral travel company. Trading standards and ATOL will be contacted next.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! There are very cunning and skilled at parting you from your money. Their number will appear following a search for a specific airline. You will get through to a call centre in India. You may believe you are speaking to your airline or you may realise that you have got through to someone else. If you challenge them you will be told that you they are a travel agent based in Harrow who act on behalf of your airline. They will very carefully not specifically say that they are from that airline. They will quickly and efficiently make the changes you require (in our case altering a booking) and then charge you a great deal of money for the privilege. The ‘consultation’ will be quite pressured often pressing you for a decision as ‘flight prices fluctuate quickly’. I suspect that sadly they are not actually doing anything illegal, but they are definitely taking advantage of people who are steered towards them in good faith. Interestingly operatives when asked refuse to give details such as their last name and phone numbers change/come and go quite frequently. I have reported them to ATOL and UK Trading Standards.

Negative experience: Crooks! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! It seems like they prey on the vulnerable (older people) who don’t know about websites like Skyscanner etc that they can book and manage their own flights. These people will rip you off big time! Also the agent we spoke to… I think he said his name was nick was such a terrible guy with a awful and ugly personality. He wouldn’t know good customer service if it hit him in the face. Absolutely chauvinistic and rude. DISGUSTING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!! They put their number under Allegiant airlines heading. I asked the agent if it was allegiant and she said yes! They lied to me and took my money ended up canceling within five minutes after booking due to a manager getting me on a standby flight I asked for my money back and was told I would get a credit anytime I wanted to use it! This was not true because when I tried using it I could see allegiant had two flights available when I called to book the lady told me they were 400 each one they were only 220 each, I told the agent Melania that I was on the website could clearly see each ticket was $220. She lied and told me they weren’t and told me she couldn’t book the flights. She told me she had to call and speak to someone and Wood call me right back and never did call me back and when I did call her back she was very rude. BOTTOM LINE SONT USE THEM TO BOOK ANY TRAVEL

Negative experience: Don't call Travel Unravel unless you are willing to fall prey to their scam tacti l. As with many others who have dealt with them my wife and I were lied to and ripped off. In our case we had started an existing reservation earlier in the day with Qatar airlines. we noticed that the the reservation had an misspelling in my wife's name and contacted Travel Unravel to complete the reservation as we were unable to reach anyone at Qatar Airways As such we searched and found Travel Unravel as they have access to the Qatar airlines reservation system they can make reservations and change to them. When we contact Travel Unravel the operator was helpful at first but when we were finalizing the reservation they said the price had gone up by over 300 USD since we had started the reservation earlier that day. When we asked them if it was because Travel Unravel were making the changes they said no it was because of a recent price increase to the initial reservation. We were anxious to book this flight as my wife's father had passed away and she wanted fly out to be with her family as soon as possible. So at the time the Travel Unravel contact seemed genuine so we went ahead with the booking. Then later in the day we saw where TravelUnravel had split the credit card transaction into two separate transactions one transaction went to the Qatar airlines for the actual fair price we had on the reservation earlier that day and the other went back to Travel Unravel for the fictitious price increase they claimed Qatar airlines had made to our reservation Hopefully if you are reading this and contemplating calling them do you self a favor and call the Airlines directly. Also be advised that credit card companies don't care if you let yourself get scammed or the fact it was a bogus transactions you receive on your your credit card you'r on your own with it comes to that.

Negative experience: I thought I was through to BA when I called the number, They even answered the call, BA. I was getting worried as I couldn’t find our booked flights anywhere, I booked flights to Las Vegas for my husbands 55 Birthday and our 35th Wedding Anniversary. My E ticket said flying from Gatwick to Las Vegas. I called them and said I can’t find any flights from Gatwick, I was then told that the flight is from Heathrow and a much later time as it was changed. I paid extra for a morning flight. They then also told me that they can’t guarantee the seats I booked and paid extra for. Spoke to Carol and she was very rude on the phone and kept asking if I wanted to cancel the flights but there would be a charge. I’m so heartbroken this has happened this was a once in a lifetime trip and I am worried sick we are not going to get to go. Don’t book with this company, be very aware.

I have spent so many hours chasing for information about changed flight, chasing our e-tickets, the reply was always the same - someone will call you back... Ordered vegetarian meals for all 4 flights and ended up with no food. Please , please, please avoid this company and let others know!!!!

Negative experience: Big cheater! They stole my money. I called them to change my flight booking on Emirates because their website was down, and they let me pay 280 pounds while they paid nothing for that. They lied, saying the ticket price became very expensive due to Christmas, but I found later it was the same. I called Emirates’ customer service, and they told me to stop the transaction as they are scammers. I called them back to give them a chance but the tried to convince me they paid Emirates??!!!! Still waiting to get my money back!

Negative experience: Booked a flight with them they were all nicely nice till there was a schedule change made by the airline. NEVER NOTIFIED BY THEM. Contacted them multiple and got the same response “someone will call u back” no one ever did. The after service is appalling and very poor. The airline have said I can get a FOC change of date and don’t have to pay the fare difference or taxes as they made the schedule change but these guys are an absolute nightmare. I am still waiting for a call back!!!! to sort out my flights. They are the worse of the worse. AVOID AT ALL COST. !!!!! If I could give them zero stars that’s what they would have got.

