Negative experience: BAIT & SWITCH - wish I had seen google reviews first not just trust pilot , advertising one price via Kayak but after they declined the transaction and me having to call as the amount was showing against my card they told the price had gone up by approx £1000 per person which I of course declined (of course the cheaper price is still showing on Kayak) I was then then told pending transaction would be cancelled and should show within 5 mins (LIE) I had to call again to be told would take 72 hrs

Now over a week later and still not showing on my end. Going to have to call my bank and see if money really has been refunded. Otherwise another case for my debt collectors!

Paid on credit card so payment was not processed but I booked a flight then got a call to say the price has changed and quoted me over £100 more saying the price can change in seconds which is a lie as I had been monitoring flight prices for a week and apart from a few pounds difference the price did not change a lot. List are here www.phtravelltd. www.perfectholidays www.getaflight www.voliamo They will kake sure you will suffer in any condition if the flight is changed by either them or provider. I booked in for 26 and they want me to travel on 27th. When i ask, they mentioned it is airlines who is changing not them, layover more than 20 hours. So just be careful. In refund which is not my mistake, they want to charge fees equivalent to £70. I am like why i need to pay fees when airlines is changing things. Refer to terms and condition which is written in so small so not bother to read. Stay away stay alert. I am also thinking to do name and shame. They will tell you do as you like. So afcourse, i need to do as I like.

Negative experience: Tried to book a Voliamo flight from London to San Diego, paid >£580 for the flight and money was taken from bank. Immediately got an email to say booking failed and was called by an agent to say the flight price had increased and they couldn’t honour the booking. Told them I absolutely wouldn’t be booking tickets from them using deceptive tactics. Told them to refund me the money immediately Was told no record of payment….asked the woman to call me back next day…no call Contacted multiple times & fobbed off with excuses - still waiting for money 10 days later and they told me it has already been refunded. Have disputed with my bank… Pretty sure this is a highly believable scam, even bookable through Kayak - be careful
Negative experience: Shady Con Artists. Book at your own risk. I tried to book a flight for the following week. It let me go through the entire booking capturing my payment details but after 'completing' the order up popped an error saying they were NOT processing the order. 10mins later someone calls me saying that the flight was not available at that price anymore and she would help find an alternative. She kept me on the phone reeling off these flight deals until one of them sounded do-able. I asked her to email the details across so I can see it for myself. When I saw the flight that she sent me it had the wrong dates for exactly a month later! She then told me that she could still give me the original flight that I wanted but it was now £200+ more expensive. I said no thanks. I checked kayak again 2 hours later and they were listing that same flight for the original price I saw it at.

Negative experience: Honestly I wouldn’t risk flying with this company I paid an extra £150 to ensure my seats would give me extra legroom as it was a 13 hour flight and I am very tall so it helps my situation. Upon checking in (departure & return) I had normal seats no extra legroom, why the hell did I they take an extra £150 for !! Once back from my holiday I phoned for refund I had the initial email stating exactly what seats I had paid extra for & I also had my boarding passes showing the seats I was actually given. They are trying everything to try and wriggle out of refunding me even when I am supplying categorical proof. I am now relying on my credit card to get this money, I have also complained to ABTA. Take my advice use someone else, don’t risk having your flight messed up.
Fantastic experience: Found lowest Etihad flights through 'Cheapflights.co.uk' to Voliamo who's booking process was very easy and most importantly the flight email confirmation came through simultaneously as soon as I'd pushed the button. I called Voliamo 'Ben' to confirm, answered the call quickly and was extremely helpful and communication 5*, and would definitely use again .

