Fantastic experience: Travel soon arranged a lovely holiday to Malta in 2019, we got engaged there and then got married last October. I have been trying to get in touch with Travel soon to see if they can arrange a holiday to Cyprus for our anniversary. But have not been able to get in contact with them. I trust that they are still in business
Negative experience: On arrival at hotel after 11pm we were told that we weren't booked in, Travelsoon had cancelled our booking the previous Friday, after a very stressful couple of days it was sorted. Never again, avoid Travelsoon.
Positive experience: I have read lots of negative reviews about Travelsoon but personally I have no complaints. Since Coronovirus started I have had 3 holidays cancelled but Sue has been more than helpful, firstly with re booking and now finally with processing my refund. Thank you Sue for your assistance.
Negative experience: We were meant to be going to Corfu on 7th April. After 9 emails, and about 3 weeks I still haven't had a response. No one calls back and you can't contact by phone. It's infuriating!
Negative experience: We were due to go to portugal on the 12th march 21....did they bother to contact us to even tell us it was cancelled...No , wouldn't bother with them , it's easy enough to book hotels and flights yourself!

Negative experience: Cowboys - took money without my permission whilst checking with friends if the price increase was ok from a holiday we found online. Refused to cancel it as I'd stated I'd take legal action. I did, I won, and got a full refund. Don't go near them.

Negative experience: Travel Soon have withheld my refund for 10 months now. They won't pick up the phone, answer my voicemails or answer my emails. The voice machine message always says it's out of hours, then won't say the opening hours. It also says emails answered in 48 hrs - they haven't emailed me since July. If something has happened with my money, just tell me. I'm a human being!
Negative experience: AVOID!!! AVOID! Paid £931 for my accommodation in Rhodes and I have just found the same accommodation on I Love Holidays for £161!!! When I complained they were not interested at all! When you look at the standard of accommodation you can get for £931 it makes you feel sick.
Fantastic experience: They lie through their back teeth. We are waiting for the money to come from the airline. Airline told me they had paid it to them weeks ago. Now no answer on the phone.
Negative experience: Was OK until we started questioning about our holiday being cancelled. As soon as we asked for a refund attitude totally changed because they weren't getting their commission I can only assume. Get told a refund will take 6-8 months which is a total joke. What ever happened to customer service? Will not be booking with these again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: After asking a few days in advance if our holiday was going ahead they said it hasn't been canceled please pay the remainder you will be refunded if its cancelled due to covid. Pay the remainer within a hour I get a call saying holiday is cancelled take a voucher or wait a year for refund. No morals not ethical. As far as I am concerned they are thief's. Avoid this company
Negative experience: I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent out multiple emails to no avail. I had been told my booking had been cancelled due to COVID19 and I would receive a credit note as a result. I had been lied to, as they had mentioned that this was the law. After looking into the matter and a official government statement on the gov website, I have pointed out to them that this was not the case. Now, with no news from them I’m out £450. Extremely disappointed.
Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is atrocious to deal with. Due to covid19 out holiday has been cancelled. We need a refund as my partner is on leave due to our so having cystic fibrosis because of this we are self isolating. They are refusing to give a refund and only offering a credit note. What use is a credit note when we wont be able to travel possibly until 2022 due to covid19. I would choose a more reputable company than this bunch of charlatans.
Negative experience: If I could give no stars, I would have. The holiday was fantastic, but shortly ruined because Travel Soon did not provide the correct online booking information for Ryanair. This resulted to us not being able to check-in online prior to our flight, my boyfriend and I were charged at the airport with a hefty 110 euros charge!. Travelsoon did not take responsibility for their error (after investigating twice!!) and they refused to refund us the charge, even though it was 100% their fault. I have the legal bound documentation that was disregarded as evidence. They are thieves.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked, confirmed, then get a call saying it's going to be over £500 more than the price agreed. 'Angel' at the Travelsoon office was horribly rude, argumentative and unpleasant. Continuously putting the blame on me and outright lying about the finer details. Two disappointed kids (and 2 disappointed adults).
Negative experience: Appalling service. My son and I booked a private transfer which would have taken approx 20 minutes from the airport to our hotel. Nobody was there to meet us. I want to the desk mentioned on the booking receipt. They sent us outside to wait for a bus which then took us to the other end of Tenerife before dropping us off at our hotel two and a half hours later. The driver didn't speak a word of English. I complained when I came home and Travelsoon didn't have a clue how to treat a customer with a genuine compaint. Unbelievably unhelpful. Do not book anything with these cowboys.
Negative experience: Made a successful booking online. Only to be then told after my second call that the room I booked was unavailable. And that's it would cost an additional £400-500 for another family room for 5. Or that they could put me in a standard room and request a free upgrade with no guarantee. They where unable to explain why the room appeared available online.

