Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this company. They are not registered with any regulator/ATOL so if you lose your money there is no way to do anything about it. I asked for their ATOL or ABTA details after I lost about £700 to them and was told they cannot tell me because its their "agents" who are registered with ATOL/ABTA, not them. They offered me a low flight price, took a deposit, did not allow me to pay in full (though I wanted to), and then when I tried to pay, they raised the flight price by 100s of pounds which they kept. Its a scam in my opinion. Lots of reviews on here and Trustpilot saying the same. After I originally posted this review, the owner of Hello Flights called me multiple times being abusive. He has my details/phone number from my ticket booking number VS DE4QR4. He swore at me. Said he has my passport number, he's going to get me, and I should take down this honest review. Very professional way for a company to deal with a bad review, haha. I reported the owner's harassment to the Met police (crime ref no: 01/568993/24). I would suggest you use another flight booking company, not this one or you will regret it.

Negative experience: Absolutely avoid this agency at all costs! Ramsey lied about my ticket being flexible and promised a return date change without any issues, only to deny responsibility later. I endured endless stress, delays, and misinformation, leaving me stranded and forced to buy an expensive new ticket. His lack of accountability and dishonesty is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reputable company!

Negative experience: If I could select minus stars I would! We booked flights in 2022, they made an error and issued us vouchers. We decided to use the vouchers for our honeymoon, however the service has been absolutely atrocious. They’re unable to take responsibility for their mistakes, although having proof of their wrongdoing. They wanted us to pay more money, but we simply will NEVER use or recommend this service. Don’t waste your time or energy

Negative experience: This company is a scam, they book you a fake flight with lower price, take your deposit and when it comes for confirmation, they change to another another flight with a higher fare, and if you don't want the change flight with the higher fare then they said your deposit is non refundable. They are a bunch of con and dishonest people, very arrogant and unprofessional. PLEASE DON'T LET THEIR PRICING DECEIVE YOU. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.

Negative experience: Shame I can't give ZERO stars. They are a scam a fraud and more else. Completely lack of transparency, incompetent people, the voucher they promise as a compensation is fake, can be used only outside Europe and not more than 100£ per time. Their price is higher than lastminute, booking and other similar services. Please stay far!!!

Negative experience: It’s a scam!!! They horrible! Don’t buy with them please! I wanted to buy tickets for myself and my children to go to Gambia for Christmas to honour my late son who was murdered last year so speaking with Frank I explained how this was an important trip for us. He got us the tickets and I had to pay the deposit of £200 but I remembered I had a friend who is a manager from Morocco airline he would know if those flights number they gave me were legit for those dates, my friend got back to me and said “don’t buy it’s a scam that ticket doesn’t exist” my heart!!!! Omg thank God I didn’t pay anything. The fraud agent kept calling me till midnight! Then the next late afternoon I picked up the phone I told I didn’t want anymore and I hang up, he called back and he said Sir/ Madam you have to pay because I made reservations I said no you couldn’t do that without paying he then got aggressive saying I will get a charge in my name, then I told him that they were scammers. He kept calling my phone nonstop and I had to block the number. Unfortunately I gave them my name and my children full names and their dates of birthdays. Please be careful they are heartless people.

Negative experience: Ramsey is a scammer, they always come up with EMD vouchers scam strategies. They always look for mean of extorting money from innocent people, I Made a booking reservations with them on the 7th May 2024, made a deposit payment and was given a date 10th June 2024 to balance up , only to pay up the balance and get the flight ticket 30th of May 2024, they said the price for the flight has changed , Imagine a sealed deal ? What is the essence of early booking reservations? Why telling me the price has changed for a done deal? I asked for a refund they said I can’t get a refund unless I have part of my funds inform of EMD voucher , that they make payment to the flight operators, another red flags here , the operator you claimed you made a reservation with seeking a new price tickets? They are not trustworthy company they are scammers