Negative experience: This is the most and illegal travel agent. They over charged my changing fee for £2500 by ripping me off at the last minute by delaying my change. My ticket Air company told me my ticket was free to change but this most disgusting black-hearted travel agent added so much ( that clerk called Ben). They should be closed by the government. They are the most disgusting people I have met! If there are minus comments, they deserve minus -5! Try to avoid agents in the future for tickets! They are most unhelpful and ripping off watching wolfs.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Booked a flight that included baggage and they called me saying I didn't have baggage and needed to pay almost £200 extra. They then wanted £100 cancelation fee. A complete rip off and joke of a company. Their website is God awful and keeps changing details for flights so that they can scam you out of more money by claiming you didn't pay for baggage. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY! After wondering why we had no airport transfer we found out our return flight from Mauritius was changed by airline and viliamao failed to inform us or book us onto another flight. Infact when we asked them they still were insistent that that we were on the original flight home. We had to then phone the airline to rebook onto the next flight home and pay an extra £510 for an extra night stay at the hotel. We are now out of pocket, due to a loss of days earnings, big phone bills trying to phone the airline and viliamao and sad end to our honeymoon.

Negative experience: MUST READ MY STORY ** absolute scammers !! the worst travel agent ever !! booked my flight through Voliamo ** reviewed my online reservation and made sure all details were correct ** e ticket came through ** my surname was spellt wrongly as an extra letter was inserted ** not sure where that extra letter came from !! contacted Voliamo immediately they asked me to email a copy of my passport to have the name rectified which I did. I called them many times for an update but no response and some of their representatives were even rude !! Everybody calls themselves managers !! Day 5 I got a reply: we will have to charge you £185 to get your name rectified which is just to remove one letter from my surname ** contacted the airlines directly and they confirmed there should be no charge to rectify a passenger's name and if there is a charge applied, however would be minimal since the change is minor. I decided not to pay £185 so I took the risk ** got to the airport ** the airlines rectified my surname at the check in desk at no extra cost ** I checked in and boarded the plane.

Negative experience: Poor service, yesterday I have booked two airline tickets to Sri Lanka by paying GBP 3,000/- today morning it was cancelled and the representative said my payment was unsecured but my bank said it was wrong and its not a unsecured payment because payment was authorized by my personal banking app. Now my money will refund to me within 03days.

Voliamo is far from professional and their representative “Maggi Grace” is disrespectful and ill-mannered. Rather then helping their clients, they yell and call them scammers and demand apologies when they aren’t deserved. They canceled my flight even though it was an emergency without informing me or allowing me to see why it was canceled. Save yourself a headache and money and steer clear from Maggi Grace and voliamo.

Negative experience: Very poor services, Just over a year ago I cancelled my flight due to Covid restrictions. I was expecting to receive my refund with 6-8 weeks. And just after a year I am still waiting for the refund . I have made countless phone calls and sent out multiple emails, but was met with the same excuse of the airline not responding to Voliamo. During the phone calls they would put me on hold for about 10 mins and after that would just cut the call. Which is just unreasonable. I am frustrated and will not even think about booking my flights just Voliamo services.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Called Valiamo to change a flight as airline (not Voliamo) has contacted me directly about new PCR test requirement. Nancy pressured me to purchase a new ticket for the next next by saying that in 10 minutes (!!) price would go up, and the day after would likely be cancelled. And then proceeded to lie that ALL airlines required PCR, despite me saying BA didn't have it on their website. She said website was wrong and I had to urgently rebook with her. In the end, I spent £220+ on a ticket I coulnd't use, and had to buy an extra one with BA directly. No further resolution from Voliamo on this outrageous lie and scam.

Avoid at all costs -- if I could turn back time, I would use literally anyyyy other travel company or avoid travel all together if you told me they were my only option. Avoid their "sister companies" as well (perfectholidays getaflight, Phtravel, getacruise, etc) -- I wouldn't be surprised if they just keep re-naming themselves to avoid the web of negative reviews out there about them. They lie over and over again. Their reps have attitude like I've never seen in any customer service interaction before. Their positive google reviews are NOT real, I'm willing to bet on that. I cross checked every 'we can't' and 'airline doesn't allow' and 'not possible' line they fed me with the airline directly and they contradicted every single thing they said. When I called them out on it, their true colors shined through. They got progressively more aggressive, hung up the phone, and refuse to put anything in writing. ALWAYS beware of a company that doesn't want to confirm things in writing.

