Negative experience: The washing machine flooded the kitchen. In fact it vibrated and bounced out of its space. The pool was filthy. I even wrote 'filthy' with a broom along the green scum that was living on the floor of the pool. Building work was horrendous too (which we were not made aware of before hand). Was offered £250 compensation from a chap called Prince. The funds never arrived in my bank account. Gave up chasing. Such a shame, as two years previous, they were quite decent.
Negative experience: At the first I was pleased by the smoothness of the process to rent a villa for Lanzarote. Everything started when we entered the villa which was not cleaned and we found mold and and huge smell of Humidity inside. The villa was not well maintained and I couldn’t use the jacuzzi. I tried to contact them but no one answered during my stay. The only contact I had was to tell me to leave on time at check-out. I tried to get a refund for their lack of customer service and they only refund me 200€. My best advice DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY AGENT. They are not professional and don’t care about their customer.
Negative experience: Je déconseille fortement de réserver avec Agnitravel ! Nous avions réservé une semaine de vacances début avril 2020 à Majorque pour un montant de 569 €. Suite à l’annonce du confinement, 15 jours avant le début de nos vacances, il nous était donc impossible de nous rendre à Majorque. Nous avons tenté de contacter agnitravel à de nombreuses reprises pendant 6 mois, page Facebook (qui a été supprimée courant avril 2020), téléphone, mail, mais nos requêtes restaient sans réponse. Silence radio pendant 6 mois. Ça n’est qu’en novembre 2020, lorsque nous avons tenté de les rappeler qu’ils ont répondu. Ravis nous avons échanger avec le service client qui nous a informé que nous pouvions avoir un bon d’achat correspondant au montant de notre réservation ou un remboursement d’environ 500€ de notre réservation. Ravis nous leur avons demandé de nous le confirmer par mail. Surprise ! Dans leur mail était indiqué seulement un avoir de 200€ ! Énervés nous les avons rappelés, et sommes tombés sur une personne très désagréable qui nous a demandé de ne plus les appeler ! Suite à cela, nous avons regardé pour éventuellement utiliser cet avoir de 200€ pour la même vila à la même période, surprise les tarifs avaient doublés et nous devions ajouter à nouveau une somme considérable ! JE DÉCOMMANDE TOTALEMENT AGNITRAVEL, aucune compréhension, service client pas aimable et incompétent ! Dommage, en apparence ce site semblait sérieux !
Negative experience: We stayed at Villa Katerina in Corfu for 6 days. We trated the house very well and left clean and took the trash out as we were said to do. They stole us 1350 euros because the owner (he didn't check the house with us) said that the kitchen floor was corroded by something and needed to be substituted. We knew that the floor was a little bit sticky because a piece of watermalon fell on the floor but this is ridiculous because the murble floor cannot be damaged by something like that. Also they didn't want to send us the photos of the "corroded floor". We are 9 guys under 25 years old and they screwed us and stole us the deposit.
Negative experience: We were made aware some weeks prior to our holiday that the property we had booked with Agni Travel had a lot of issues. We raised this with Agni Travel, as we had disabled members in our party and were concerned for their health and safety. When speaking to them on the phone, the phone agent called the other reviews lies and we were "reassured" that the villa was inspected and fine and that they wouldn't refund us to rebook. We had no choice but to hope what we were told was factual. On arrival at the property we discovered that was not the case at all. The place had a massive damp issue that was growing mould (and the damp was running down the walls), the smell was overwhelming. That was just the start of it. The extractor fan was not fixed to the wall, leaving electric wires exposed, there were cracks running through the walls and light fittings, the ceiling fan almost came down in one bedroom, the stair handrails were loose and with any weight put on them would potentially fall down, the paint was wet and crumbling off the walls due to the damp, the area around the swimming pool was untidy, dirty and dangerous, the stairs into the pool were not fixed to the side of the pool wall and were coming out the ground also. This is just to name a few issues! We did not stay there - we couldn't with those in our party. Agni travel refused to admit any liability and refund us even though we had to source alternative accommodation. In fact Agni Travel completely contradicted themselves by saying that the "property was perfectly fine and habitable" and in the next sentence "you never gave us the opportunity to source you alternative accommodation" so which was it? We did give you the opportunity weeks before we were due to stay and you refused. This holiday was to celebrate a 40th birthday and was almost ruined. We have since raised a section 75 and within 24 hours of the evidence being reviewed we have been refunded in full - so that speaks volumes. Agni Travel are just a bunch of charlatans or, as my father used to say, they are run by “flim flam artists”. please, please, please avoid like you would the plague!!
Negative experience: Rented a villa off these guys last month. Photos looked great but at £350 per night, we had high expectations. The place was very dirty, the dishwasher was broken, the bathroom kept flooding. They were all ears whilst we were in the property but as soon as we got home, they went cold in spite of offering compensation. Avoid this company at all costs!
Negative experience: No help at all to resolve an issue with a villa we booked. Was forced to leave a property due to a powercut yet we are not entitled to a refund even though the villa owner said it was a frequent thing to happen.

