Fantastic experience: We booked our travel Journey for Umrah with Mina tours just now in 2024 November everything was upto the mark all the things were extremely relaxing and comfortable. We had a very smooth process very seamless one indeed. We had to only pack our bags and leave according to the plan nothing was excused when it came to comfort and timing. Allhumdulillah! They communicate and resolve any issues especially Hassan bhai helped us alot. They are helpfull and Allah fearing Team. We loved our journey couldn't have choosen better Allhumdulillah! We recommend them to each and everyone looking for a good reliable process for this amazing journey.
Fantastic experience: Great service, prompt replies on whatsapp with all the information that we needed. Transfers were always on time and drivers were polite and professional. Also helped to arrange ziarat tours which were very good and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: This agency was amazing in terms of everything!!! There was 3 of us myself my husband and my little boy and it was our first umrah together Alhumdulil'Allah mina tours were really helpful in giving the best package and with payment installments, only they would accept installments after doing a lot of search. Just before a few days there was issues in terms of flight cancellation but they were amazing in sorting it out. When we got there the hotels and the transfers were spot on they were fabulous Alhumdulil'Allah we had no problem there. They also sorted a train transfer for us from london, there were no let downs. Positive experience: Overall the process of booking was smooth and there was no major issues.The driver upon arrival and through the trip that was super helpful and ensured the trip ran smoothly. No issues with hotel booking or flights took place. The team was helpful when asking any questions . However I wouldn’t recommend the service if it is your first time since a lot of general information regarding vaccinations, the use of apps and other things were not shared and these were things we found out ourselves. There was also severe delays in providing some key information ie the visas as these were not shared until 24 hours before departure. There was also some inconsistencies in flight details with different information on different files. However , despite the few issues the team was helpful to resolve these and the overall trip was very smooth.
Fantastic experience: I booked an Umrah trip with Mina tours and was blown away by the service. The whole process from booking the flights, to the best hotel rooms and the experience when I got to Saudi Arabia was seamless. They were extremely courteous and catered to any needs even during my stay, I called them and they attended to my needs. I will always recommend them!
Fantastic experience: Used Mina tours for help with transport during busy period of Hajj. They quickly managed to arrange transfer to Madina from Makkah. Car was impeccable brand new and very clean. Driver was also very polite and helpful and we had a great journey. Will definitely use Mina Tours again, great service and so easy!

Negative experience: Not good so far. The company doesn't exist at the given address in Canary Wharf noone is answering the phone an we've paid for our entire trip. I will keep you posted on what to do I am not letting these theives get away with my money. They've chosen the wrong person to mess with this time. We had to contact ABTA and then the agents were all of a sudden responding to our calls and they eventually delivered the trip. We had to get our own visas though, although we had already paid Mina Tours for this.

Fantastic experience: Mr Sheryar Majid is a legend!!! Absolutely beautiful service made sure my family’s umrah package was sorted and left no stone unturned. I have used a few different companies in the past to book umrah and they were good but Mina Tours is a Rolls Royce compared to the other companies in the UK. Negative experience: Scams, they didn’t pay my refund for my umrah, made so many excuses, at the end I got to find out they do not have branch neither they are ATOL protected, if you pay them you lost you won’t get them back

Negative experience: Lies upon lies upon lies. It was clearly fruad. Mina tours are fraudulent!! My £2000 was stolen from them and they have not returned my money back to me. Every time I have tried to contact any member of their business they always have rejected my calls. They claim they are a hajj and umrah company. Hi Abdul Shahid Thank you for your feedback. I would like to explain the issue to anyone reading this review and allow them to make their own conclusion. We sold you an Umrah package at a competitive rate which you were happy with. The Umrah package was sold just after Hajj and before the Saudi authorities had opened their Umrah Visa system. We made explicitly clear on the phone and in our terms and conditions which you agreed to electronically that the Saudi authorities may alter the Visa fees for the new season and therefore this package price is subject to change in relation the the Visa fees. The flights, hotels and ground transport prices did not change for any customer, however the Visa fees were changed by the Saudi authorities. They introduced two types of Visas. The Saudi Tourist Visa and the Saudi Umrah Visa. We explained the costs and terms and conditions of both Visas to you and offered to get you the Visas. Due to a delay in the Saudi Visa system opening up, you felt that we were delaying your Visa, however any agent in the UK at that time could not have got you a Visa. Once the Visa system opened we were happy to go ahead and process the Visas for you but by this time you have approached another agency to get your Visas. I personally discussed this matter with you and explained the above to you and as a resolution we were willing to refund the total amount paid to you without any deductions. You agreed to this resolution and we have proceeded to refund the amount to you. You have now received the full refund without any deductions. I therefore do not agree that we have lied about anything to you or not been clear and transparent at all times. As a gesture of good will we would also like to offer you £150 worth of gift vouchers per person if you ever decide to book with Mina Tours again. Many thanks Kindest regards Sheryar
Positive experience: Booked with mina tours ro fly out in four days. Danish is dealing with the whole process, so far we have had some ups and downs but he has been trying his best to sort things out. Everthing seems ok at the moment but will review again once we come back. Maybe they will hopefully get a 5 star rating but will stick to 3/4 for now.

Fantastic experience: As this was my first time going to Umrah I was slightly nervous who I book with, I came across Mina tours from a Google search and have received outstanding service from them. I was assisted by brother Hashim who provided a friendly service updating me through out the whole process, he gave me personal advice and booked me hotels which were very close yet they were not located next to the busy gates that every one tries to book next to. The price he managed to get me was considerably cheaper (during the month of Ramadan) then most other companies that I contacted but did not compromise on the quality. The hotels we excellent and very close, he also managed to arrange me private transfers which was Ideal for me and my wife. He even contacted me whilst I was out there to ensure everything is okay. I would like to thank Mina tours and especially Hashim and would most definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional and honestly disgusting travel agency. The main boss her name is MINA she spoke to me so politely to lure me in to buy the tickets and package and after I had paid off the money, every single time I called to speak to her, they would always say she’s on ‘holiday’. Astagfirullah I don’t understand how they can play with people like this to go to journey to ALLAH’s HOUSE. I then got referred to someone called DANISH who sorted out everything last minute, gave me my visa day before my flight. And then in regards to my accommodation told me to contact the hotel owners myself to get the address?? Isn’t the travel agency meant to do that job and provide you with the accommodation address as it is part of the ‘package’ that they are selling. Lol honestly it’s laughable how I’ve been treated. Anyways I tried to contact the hotel contact numbers and they’ve continuously declined my call and I’ve tried to call MINA TOURS customer service however no response and TODAY is the date of my flight. I honestly have no clue where I will be going after I’ve landed in Jeddah, no address no sense of customer service or even basic humanity by the looks of it. I never give bad reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any sort of travel agency. I beg please please please if you wish to do umrah or hajj please take your money else where because these people just want to take your money I don’t want anyone else to experience what I have I don’t know how the other two reviews have given 5 starts if I could give 0 stars I would. Today is my flight and no customer service available at all, I am going to umrah without any knowledge of where I will be staying for the next 10 days. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS AGENCY!!! Beware I don’t want anyone to experience what I have.

We do not have anyone working in our organisation called Mina. We send full itineraries to our pilgrims long before their travel and we have people on the ground to greet you and take you to your hotel from Jeddah or Madinah airport.