Booked a 4 * , 3 hours later was changed to a 3* for even more money Now I'm here, on my holidays and I have been told that I could have the original hotel back if I pay £700 extra Be very weary when booking with them !!! I believe that we have paid you your full money back on your holiday minus how much you would owe to the supplier for anything outstanding on the cancellation. Positive experience: There was a problem with our transfer which dropped us 3 miles from our hotel because it was off the beaten track which was very frustrating . Travel soon rectified this for our return trip and provided us with a private transfer. Everything else went well.
Positive experience: We booked a long weekend in Malta with Travelsoon. I will admit I was nervous thinking something would go wrong, but I am pleased to say everything was perfect. From the plane, to the transfers, to the hotel, to the return transfers. Everything was so straightforward and stress free. I would definitely use them again.
Negative experience: This company almost ruined my wedding. I booked to go to Vegas to get married and planned the holiday of a lifetime. I kept messaging the agent to make sure everything was planned. I kept checking details with her via messenger, which I have the messages.. I messaged travelsoon a day before we flew to check final details, as we checked in and it said we had no baggage. I messaged the agent, she told me to pay for the baggage and I would get a full refund.. this was in May, it is now July and guess what no refund, although I have had a letter confirming I am getting a refund 20 days ago.. still nothing. Seems to me they lack in aftercare and once they have your money they do not care ..
Negative experience: This company is an absolute joke and to be avoided at all costs. They sent me to the most awful hotel in Zante and are taking no responsibility to refund any of my money. It was that bad i stayed all of 10 minutes before having to find alternative accommodation and pay out a further £350.00. If i could upload photos i would. I can see that your claims regarding your hotel were sent over to your accommodations supplier and they have liaised with the hotel in question, I do believe you have received the response from them of which they have disagreed with your comments, we appreciate this is not what you wanted to hear but this has been fully investigated, it is also the first complaint we have had regarding this accommodation.

Negative experience: Currently in the process of trying to get a refund on a holiday that I am on. I called the tour operator and asked for a nice, quiet hotel for a 4 day break. I explained that I was a female traveling solo. When I arrived to the my destination, Laganas in Zante it became apparent that this resort is party town. Able to live with the destination as the sun was shining I was then taken to my hotel. "Oh my god" . It was classed as a 3* all inclusive. The hotel itself was on a main busy road as was the pool. If the smog from the trucks, cars and bikes didn't get you the noise would have! The room was dark and dingy and had a bunk bed in it, as well as an old TV from the 90's. I went to look at the food. Bearing in mind I had paid for all inclusive all that was on offer was two trays, one with a few bits of chicken in and the other with dried pasta. I have since been in touch with travel soon. I'm still here and had to fork out £350 to stay at another hotel down the road and they have not as yet even apologised for my predicament. They have told me the tour operator they use have refused to refund my money and as yet are taking no responsibility. I have photos to prove that this hotel was not fit for purpose and they are being of little help right now. Please be aware of booking a holiday through them especially if you are a female travelling alone. They do not care of your welfare or safety. It looks like I have a fight on my hands and one I'm prepared to stay in until the end but it shouldn't be like this. I will report later if they do the right thing or not and refund my £290 owing.

Negative experience: Arrived at the apartment just after midnight with the apartment's locked up then we had a 3 hour trape trying to get the keys rang travelsoon and the way I was soiken to was disgusting. The advice I was given was to find another hotel for the night this was at 3 in the morning avoid using company

Negative experience: Rude ,they are never at fault because they read email address back to you once and than make out they have stipulated they have said this numinous times,would have argued but just needed holiday confirmed because that is all I wanted.