Negative experience: This company is an embarrassment to the tourist industry. We stayed at Villa Irene Palace in Cyprus. We never had such a bad hosting experience. The property was dirty, unsanitized with cockroaches running around. Poorly maintained. Light was not working in one of the rooms, half broken toilet seats, wifi working only in main area, water not running in one of the bathroom taps. And above all, an unprofessional and insulting host. Be wise and keep away from properties managed by Agni Travel
Negative experience: Don't even consider booking with them, they're a bunch of thieves! Pictures of the rentals are embellished at best, and if you complain, they'll tell you compassionately to get lost. Never ever again!!!
Negative experience: We have been customers with Agni three times. We paid 200 euros per night for a so called Villa which is a very old unmaintained house with a tiny old shower , the phone was not working , a shoe lace workaround to hold the frame of the curtain. The bed was super small and the matress horrible. The handle door broken. No screens to protect from mosquitoes and bugs. The TV not working and also no phone coverage at all! I could pay 70 euros and not 200 per night!! Of course Agni did not refund us and horrible customer service! Although we provided them with pictures.
Negative experience: Booked a villa in Turkey via Agni Travel for my family of 5, including 3 children. Seen the villa advertised on AirBnB and VRBO obviously by Agni, at different rates, but then went directly to the Agni Travel website/Beach Villas where it was even cheaper. Booking process was OK, no issues. However some days into our stay there was an issue with the villa pool and reported it to Agni by email the next morning. The pool attendant advised us not to use the pool as there was a problem with the water and he would try to resolve. 24 hours later the issue was still there. There was no assurance as to when the pool would be fixed and we were continually given false promises. Imagine being in a super hot location (actually was a heatwave) with 3 kids and no pool! 2 days in and still with no idea what the issue was and when it would be fixed we found another villa with Airbnb and asked Agni to refund the remaining days so that we could continue our holiday and the services we'd paid for. They flat out denied this request, telling us the pool was being worked on, this is now the 3rd day! The Property Managers were standing next to us telling me that they would be fine refunding the remaining days butt Agni need to action this. Agni would not even consider a token of goodwill. We paid for a villa with a pool and didn't get this for over 3 days of our holiday, and Agni took no responsibility, despite the property manager agreeing we should move and receive a refund. I wish I'd booked via Airbnb or VRBO as they could have been fairer to deal with. Agni are not ABTA/ATOL so there is no protection, seriously don't take any chances. Please read their google reviews, they are awful!

Negative experience: On réserve avec "Richard" sur AirBnb pour une maison qui à l'air neuve. On se retrouve en fait dans une maison encore en travaux, où tout a été photographié avec un grand angle et des filtres. On est parti et grâce aux photos AirBnb nous a remboursé. Pas de la faute de l'agence me direz-vous. C'est vrai, sauf quand l'agence elle vous laisse un commentaire AirBnb en disant que vous vous êtes fait remboursé seulement car le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Bref des gens pas honnêtes.
Negative experience: Do not care about their customers. After having the place booked for 9 months and having my contact details. They accepted a booking system auto-cancel as my original payment method did not collect. I was trying to resolve this with new payment details with the booking site as I wanted the holiday and had the money. However they didn't contact me once to resolve. They cancelled my holiday, let it immediately to someone else (therefore not losing any money) and kept my half payment. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: Simply awful, we were placed in a villa that was unfit for human habitation, we were told the day before we arrived there was minor building work going on next door. This minor building work is actually the construction of 12 large villas within 4ft of the boundary of the villa. We were woken at 7am thinking there was an earthquake, the whole house rumbling and having to shout to hear each other. After running outside we could see a heavy plant vehicle digging foundations almost on the boundary line - within 20 minutes our villa was flooded with thick concrete dust , the pool had a layer of thick disgusting dirt, to put into perspective of how big this construction site is - there are over 100 builders working on the site. They work 7 days a week 7-5pm! We were left there for 12 hours until we were moved but the damage was done our youngest son the following morning developed a nasty cough and started to struggle to breath, this is still ongoing and has been caused by the dangerous levels of dust entering the villa despite windows and doors shut. You will never get away with this. We are returning home to start legal proceedings against ANGI travel Ltd.