Negative experience: thia company is a scam, they have tried to charge £400 in Air fares to rebook a flight that was cancelled by the airline and then given a voucher that cannot be used with the airline. They then tried to charge a further £200 to use the voucher. Their agent Sarah is absolutely useless, leaving me to find out that the airline never charges for rebooking a cancelled flight. They also did not tell me the flight was cancelled until the day of the flight saying "The flight was cancelled 8 days ago" - They had a full week to tell me this!

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agency! We booked a BA ticket with Shane from Travel Unravel who told us multiple times over the phone that the ticket could be cancelled for a full refund. I caught COVID came to cancel the ticket and you’ve guessed it, no refund. So we called BA who said yes it is a fully refundable ticket and gave us a number for Travel Unravel to call to confirm this. We got a reply back from Shane a couple of weeks later offering a Travel Unravel credit which is useless and can’t be used along with this “offer” was a spliced together email, allegedly from BA saying that because we’d turned down the refund - what??? We could only have a credit which is not a credit with BA but with Travel Unravel and is absolutely useless. I also now don’t trust them to book me on any flight. Travel Unravel won’t give you an ATOL certificate and when they cancel the ticket they pocket the money! We are in the middle of fighting them for the return of our cash. And maybe a complete coincidence but a month later there was over £19000 in fraudulent travel tickets booked on our credit card with another London based travel agent that we’d never heard of, needless to say we’ve informed the police! Stay well clear.

Negative experience: I thought I was talking to a KLM agent. They said it would be $278 per person to make a flight change. They charged my credit card twice for that amount. When I received the price overview from KLM afterwards I noticed the price difference was only $153. So they paid KLM the $153 and pocketed the difference. It's a scam. Always make sure you have the proper number of the airline.

Negative experience: Thought they were ok but boy was I wrong. I went to change my date to fly out on Virgin Atlantic because I had not receive my negative COVID test back to fly. I just wanted to move the date one day up and they said it would be another $2,000 plus the $1,000 I had already paid. While I was was on the phone with the gentleman trying to find a cheaper flight, we finally found one where I was paying $567.90 more but was 4 weeks later. I also was checking to see if my COVID test was back. Finally after being on the phone forever, my original flight was cancelled and my new flight was booked. As I hung up, I checked my COVID results again and Boom, they had come back negative so I immediately called right back to let them know I wanted to keep my original flight and to put a stop on the new flight. I was then told that my original flight was canceled and could not change back to the old flight when it had been literally no more than a couple of minutes when I called them right back. The gentlemen then said let me talk to my supervisor snd was gone for about 10 minutes and we he came back, I was told it could not be reversed. I think they could have reversed the flight back but they are all about the money and got an extra $569.90 from me.

Charged her over £600 to get her on another flight for the same day. Daniel was the agent who I have emailed 3x no response. I called the airline and was told the flight was canceled over a month ago. My mother was told the day before. My sister has called to get help and none was offered No Management upon request only a statement of "Why did she pay if she did not want too" Not impressed

Negative experience: This is a bait and switch operation. AVOID THIS FIRM. We tried to use them to upgrade our economy class tickets to business class. Over the course of several phone calls over a week it went from "similar to business class with the size seat" to "it's really premium economy". Then when I went to verify the cost of premium economy it turned out there wasn't any premium economy on the flight and they said "it's more legroom"...but we had already paid for that in the original ticket and they said oh it's actually an extra seat next to you. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS FIRM. They are crooks.

Fantastic experience: I came across this travel agent by mistake, I spoke to Shane who was very helpful. I’ve booked a flight to India in dec. of this year. Shane has promised me that if the flight is cancelled I will get my full refund or I will get a voucher of which was very reassuring. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. This company scammed my elderly parents who are trying to book flights with British Airways. The "agent" made out he was working for BA. He also faked a poor phone line when my mother asked for his name. He even gave a phone number that was unattainable. The worst part was that he called BA and either implied or stated that he was my father! My parents have been struggling enough with the situation and not being able to travel to see us. Now that they finally can, this was the last thing they needed! This company needs to be investigated.

Negative experience: Accidentally called this company after trying to change a flight on air canada. Thought we were calling air canada. Charged us over $850 in fraudulent charges, posted as Air Canada for part and Travel Unravel for another. Completely, fraudulent. Air Canada has not collected this money. Guy on the phone represented himself as an air canada employee working from home. DO NOT CALL. FRAUDSTERS.

Negative experience: Avoid scammers Booked tickets via getaflight sent payment got the confirmation payment accepted. Few hours later got a phone call from a chap called Robert who works for travel unravel saying payment not gone through. I told him to email me and I replied back with a screen shot of payment processed and the email confirmation and but then he said payment not authentication and told me they want an extra £100 to book tickets told them to refund money emailed several times no response. Still waiting for my money back been over 3 months now. Reported to bank and also emailed trading standards too.