Negative experience: Utter garbage customer service. They need to offer a more flexible booking system. If you decide you would like to change hotel for instance. They should charge a fee but let you do it. Not just quote the their T&Cs to you like everyone should read them 'in depth' for two hours. Transparency doesn't seem to be their greatest strength, neither does there need to generate repeat business. Avoid, avoid and Avoid!!!

Negative experience: I would not use this company again. Have just holidayed in Costa del Sol, wonderful time no issues. Booked through travelsoon, needed to change name from abbreviation to full name to match passport. Appalling rude customer service from travelsoon, demanding almost two hundred pounds to change name, although their own paperwork clearly states thirty five pounds, which I'd happily have paid. Went direct to airline who were wonderful, agreed just abbreviation not even name change and ammended free of charge. The customer service lady at travelsoon was arrogant, rude and completely unhelpful. Negative experience: Unhappy with the way the service and information was provided. Asked on the first call what the total price is so I know how much to put in my bank and make the payment. Once payment details were given be advised about air passenger tax that everyone has to pay. Which I was not aware of and was not made clear in the beginning of both calls. When I call back to cancel it I be advised all confirmed and then brush me off to admin team who literally make it out as it’s your fault and do not will to listen. They make you feel awful and keep saying you agreed to it we can’t do anything about. Won’t be using this company ever again they do not know how to deal with customer in a respectful and in a manner way. Very unhappy

Fantastic experience: Booked a four-night break in Portugal. Price was excellent and had a lovely short break away. The transfers were on time and all the arrangements worked out very well. Can't fault the service and found them very friendly and helpful on the phone. Would use them again.
Negative experience: Well agreed to book parking at Birmingham Airport, lead to believe it is very short distance away. Then found out you park your car, catch their bus which comes every 15 minute and it takes another 15 minutes to get to the airport. I only live 20 minutes away what a waste of my money. I would also warn you all to be aware of their charges as mine has increased by the the minutes.