Positive experience: Buchungsprozess ist einfach & sicher. Man bekommt eine Quittung der gezahlten Kaution und auch eine Zusammenfassung der Regeln, nahegelegene Orte und einen Reiseplaner. Wir mussten aber eine hohe Kaution zahlen, OBWOHL wir mit dem Durchschnittsalter ÜBER der von dieser Firma festgelegten Grenze lagen. Nach unserem CheckOut wurde einfach ein Teil der Kaution beschlagnahmt, ohne Angabe von Gründen. Erst auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, dass wir die Villa angeblich nicht gereinigt hätten. Das ist aber gelogen, denn wir haben die Villa sehr wohl gereinigt. Erst nach Beschwerde und 2 Wochen Wartezeit, wurde uns die fehlende Kaution erstattet.
Negative experience: Estoy en un villa la cuál ellos gestionan, en Lanzarote, tías. La villa se llama Villa Casita Cinco, la cual no está en condiciones para pagar 1200€, llevo batallando con ellos y con la administración que se llama Beatriz y no e obtenido respuestaa ni soluciones. Actualmente estoy en esta villa, e puesto reclamación en la Consejería de Turismo, ya que ellos no han querido dar soluciones. Llevo 6 días de 10, hasta los nervios que e cogido por sentirme tan mal que me han atendido hasta en ambulancia, y obviamente pido la hoja de reclamaciones y tampoco saben decirme a quien se la debo de pedir. Ellos sabes quién soy, espero su respuesta.

Fantastic experience: A few problems with our villa in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote. These were quickly and efficiently sorted out by the maintenance guy. Always recomend Agni.
Negative experience: Agni was a subcontractor to the agency I booked through. Didn't even know who they were until my holiday was underway. Terrible customer service. If you have issues, all they will do is cut-and-paste their Ts&Cs and take no responsibility for anything. Oh, and then they will call you a liar. AND they KNOWINGLY REPRESENT SUB PAR PROPERTIES and do NOTHING about it. I will go out of my way to make sure I NEVER have to deal with this company EVER again.

Nothing like what was advertised, Agni Travel refused to listen to anything we raised or try to resolve any problems. We had to move out after the second night. Negative experience: Booked a villa in Cyprus, happy with service till we arrived. The villa owner was on site, we had numerous issues which we raised with her at the time and submitted a complaint when we got back Agni travel sent standard response of hope it didn't spoilt your holiday and hope you use us again! Villa was poorly equipped, lacked sun loungers, and had major chlorine issues with the pool. We will never book through this company again as they clearly don't inspect the properties they market and don't offer any customer service.
Fantastic experience: We booked with Agni Travel direct after finding they were the most competitively priced after an extensive search. The customer service from the start was exceptional. Access to the holiday portal was great and really easy to use. They recommend a local car hire company in Cyprus who were excellent and beat all the other car hire companies prices. We stayed at Villa Evelina in Neo Chorio Cyprus. It’s was a dream come true. The most perfect location in the mountains with amazing views and the local town of latchi was perfect- not ruined by tourism. The water sports and beach front was fabulous. Agni Travel we’re great throughout our stay always on hand to assist. This was the perfect escape and we’ll definitely use them again. Thank you.

