Negative experience: Very bad cargo service still havnt received my cargo and its been more than a month and promised 2 weeks. Hasnt answered my calls so will be taking him to court. He sells hajj tickets and claims to be islamic however scams people

Negative experience: Disgusting! This company had made our Umrah experience very difficult. When talking to MASUM he had promised us a lot of things, breakfast included in our package, clean bathrooms in our hotel since there was 13 of us, good transport, 30kg weight for our luggage etc. We received none of that. As soon as we landed in Madina we had no transport to get to out hotel, the man who was working on behalf of MASUM hired another car where 10 of us had to get into a 6 seater car. We had booked the hotel Al Mukhthara, but when we got to it the man had said we should go to the next hotel since they have the same owner. when we went inside the room state was an absolute joke. Dirty shower curtains, rooms are all cramped, floors are mouldy, crumbs of dirt everywhere. We then asked to go back to the original hotel that we had booked in with and they said that the hotel was fully booked and we had no breakfast. After a long 4 hours of arguing with MASUM on the phone and at reception, we had checked in with breakfast included at 6am to still find out that conditions of the rooms and shower were horrendous. We then were moved to rooms which were a little bit better than the previous ones. Masum had promised us good transport to Makkah. It was ridiculous, the driver came 3 hours late, the van was dirty, broken, it was disgusting. it was raining in Madina that day and rain water was leaking through the window dirtying all of our ihram clothes. When we arrived in Makkah we had found out that the van was uninsured. We had the same problem about the hotels in Makkah, conditions were disgusting, dirty, unhygienic, there was mould in the corner of the doors, rotten bins in the hallways, mould on the bed. Nearly 6 of us had got ill and sick because of these conditions. The employers at this hotel (Al Saraya Eman) were rude as hell, we had 3 infants who were tired from a 6 hour journey, they had sat on the bed for only half an hour and the employers rudely stated why are we sitting on the bed and that we are making it dirty etc. We were also meant to have a our in Makkah but we found out that is also a lie. We had to hire another man who would give us a tour. Masum had made this Umrah trip very difficult for us and i would highly not recommend this company, if you want a good hajj or umrah experience then book with someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Do not travel to Haj or Umrah with this group! They are a joke. The so called leader masum jalalabad is a cheat and a fool. From the moment we landed, he gave us no information about anything. He really made our haj experience very difficult for not just us, but the whole group. I will be complaining to the Haj ministry about this company and about masum. He was the worst person possible to go hajj with. He is one of those who can ‘talk the talk’ but he cant put money where his mouth is. Everyone in our group hates this guy. He made every one feel miserable. He put us in a 0 star hotel where the lifts would break down every day, there were bed bugs and cockroaches all around the room. For the amount we paid, worked so hard for, saved up for ages for, this is what this clown provided for us. Not happy at all. Please brothers and sisters, do not fall into masums trap. Complete your haj in peace with a genuine company and a genuine human being. Not with this snake.

Negative experience: Anyone else paid for hajj and there hearts broken from this company?

Fantastic experience: Well recommended, they did as they told us for our hajj 2018. As some companies would promise this and that etc, and not provide. To me honestly I thought they provided as they promised, for people who have complaint about certain things maybe they Should've went on 5star packages and pay the extra . 2k or 3k, then compare the service ..