Negative experience: Do not book with Travelsoon, or whatever they are called. Appalling, once they have take your money, no more contact unless you want to be left waiting on line for 45 mins, and still no answer. We arrived at the airport and 2 of the passengers had not been booked for luggage! So £100 to pay. We had booked our seats but she had not put us all together. We arrived at the resort no contact for transfer. Once we arrived at the resort there was no record of us booked in. We spent a long time trying to sort out a room!! We'd paid for an upgrade, but our room certainly was not an upgrade. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For what we paid we could have got a better deal elsewhere. We fly home tomorrow, 30/8/18 hopefully we have no more issues. AVOID this company
Negative experience: £1500 wasted. Provided with poor hotel in rubbish resort. Transfer company left us sweating on whether we would arrive at the airport on time. Worst weeks holiday ever. Not even a good deal. It's back to Thomas Cook for us.
Negative experience: Booked a holiday with this company in April of this year to go away in May. The holiday which I called to book was unavailable but they did find me an alternative at a good price. Booked and paid in full over the phone and was told all documents, boarding passes, transfer vouchers would be emailed over in the next 48 hours. I received everything via email accept boarding passes. I rang up to question this and was assured it's all booked and not to worry and gave me a reference number for the flight company. I went onto the website to check this and it said booking awaiting confirmation? Long story short, over a 2 week period of constant phone calls and being passed pillow to post and promised somebody would call me back later when they never did. They had actually tried to book me on to a flight which was already full. They then tried to get me to fly from a different location and day to which I'd have to cover the cost! Eventually and luckily for me I paid via MasterCard who got me my money back. I know I got my money back and can put it down to a bad experience but the stress levels over those few weeks was horrendous.
Negative experience: I so wished i had read reviews before booking with this Company. The staff are rude, they add on extra charges and lie. They advise me they had to add my seats to an Easyjet booking and charged me £150 for the privilige. When I called Easyjet they could have done it for me directly for £116. They do not respond to any emails and when you call them they talk over you. Customer service is shocking. They also charged me a ticketing fee of £180 and said it was Easyjets policy on their website. No such thing. They produce a competitive quote then add on so many hidden extras. Avoid avoid avoid.
Negative experience: Stay away! They tell you a price and then withdraw from your account more than what was agreed. According to what they told me at the phone my holiday should have cost 440£ plus 48£ for a car. In the end they took from my account 540£. Moreover when I got to take the car I found out I couldn't take it without credit card (I specifically asked them if I could take it with a debit card on the phone and they said that I could) so I asked for a refund. After 2 weeks arguing with them they processed the refund and suddenly my car hire was 22£...what?! At the phone they told me 48 but now is 22??? Lastly when I got to the hotel they didn't have our reservation and we had to hang around at the reception for 2 hours while the receptionist was speaking with them at the phone to understand what went wrong. Spend a little more but travel with a more reliable company.
Fantastic experience: Good informative staff from start to finish. Everything about our holiday went just as it should. I would recommend Travelsoon and will definitely book with them again.
Negative experience: pls pls pls don't ignore this warning.. avoid them like plague.. you make a booking, they send you ref and wont send you confirmation when you call to get confirmation customer service takes your number promising that they will call you back , after several days they still don't, you call them back, customer service gets rude saying theres nothing she can do about it but pass your number on to booking team, hangs up on you and still no body gives you confirmation of your holiday, eventually when they call you they tell you the price has gone up.. you cant even get a refund.. don't say I didnt warn you ..
Negative experience: Seem to ignore you at all costs. Don't be mislead into thinking you can get a 'deal' with them. They advertise the same holidays at a low price and then say that they're 'all booked out' - but then will offer the same holiday for almost double the price per person. I tried calling again to enquire about different holiday deals that were still online, they just ignored me and told my partner they'd call back - but they never did! Just plain rude.
Negative experience: Ok where do i start.... i wish i can give 0 stars. We arrived in egypt after a long delay because of snow. We get to the reception and we are told we have not got the full inclusive package. We showed hilton hurghada reception the full paid invoice with all inclusive but they insist travelsoon or whoever they are "travelbug ltd" or "jumbo tours" have not sent correct booking. They took our hard earned money but did not confirm with hilton. We are scared of the security risk in egypt as there is armed police everywhere and dont know where to eat. We called the admin team at travelsoon, cheryl and her colleages are so rude. I have never dealt with a company with so little regard for customer empathy. She did not care about our situation or offered an apology. She had the nerve to speak back to me and not allow me to finish my sentences. She then hung up on me explaining that im a threat. How?? IM CALLIN FROM EGYPT!! She insisted "sam" the head of operations will call. Sam has not called to offer any assistance as we are in a very stressful situation. I will sue them when i get back to england for loss of enjoyment but as im still in egypt i cannot do anything. I will speak with ABTA and trading standards. I will request all calls and all system notes to be sent to me so i understand how this has happened. All of these reviews i have read, reflect my experience and i am shocked to know how they get away with this. I believe they did this on purpose. Serious allegation but i understand that. Disgusting and please avoid this company.