Negative experience: We booked through AGNI travel and stayed in a Villa in Puerto Calero Lanzarote In May/June this year (2022). The standard of the property's repair maintenance and equipment was not acceptable and unsafe. Old, stained mattresses, ill-fitting mattresses, torn and dirty settee, no light bulbs, insufficient crockery glasses and dirty cutlery, broken and potentially dangerous iron. These things should be seen by the person who is delegated by AGNI to be responsible for ensuring the property is fit and safe for guests. However, all of these deficits were present before our arrival, and we now notice that as far back 2019 reviews were saying similar things. The Plaque at the Villa entrance says the company AGNI is in ABTA but they are not. When we wrote a complaint and asked for compensation for the discomfort and embarrassment (I had booked for other members of the family too) we had suffered we were accused of blackmail. Avoid this property and company AGNI at all costs.

Negative experience: We booked an Agni Travel villa in Lanzarote through Vrbo. When we arrived the villa was dirty and poorly maintained. We have asked to leave the villa early and to be refunded for our unused stay. We are awaiting a response and will keep this review updated.
Negative experience: My flights to Greece were cancelled in 2020 due to the then new covid outbreak, so unfortunately I subsequently had to cancel my villa with Agni Travel, who initially offered me just a 25% credit note (despite me paying the full balance early and upfront at the time of booking), though FINALLY they offered me a 100% credit note and I re-booked for later this year (this time though on free cancellation booking for added security and peace of mind). Unfortunately due to the continuing covid situation I again requested to cancel my booking, and ahead of the required 60 day free cancellation period, but have again been told there is no refund (this time because I used a credit voucher for payment (which I only had as they wouldn’t refund me honestly last year), as they say that is not valid for free cancellation bookings. This despite that ‘rule’ not being anywhere in their booking conditions, or with no warning from them when I made the free cancellation booking, *at the higher price*, which of course they were very happy to accept, and without any warning or notification that this was supposedly not a valid option for me using the credit note! Agni Travel may be a good company to travel with in normal times, (I wouldn’t know as I have never travelled with them before, and will never do so again in the future due to my experience with them and their behaviour with me), but in covid times they should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. They are a dishonest, unprofessional and disreputable company with zero moral fibre, understanding or compassion for their customers. Like every company in the travel sector during these unprecedented times, I feel genuinely sorry for them and what they are currently going through, but unlike all the other companies I had bookings with last year (who were all very honest and forthcoming with refunds, and as a seasoned and regular traveller, I am sure I will be using all their services again many more times in the future), in contrast Agni travel are the antithesis of good customer service, and even if they do survive this difficult period, they may very well not survive for very long afterwards due to their spiralling (but rightfully earned) reputation, which must now be in tatters. You reap what you sow. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For fairness and transparency, having finally travelled with Agni travel, the villa was nice and the holiday went very well. Had they taken a more flexible and customer friendly approach up front, and I had the opportunity to re-book with them again on my own terms and timing, my rating would have been completely different. I stand by my previous comments, but as said, in fairness the holiday itself went without any incidents and the villa was nice.
Negative experience: Don’t book with Agni travel. They took our money with promises that we’d be able to move dates if restricted by Covid. They lied, we lost our money. The customer service is rubbish and dismissive. There are so many good companies, you don’t need to use this one.

Negative experience: Do not use this company they are absolute sharks. We booked in Jan 2020 for a villa which was cancelled due to Covid. They wouldn't issue a refund but did give a credit note which we didn't realise had a use by date on it. Any correspondence from them was fairly rude and personal. I was told 'You booked this accommodation when COVID was already a known event.' which I pointed out wasn't the case in January 2020. Looking at other reviews Agni are no longer ABTA members and they have made changes to their T&C's. There is now a section making it very difficult for you to use chargeback on your credit card.