Negative experience: Update!! 13/5/24 There is a pending investigation '- anyone with any issues with this fraudulent company, please get in contact. My parents used this company and dealt with John Withman. They were particularly impressed initially until a few weeks before our trip, the company notified us of a flight cancellation. Not only did they rebook them on an alternative flight (for which they paid an additional cost), but they also provided us with a £500 voucher that was valid for three years. However, it is with great disappointment that we must update our review. As we attempted to use the voucher Beginning in January, they were informed by the company that new terms had been implemented. Instead of the £500 initially promised, they now only allowed £100 without any clear communication or updated terms provided beforehand. Due to an error in their booking system, my parents were charged an incorrect amount for their flight voucher. Recognizing this mistake, I promptly contacted the company and requested that the voucher amount be returned to my parents' account. I explained that this error was solely the fault of the company and not my parents. However, much to our disappointment, they declined our request and instead tried forcefully selling another flight. Frustrated by their lack of understanding and unwillingness to rectify their mistake, I reached out to them twice via email but received no response. This lack of reliability and communication left us with no choice but to seek legal advice to resolve this matter. Today, when I contacted them again, they assured me that they would respond by the end of the day. While I appreciate their promise, actions speak louder than words. As someone who does not back down easily, I will consistently chase after them until the funds are returned to my parents' account. It serves as a reminder that while cheaper travel agents may seem appealing at first glance, the long-term costs can often outweigh the benefits of booking directly with an airline or reputable company. In conclusion, while our initial experience with this company and John Whitman was positive, their subsequent actions have left us disappointed and frustrated. We can no longer recommend them to friends and family due to their unreliable behaviour

Negative experience: **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** They are very untrustworthy. I booked a returned flight to Mauritius with Frank. I was charged £856 and was told to call once I was in Mauritius to confirm my return ticket. This didn’t go to plan as frank told me there was and issue with Turkish airline. I had been emailed an itinerary when booking that I was returning to the U.k via Turkish airlines. We told by frank at this point we have to pay a new fee of £599.00 to fly home via British airways. Upon arriving at the airport to fly home I am informed by desk staff that there is no luggage with my flight. This cost us further money and stress. I have spoken to mazz from this company and they are now lying, saying the original £865 was paid for an indirect flight to Mauritius and not a return ticket. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Negative experience: I am 4 months pregnant and I have 3 boys under 6 years old. My grand mother had a stroke and she is there right now. She wants to see me and my kids. So I was looking for tickets to travel and I saw this company online. I contacted them and they said they can get me tickets from the 3rd of April and coming back on the 16th of April. I gave them a deposit of £250 to keep the ticket and called them back after a couple of weeks to make the rest of the payment for the return ticket well before the due date. And when I called them they said that they wrote my boys' name wrong on the reservation and the airline is not willing to change it and I should buy another ticket from them. So they gave me an alternative option which is from lufthansa airline which is an open return with luggage as I mentioned that I need return with luggage both ways. But after making the payment I went on my lutfansa app to manage my booking and found out that there is no luggage and no return ticket. I called the airline and they said to me this is just a one way flight with no luggage. I contacted the travel agent and they were laughing at me and telling that I shouldn't take the airline into consideration. I managed to get frank on the phone and he said there was a technical error on the system and he spoke to airline, they asked me to make payment of the luggage which I could only afford 3 for £177 then they will give Me the refund. I'm trying to contact him now by email and phone but he keep on saying he will call back in 1hr but nothing. I asked about the return he said to me once I use my outbound I will be able to select the return date(he sent it to me by email,so i can prove it). But the airline clearly said it was not true. I dont know if I will have to pay for a return ticket. I don't know what to do anymore. I have been stressed for the last 2 months.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this company, I was scam of my hard earned pounds, after paying for a Return ticket, I only got a one way ticket. I do not wish my enemy to use this travel agent. The Regulatory body should close the company please.

Negative experience: Two days before our scheduled departure, they informed us of a sudden flight change, resulting in an extended layover and the need for transit visas—impossible to obtain in such short notice. Despite their claim of timely notification, we discovered they had known about the schedule change for months. To make matters worse, Hello Flights refused to provide a full refund, offering only a fraction of what we paid. Despite presenting evidence from the airline guaranteeing a full refund, they remained unyielding. We were left with no choice but to take legal action, dragging them to small claims court to finally receive our rightful reimbursement. In summary, Hello Flights' deceitful practices and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes make them utterly unreliable. Avoid them at all costs unless you're prepared for a nightmare of your own.

I paid a deposit of £100 to secure a flight booking, 2 weeks later I was informed that the airline won't be operational for my returned leg. I decided to check with the airline which turned out to be false. I called Helloflights back to inform them about my findings and they told me they'd get back. Helloflights did get back to me with another lie, they booked the flight with the returned leg being opened and they requested for payment of the balance. So, I decided to check with the airline before paying the balance. Sadly, I found out that they only booked for one way ticket and nothing like "open return" ticket. I've now requested for my deposit which they said it's not refundable. These guys are scammers and they are very good at it. Don't let your money gets into their hands. Please note that Helloflights guys are the same as flight clicks. They're using multiple websites to syphon innocent people's money.

Be wary that once giving a £100 deposit that they can reserve your booking of a flight through a legimate airline by a booking reference number, but cancel it once they receive full payment and seriously advise that you don't transfer money under any circumstances that they specify.