Negative experience: Staff lied about what was included in my package. Spoken with management over the last couple days since this has come to light. They advised they have listened to my call recording and there is no mention of it (this is a lie). I have requested a copy of said recording and was advised that it would be sent to me - it has not been received despite following it up on numerous occasions. My friend has very severe anxiety and would have gotten extremely upset and concerned had I not paid an additional fee (despite incompetent staff advising me it would be free) to be with her on the flight. I highly recommend staying away from this company as it will only be you that is left out of pocket when they refuse to meet their obligations. Very frustrating. Shame on this company - next time, I would rather pay more and save myself the headache.
Negative experience: Booked and paid for all incl holiday on their website as advertised price, next day they phoned saying price has increased so we had to pay extra money in order to get the holiday. What a rip off .........?
Negative experience: Please, please do not use this company, poor customer service, rude staff, refuse to refund your money unless your holiday is covered with ATOL (so if you do book with this company make sure you have the ATOL certificate covering all of the holiday/flights/transfer etc). I had go to ABTA to get my money back, If I could give this company no STARS I WOULD.
Negative experience: Advertised price for city break. I booked, gave my credit card details and got a booking reference. After several days I finally got through and they told me the holiday had went up 100 pounds. Avoid at all costs. Shambles
Negative experience: Terrible company! Disgusting customer service! Will never book with them again... didn’t even get to go on our holiday due to monarch going into administration and the company didn’t help find another holiday and still haven’t received form off the company to claim our money back, now nearly 5 weeks later!
Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Snide and rude admin staff. Cut me off whilst still speaking on the phone. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Had no problems whatsoever using this company. I'm always a little wary of this type of operation and my only real issue was that they wanted to apply a surcharge for using a debit card when I paid the balance of the holiday. No such charge is levied for a BACS payment and they talked me through how to do that, and phoned to confirm when the money arrived. Would recommend.
Negative experience: Took my bank details at a price of £560 then after taking details told me the price was £781! And then took the money from the account!
Negative experience: WE HAVE BOOKED HOLIDAYS AS IT WAS CHEAP, WE WERE VERY HAPPY AND EXCITED.BOOKED FLIGHTS, ACCOMODATION AS THEY DESCRIBED IN THEIR PACKAGE, THEY ALSO TOLD ME IT IS ATOL PROTECTED! WE WERE TRAVELLING TO GREECE, AS SOON WE GOT TO GREEK AIRPORT, COULD NOT FIND OUR TRANSPORT, ASKED EVERYWHERE BUT APPARENTLY NOTHING WAS BOOKED, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT! WE HAD TO GET TAXI AND PAY EXTRA TO HOTEL, IT WAS VERY LATE AND WE WERE TIRED. ONCE WE ARRIVED TO HOTEL RECEPTIONIST CONFIRMED THERE IS NO BOOKING, NO ACCOMODATION , WE SHOWED HIM BOOKING RESERVATION, IT ALL PAID, BUT THE GENTLEMAN SAID NO BOOKING SO HE CANT LET US IN. WE TRIED TO CALL TO TRAVELSOON AND ASK FOR HELP BUT SADLY NO ONE ANSWERED. SO WE HAD TO PAY HOPING WE CAN GET OUR MONEY BACK AS SOON AS WE BACK. ON 23/05/17 WE HAVE WRITTEN COMPLAINT LETTER TO TRAVELSOON AND CALLED MANY TIMES BUT THEY ALWAYS PROMISED US TO CALL BACK, OR TO RESOLVE THE MATTER, NOTHING BEEN DONE. I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINT WITH ABTA AS THEY WERE REGISTERED WITH ABTA. ABTA LOOKED INTO OUR CASE AND GOT BACK WITH THE SHOCKING ANSWER, THAT APPARENTLY TRAVELSOON IS COVERED BY ABTA BUT NOT THE ACCOMODATION COMPANY, JACK TRAVEL, SO THEY WONT HELP US. I HAVE BEEN WRITING TO TRAVELSOON AND ASKING THEM TO COMPENSATE THE INCONVENIENCE , STRESS AND THE FEES WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR HOTEL AND TRANSPORT TWICE! I WANT EVERYBODY TO BE AWARE OF THIS BADLY MANAGED COMPANY, PLEASE ASK MANY QUESTIONS, IT NOT ALWAYS GOOD OR WORTH BOOKING WITH CHEAP TRAVEL COMPANIES LIKE THAT.
Fantastic experience: Booked a couple of holidays with Travelsoon & found them to be really good value. No problems when we were overseas either.

Negative experience: W this company is horrendous we have not yet even flown to destination , we booked a group holiday to Benidorm our budget was £150 for a Friday to Monday . Called them yes we have a booking that would suit . £145 , brilliant . Phoned back later that day it had gone up £35 . Ok I'll have to ask group but should be ok .. called next day it was now £240 ., ok leave it ! 10 mins later phone call we have one in. Benalmadina sea front £155 this a Saturday evening ok I'll have it will book it on Monday with person who is paying ! Great Monday we ring up to book they took all