Had booked a villa in Lanzarote but due to Covid threat and not having enough holidays from work to cover having to isolate on return was hoping to postpone holiday. Was told wouldn’t be able to do that (absolutely no attempt to help us). Had paid for holiday in full and lost it all!!. Very unprofessional attitude towards COVID and expecting people to travel. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Negative experience: Won't let us move our holiday when we don't feel safe travelling to an amber country. Have been going with them for years and wished we hadn't given them so much money over the years now. Will never be using them again. They have caused our family a lot of upset and we have lost a lot of money. Please think twice about booking with this company
Negative experience: Used these via Clickstay for a Villa Holiday originally booked for July 2020. For obvious Covid reasons, the holiday could not go ahead. I requested a refund of my deposit, which they declined. They offered that they could move the holiday to July 2021 which I reluctantly accepted. Once accepted they advised me that the cost had increase by 22%!!! I was clearly not going to accept this, especially as I didn't even request the move. I informed them that this was unfair and they then suggested a 5% increase, again, this was no good for me. Eventually they agreed to honour the same price. Fast forward to May 2021. I made contact with them as my balance payment approx. £3600 was due on 5th June. As Spain was in Amber at that time, I asked if we could delay payment until we knew for sure it would be moved to Green. That request was met with a flat no. As luck would have it, the Government announced on 4th that Spain would remain in Amber and therefore we would not be able to attend the holiday due to having to self isolate on our return. I therefore asked again for a refund of my deposit (£1150) or to move the holiday to 2022. Both were declined and to make it worse he hinted that I could have had a refund last year!!!!! Disgrace of a company with no understanding for individuals who are losing their hard earned cash with nothing to show for it. AVOID!
Negative experience: DO NOT book with Agni Travel Save yourself alot of stress and DO NOT book with Agni Travel, they are the sort of company that gives the travel industry a bad name. You will find the same villa on other websites NOT beachvillas.com as that is the same company plus if you buy on booking.com it will still be Agni Travel who profit. On receipt of our balance reminder email I asked to move the holiday to a later date and stated I would pay an amendment fee if needed as due to my partners key worker status meant we could not isolate on return, was told to pay up or lose the £700 already paid. They hid behind their T&C's which state that amendments are at the company's discretion. Whilst waiting for a reply from them asking why they would not consider an amendment they cancelled my booking and stated if I wanted to reinstate it would cost an additional £50. The villa was back on sale on their site the following day. How disgusting! When so many travel companies are bending over backwards to help their customers during the most difficult period the industry has ever experienced Agni Travel are only interested in making quick money at their customers expense - they should be stripped of their ABTA membership.
Negative experience: Totally Disgusting ! No Need to read my review - just look at everyone else - who all say the same - its clear that there are problems here ! They want to take you money above everything else ! I had posted a great review of this company as I thought they could be trusted but at the end of the day they sell overcharged rentals - and they are very difficult to deal with - DO YOURSELF A MASSIVE FAVOUR - just book directly with the wonderful Greek owners and cut out this shower Awful! Negative experience: Dieser Reiseagent mit Sitz in London ist das allerletzte was Kunden angeht. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus in der Toskana gebucht. Die quarantäne in deutschland bei rückkehr hatten wir schon einkalkuliert. Jetzt hatte aber die Regierung in Italien auch bei Einreise in Italien eine Quarantäne von 5 Tagen verhängt. Der Touroperator sagte das sei nicht sein Problem und wir könnten ja das Haus geniessen. Rechtlich gesehen wäre er zu einer Rückzahlung verpflichted da das Haus in Italien ist. eine Umbuchung auf 2022 wollte er auch nicht akzeptieren. wir haben insgesamt 30-40 emails geschrieben. Wir haben sogar vorgeschlagen die Kommission die ihm durch die Umbuchung entfallen wäre zu zahlen. auch dieser Deal war ihm völlig egal! das Geld ist natürlich weg und Urlaub hatten wir keinen in Italien. Bloss die Finger von diesem Veranstalter lassen!!!!!!!!! This London-based travel agent is the very last word when it comes to customers. We had booked a vacation home in Tuscany. We had already factored in the quarantine in Germany on return. But now the government in Italy had imposed a quarantine of 5 days on entry into Italy. The tour operator said that was not his problem and we could enjoy the house. Legally he would be obliged to repay as the house is in Italy. He also did not want to accept a rebooking to 2022. we wrote a total of 30-40 emails. I knew the appointment owners contacted them they where happy to move the dates but where waiting for payment. So Agni had lied. They still argued when I spoke to them again and reluctantly moved dates

