Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience with Faheem and the team of Zam Zam. I’m used to flying solo, but on this occasion, as I had my family, kids, wife, mother & nephew, I thought I’d use a tour group for this service. From transport, logistics, 5 star haram view hotels (both Makkah and Madinah), Ziyaarah in both cities including well-learned guide tours from university of Madinah to on the ground support staff, their product offering was exceptional. Massive shout out to Faheem. He ensured my family had a great and spiritual stay in both cities. He even provided a lovely dinner on the house on our final day. Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 10 day luxury umrah package for my family. Outstanding service, Brother Shorif Readily available for enquiries. They were available to resolve a problem with the Mecca hotel (hotels fault) at 11 pm! As promised, all ground transportation was in comfortable, luxury vehicles. We were even offered a snack break en route to Medina and again on the return journey to Jeddah. Their mekka representative took my mum by wheelchair for her umrah on arrival, and even remained with her in the hotel until we returned from our completed umrah. They obtained our Rowda permits, which was an immense relief for us. The ziyarahs (one day) by their representatives in Mecca and Medina was informative. I would highly recommend their services and InshAllah I will use again.

I was given all information for the Umrah journey and ala the transfers and Ziyarat went as planned. Hotels were good as I stayed there before. May all give the opportunity to do this again with my children. With help of Unfortunately Mahmood in Makkah and brother Afsar in Medinah support was there If I needed and previously having done Umrah in a big group this was really good as it was just me and my family and professional vate Ziyarats where I could ask questions and get answers.

Fantastic experience: Booked Umrah through Zam Zam, booking was seamless with brother Sharif. No issues once you get to saudia, transport from pick and to drop off to airport and tours scheduled for you as a group. What I was really impressed with how the Rawdah process was, its well documented pilgrims who use the fairly newly formed Nusuk app to book their slots can wait up to an hour in the queues to enter masjid al nabwi, but we didn't have to do any of that as it was taken care of. Took about 5 minutes to enter after we queued. Special thanks to brother Afsar in Madinah very polite, respectful and helpful. Would definitely recommend Zamzam - best in the business.

Throughout the tour, Zishaan’s knowledge and expertise shone through as he helped us throughout our time in Makkah, Mina & Medina. He organised Ziyarats and shared fascinating facts about each landmark we visited, his knowledge and experience helped us understand the history and importance of the places. Zishaan also went above and beyond and he helped direct us to the markets and malls and even accompanied us to ensure we got the best deals when buying ours dates. Positive experience: My husband and I had my first Hajj with Zamzam in 2024. We booked the 18 days luxury package from Birmingham. We didn't get any travel itinerary and received updated informations about the next day plan on the night before each day. We landed on Jeddah Airport and traveled to Aziziyah by bus. We stayed at Al Jaber Hotel in Aziziyah. The room was clean and adequate to accommodate four people. However the bathub needed to be repaired since it had cracks on the base part. We got breakfast and dinner for days before and after the 5-days of Hajj. We went to Mina camp on 13th June night and had a warm welcomed by the staff. The camp was equipped with unlimited beverages and ice creams. The camp had more squat toilets than western-style toilets which caused long queues for the western-style toilets. We travelled from Mina to Arafah by bus and had a very good tent at Arafah with comfortable single sofa bed, air conditioner and lots of refreshments. The only downside was the toilets. After maghrib we had to wait for quite long hours to be taken to Muzdalifah by bus and arrived around 1 am at Muzdalifah. We checked out from Aziziyah and moved to Swissotel Al-Maqam Hotel on 20th June. The 5 star Swissotel hotel was modern, clean and located within 3 minutes walk to the haram. We then travelled to Madinah and stayed at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah Hotel which was very close to the haram and had excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Since our flight back to Birmingham was at 8 am from Jeddah Airport, we had to leave Madinah the night before.