Negative experience: This is the first time I have er written a review and I now know it is important to alert other customers. The travel leader was drinking a lot and there was a lot of drama and not responsible. The first week the travel leader tried to remove one of our group members. On the third day we went to a restaurant and my chair was broken. When they replaced the chair it was very dusty and dirty so I did not eat. The bathroom was filthy. I feel the travel leader took us to a poor restaurant. One hotel we stayed in Italy had no water, no air-conditioning, no towels and the bathroom light was not working. The temperature was close to 100 degrees. Only good thing was they had toilet paper. After I posted this information on the Group Chat she made sure I did not stay in the same hotel as the rest of the group. I was abandoned on the trip and I was glad to be abandoned and returned early with others and not take any more verbal abuse and stress.

Negative experience: The Company allowed me to buy a ticket for Rhode Island, USA knowing that only people with an American Passport are allowed in. A day before going to the Airport for my flight, I spoke to a staff member and he assured me all is well. Hired a taxi to the Airport just to be told I cannot fly because I hold a British Passport. I spoke to another staff member and he suggested that I take a flight to Istanbul, quarantine for 14 days then fly to America. I pointed out that this was not practical and asked for a refund At this point the staff member asked for my booking reference number . After giving him this, he said they do not have my booking. I forwarded the email they sent me with a receipt of payment but never got a reply. Avoid this Company at all cost, they are dishonest.

Called about 3 times and poke to 3 different individuals each claiming they were the manager and I couldn't speak to someone else. Telling me they will send an email to explain a situation and never doing so... It was embarrassing. Never using this agent again and will suggest anyone considering using them stays far away. That's not even mentioning that before I booked my ticket I called up and was affirmed that due to covid If I wanted to change date then I would only have to pay the difference in fair between my current and new ticket. My new ticket Is cheaper than my current and they are trying to charge me 200 quid for a change with their customer team unable to articulate clearly why this is the case and instead talking in circles and getting rude... First they told me I am not entitled to the full amount back (Contrary to their own T's and C's) and now its been four months and each time I contact them they use the same excuses. Now the airline claims they've not even contacted them to claim the refund. The whole place reeks of a real cowboy operation. In these uncertain times, I would avoid this Comany like the plague, even if it meant paying slightly more for my flights.

They will tell you that your flights have been changed and then force you to pay extra for a similar flight to the one you booked in the first place. We have contacted airlines and have been informed that flights should be changed at no cost if there have been alterations made to the booking (none of which is the customer’s fault). In short, avoid booking with Voliamo at all costs—go through the airline directly.

They tried to charge me £150 even though my flights were cancelled by the airline and the airline have confirmed to me that a full refund should be due. Negative experience: I recently purchased tickets through this company and had a very negative experience. The staff were extremely dismissive and unwilling to help in any more than the most minimal sense. When it because obvious that the airline in question may very well not be able to deliver me to the destination due to quarantine laws, Voliamo made no attempt to help. I can appreciate that the circumstances might put them in difficult position, but as their customer, they made no effort to negotiate with the airline, double check their policies, find a potential loophole or even organise postponing the flight. At every turn they simply relayed the extortionate cost to cancel the flight, even going so far as it imply it was my fault or not knowing about quarantine laws that weren't in place until well after the ticket was purchased. If you want a company that can book you flight, fine, these guys'll do. But if you want a company that will CARE about your flight, be friendly and supportive, helpful when needed and more than just policy regurgitators, then I suggest you try somewhere else.
Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with Austin. I was returning to Australia for a funeral and Austin did all he could to make the whole process as smooth as possible. He kept me informed of the process the whole time and completely filled me with confidence. I highly recommend using these guys and if you happen to get Austin serving you, then you are lucky indeed.