Negative experience: My husband and I have travelled with this company for many years booking a villa in Cyprus in excess of probably 10-12 times. Sadly we have must been on the receiving end of a horrible experience regarding our holiday booked for this July. As we are both over70 and the possibility of travel still uncertain we contacted the company and asked the implications of moving the booking to 2022 or cancelling completely. The first was a no go and we were then led to believe a percentage of the deposit would be returned in we cancelled. This we did and were told the financial department would be in touch re the refund. We have now been told that that was a mistake and no refund is payable and we are now left out of pocket to the tune of £400. Basically no discussion or admission of any liability on their part. So much for customer loyalty and expectations of fair and professional conduct!!! Take our advice and do not use this company

Negative experience: We booked a 1 week stay at a villa on Lanzarote in January this year through Agni. The day we landed on Lanzarote and were supposed to check in we were informed by email from Agni that the villa was not available, that there was nothing they could do about this, but they still wished us to enjoy our stay. We had to go to a hotel until we found another home to rent (not through Agni) and Agni did not cover the bill for the hotel. Quite unprofessionally, they also blamed the villa owner for the unavailability. Irrespective of who made a mistake (the villa owner or Agni) I expect from such a company that they have the capacity to manage availability of their villas in advance as this is their sole purpose of why their are in business. Awful company. Awful service.

Negative experience: All flights cancelled in June so was unable to get to our villa (2week booking) I asked to changed the date and was told no so I went to my card provider to do a charge back. This company has then disputed my charge back and my card has been charged AGAIN! I mean how were we supposed to get there? Swim? Worst company, cheeky response AVOID COMPLETELY! Oh and to top it off even if I did accept the credit note (which I haven't) the villa booked is now more than double the price for 1 week compared to what we were paying for 2 weeks. Negative experience: As seen in many other reviews below, I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Booked villa through booking.com in February and due to coronavirus and our flights to canaries being cancelled we could not travel, was informed that since fuertaventura not in lockdown, no refund or change of date was applicable. We gave the company over 3 weeks notice and they then advertised the villa at almost double the rate!! Tried to chargeback on credit card and this was denied.. so much for being safe when booking through credit card! Disgusting company and will never use them again!

Negative experience: We cannot recommend to book the Villa "Can Llobera" in Mallorca and more by using the service of the agency Agni Travel. My husband and me just wanted to relax and enjoy our holiday for one week (August 2020), but we didn´t get what we paid for - and we paid a lot for the malperfomance of the owner of the Villa and Agni Travel. At our arrival there was an utmost bad smell of modry. It was so bad and unbearable, that we couldn´t stay permanently in the Villa. Also the furniture is not like someone expect for the high rent for one week. Furthermore since our arrival the stove did not work until afternoon of the second day. But more: Since evening of the second day we had no running water for 13 hours. We even couldn´t use the toilet! The agency solved the problems except the heavy bad smell of modry within one day, but the agency and the proprietor until today strictly deny to reimburse an adequate discount for this failures. In any correspondence they deny reimbursement against any fairness in treatment of us, the clients. So we paid the full rent for the Villa, but did not get a fully working Villa in return. It was really the worst holiday we ever had. Wir können nicht empfehlen, die Villa "Can Llobera" auf Mallorca zu buchen und schon gar nicht den Service der Agentur Agni Travel in Anspruch zu nehmen. Mein Mann und ich wollten für eine Woche (im August 2020) einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen. Leider haben wir nicht erhalten, wofür wir bezahlt haben - und für die schlechte Leistung des Eigentümers und der Agentur Agni Travel haben wir leider eine hohe Summe bezahlt. Die Villa hat bei unserer Ankunft und während der gesamten Mietzeit fürchterlich nach Moder gestunken und zwar so schlimm, dass wir uns nicht über längere Zeit im Haus aufhalten konnten. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist im Übrigen von einer äußerst niederen Qualität. Für den hohen Mietpreis erwartet man wirklich etwas anderes. Bei unserer Ankunft hat sodann auch der Herd nicht funktioniert und dies bis zum Nachmittag des zweiten Tages. Aber es wird noch schlimmer: ab dem Abend des zweiten Tages hatten wir für 13 Stunden kein fließendes Wasser und auch die Toilettenspülung konnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Agentur hat erst nach einer gewissen Zeit Hilfe geschickt. Auf den Geruch ist seitens der Agentur nicht einmal eingegangen worden. Bis heute weigert sich die Agentur Agni Travel und der Eigentümer einen Teil des Mietpreises aufgrund der schlechten Leistung/Nichtleistung zu erstatten. Dies ist ungeheuerlich und entbehrt jeglicher Fairness gegenüber uns, den Kunden. Wir haben den vollen Mietpreis bezahlt und im Gegenzug nicht die volle Leistung erhalten die uns zusteht, nämlich eine Villa mit funktionierender Einrichtung. Es war wirklich der schlimmste Urlaub, den wir je erlebt haben.