Mahmood bai checked us into the hotel did our Umrah with us clearly step by step. He was wonderful with both my boys. We have been checked into a good hotel. Fantastic experience: This was my first time going Hajj with family so understandably quite daunting yet exciting at the same time. However, I came away with the best experience of my life. Zam Zam know what they're doing but on top of that my particular guide was brother Amir. There were some hiccups with the journey - but I think with Hajj there’s always going to be. But all concerns were listened to resolved as efficiently as they could be by brother Amir. He was always alert with my mother who couldn’t travel without a wheelchair and made sure our family was always together safe and sound and with the group. Alhamdullilah, we stayed in the 5* Swisotel hotel in Makkah , which was clean, modern and conveniently located in the clock Tower with a 3 minute walk through the clock tower and into the haram. We then travelled to Madina and stayed at Sofitel Hotel, which was honestly just amazing and a minute walk away from the masjid! Breakfast and dinner was included in both hotels. We had ziyarat (religious site visits) booked in Madina. It would’ve been nice if the same was organised in Makkah. The organisers regularly checked up on us and catered to our needs. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend them for a stress free, well organised and unforgettable Hajj experience. A special thanks to Brother Amir. Uncle Faysal has 20+ years of experience and this was evident as he guided us through Hajj including booking a coach for the pilgrims in short notice. Fantastic experience: Not everyone's experience will go the way they expect. Fayasal Bhai and crew did what they could. They are human. And they have trouble themselves. But with all of this they still pulled through With good service. They do a lot of work in the background planning stuff. If you need to do some extra activities regarding Hodge and your visit, speak to your group people and then speak to your guide as they can accompany things for you. Each year is different. It's not going to be the same as it was last year. The year before I left provides challenges left front and centre. Don't expect them to be easy because they're not supposed to be.

Fantastic experience: Returned to the blessed lands after 6 years. Had the most amazing trip with my wife and two young daughters Alhamdulillah. Of course...I climbed a few mountains whilst out there too. I did my Hajj with zamzam travels so we trusted them to take us back for Umrah this time and didn't disappoint. Fantastic experience: seamless service

Negative experience: Went to Hajj in 2023 and the guidance and help was non existent. Paid 15,000 GBP per person and received no sim no guidance at all. They messed up the flights, the buses were not available to take to Makkah from airport and then to Mina from Makkah was also not managed properly. This year they have changed their name to Ithraa Alkhair package and repeating the same. May Allah bless them with wisdom and knowledge otherwise the Hujjaj will be disappointed again this year.

There were at least 20 of us who went back in feb 2024.’zam zam travels’ has been exceptional from start to finish couldn’t fault them at all. Fantastic experience: I went in February this year with zamzam this year for umrah .Faheem was very helpful on booking the packages for us and answering all our questions .Faysol Bhai helped us throughout the journey from Birmingham Airport to there and back .Once there brother Faysol, Faheem and Shamshu Bhai were there to help and guide us.Bpth hotels in Makkah and Madina were close by so had easy access .The only thing I would say is the ziyaraah should've been longer and in more detail

Fantastic experience: Went with my husband and kids. They adapted to our needs perfectly. The 2 guides they had in mecca and medina (shamsu and mehboob) were absolutely brilliant. They did everything perfectly and gave us good notice for the ziyarats and car hires, even though they had group of 100+people and we travelled privately and separatelyfrom the group, they never forgot about us. Travelling as a family of 8 could have been a difficult task to organise but brother Sharif put us at ease and answered all our questions throughout. Fantastic experience: Fantastic! From start to finish they provided us with the support we needed for a smooth trip. We were travelling with elderly parents and children and they made sure we had the best arrangements for our requirements. We had great hotel locations and comfortable transport. The workers in Makkah and Medina were a big help, they were there for us whenever we needed them and accompanied us on the ziyarahs. As a family we have used zamzam many times and I would highly recommend them. Brother Shareef has always looked after us really well, once we book through him he takes care of everything so we don't need to worry. Fantastic experience: I can only speak for mine and my families experience with Zam Zam Travels Ltd and it was nothing but positive. The hotels, we stayed at the Swissotel Makkah and Mysk Touch were fantastic in terms of their location and amenities. The transfers in private Hi-Ace vans to and from the Airport / Hotels and the guided Ziarats, everything was smooth and as it should be. The staff at Zam Zam Travels in particular brothers Faisal, Mahmood and Faheem were always at hand and very helpful. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them.