Negative experience: This people are dubious and scam, they put out a cheap ticket to attract you, then ask you to pay a deposit of £100, after paying you'll be asked to call back at a time when they wont pick the call or are not in office then later accuse you of not calling the right time saying the fee is up, almost double the initial amount for the same or another ticket. The painful part is, they do this or give you a time close to your travel date to call back.. you will be left with no option as your £100 is at stake and un-refundable.

I am currently disputing a claim with them which my card company is about to contact them.They took £75 with the view of supplying he ticket and when I called o tell them my brother was coming to collect the ticket and the money paid, they told me the price has gone up and cant honour the original agreement. The good reviews are posted by the company itself, when I asked them about why there are so many negative reviews, they said "Oh it's our competitors" apparently trying to tarnish their name. They lied about ticket prices and took a £150 deposit, when I asked for a refund (since the price increased £300 from the original price) they stopped communication with me.

Negative experience: This is not a genuine company who lures customers into paying a deposit by offering cheap flights which don't exist. They give you all sorts of excuses and even offer compensation voucher which are fake anyway. Stay well away from these crooks as I have found the hard way! As I have found out with the many reviews here I am not the only one...so please stay well away from this company!

Negative experience: FRAUDSTERS. Please please don’t book a flight through them. After a day I paid my deposit for a return flight of Etihad airways, they said the airline cancelled a inbound journey and they also took my deposit as a cancellation fee. When I confirm it with the airline everything they said was a lie, also my details were not found in any booking with Etihad airways. Mr Ramsy from Hello flights never booked my ticket, made up a fake story about airline policy and offered a different ticket of ridiculous amount. After all when I asked my deposit back Mr Ramsy was a different person, he was hesitating to speak, he sweared to me and hung off. This is the worst customer service I ever faced. I have all the proofs of their incompetent e mails to share to anyone if needed. Please review them at “Trustpilot” this is where there rating is high and let others know their true identity. I got a call back from Mr Frank after I reviewed in Trustpilot, stating that he is investigating my case and will call me after confirming few things, which he never did. They were not seemed bothered by the police as well. May be there are not enough complaints against them to the authorities. Please do complain to stop them tricking innocent people.

Negative experience: One of the worst and unprofessional people! Told me the flight was cancelled only after I got in touch with them and told me I wasn’t allowed a refund ! Also when I tried speaking to them on the phone they told me “I am the bullshit” and hung up the phone… Fraudulent company will be reporting them to police and everyone stay away !!!

DO NOT book any flights with them or pay the holding deposit as they are unprofessional and rude. I have emails as proof. Once they take the deposit the named operator is either in meetings, on break or on leave. Biggest crooks going! Took £60 for a flight that they apparently ‘reserved’ and when I told them I want to pay immediately they reassured me not to worry and pay a week later because they need to speak to the accounts department for a link to be sent for payment. Never heard of this before!!! When I called to pay the balance on the due date given(Saturday), I was told that the operator ‘Zain’ is not available and will be back on Friday and he will sort it out and not to worry! Called on Friday to be told that the price has increased because I didn't pay on time eventhough I was willing to pay the full amount from day one. Refused to give me a refund and offered me another flight at a much higher price and dates not suitable to me. Never apologised for the grief they gave me and the operator was more worried about his £10 commission. They are unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Negative experience: SCAM This is a scam. They took my sister's £150 deposit and later told ticket is not available but will refund the deposit which they never did. They also tried to sell me the air tickets for half of the price cheaper by asking for a deposit which was £200. I quickly realised that they are not a genuine agency. If you notice on the google location, they are middle of nowhere in the residential are Please be aware from HELLOFLIGHT. Its just a SMAM.

Negative experience: It's a scam. I had booked 4 tickets over the phone and was asked to pay the deposit. 24 hours after paying the deposit got a call to say airline is having problem with the route. Ticket price was then increased by £250 each.I did not proceed with the transaction and asked for a full refund. I have got 50 % back and still waiting for another 50% to be repaid. I have now lodged a complaint with Mastercard citing goods or service not received under distant selling. Don't book any flights with the company. Stay away from HelloFlights, for me it is NEVER AGAIN, HELLOFLIGHTS.

They will want another £100 to change the details. Which if it is their fault. Which should be a them problem. Having looked at their website. The flights they offer all look like they are around £500 cheaper than any trusted website. That’s Gould ring alarm bells if they can sell flights a third of the price that British airways sell their own flights I would guess that they are actually based in India instead of the U.K.