Omdat Transavia de vluchten naar de eilanden van Griekenland had geannuleerd, onze bestemming was Corfu, was het voor ons niet mogelijk om daar te komen. Agnitravel reageerde heel bot en er was niets mogelijk. De reis kon ook niet verzet worden naar volgend jaar. Ons geld 2700,— zijn we dus kwijt. Lousy organization. Booked October 20, 2019 before anyone knew Corona existed. As Transavia canceled the flights to the islands of Greece, our destination was Corfu, it was not possible for us to get there. Agnitravel reacted very bluntly and nothing was possible. The trip could not be postponed to next year either. So we have lost our money 2700, -.

Negative experience: Booked a Villa in Greece for October. Two weeks before departure, my flights got canceled by the airline, no alternative flights available due to covid. Suggested various solutions to AgniTravel such as: - Postpone the booking for a year - Book another appartment for the same time period in another country Absolutely no willingness from Agni Travel to make any concessions. They took the full amount and even worse! Already rented the same accomodation for the same time period again, so sold the same thing twice! Strongly suggest to avoid any offering from AgniTravel.

Negative experience: Booked before corona virus, only now to find out that the flight is canceled and so we are unable to go. The villa and booking.com is totally not cooperating at all to move the date, give us a voucher or refund the money. We would love to just move the date and even pay a litte more to still be able to enjoy our vacation. Never ever would i reccomend a cooperation that is unable to be human, and they will take your money, but wont give it back, thank god for freedom of speech, but this smells like a massive scam to get a quick buck...Enjoy your money, and hope you get corona.
Negative experience: Do not trust this company with your money. Covid 19 was not their fault but they didn't need to steal from their customers. Like many people here, my deposit was retained with no offer to move the booking to another date even though I was not allow to travel due to FCO guidelines, something I would happily have done. Do not book a holiday with this company i booked through Home and Away, 12 hours before I was due to fly the flight was cancelled therefore unable to travel. Threatened to take me to small claims court if I try and claim my money back. This holiday was booked September last year. Just lost €2200 because they were insisting Greece is not in Lockdown, while there’s absolutely no possibility to enter it with Moldavian passport due to Covid. Please read other reviews and NEVER try to book villas with them. There are a lot of better travel agencies with much better villas, don’t waste your time, money and your vacation as we did.

Negative experience: We had a villa booked in Majorca for 10 days from the 13th August 2020 however the government introduced the travel restrictions to Spain and the islands. Subsequent to the FCO advising against travel, our flights were cancelled. I wrote to Agni to inform them of our situation and to enquire if they would consider either vouchers or a postponement of our booking which they refused. There were several emails back and forth between us, me asking if they would reconsider their stance, but they continued to be inflexible and insisted we should travel to the villa against the FCO guidance. Their email responses are generally references to being guided by ABTA. along with large copy and pasted extracts. Yet the actions they take directly contradict this guidance. On the 13th August 2020, they informed us that they had cancelled the booking and suggested that we should fly to an alternative location to which we responded by telling them that as they have cancelled we would like a refund (we feel this is our entitlement and will seek further advice on this). Further correspondence continued and today, 16th August 2020, after my insistence they issue us a refund as a result of Agni cancelling the booking, Agni have contacted me to state they have reactivated our booking and that we are welcome to travel there despite the FCO advice against travel to the destination and after previously cancelling the booking. Their behaviour is unprofessional and, quite frankly, absurd. We are seeking legal advice on the matter and will be reporting them to the Competition and Markets Authority.
Fantastic experience: Just returned from our holiday in Crete. Our villa was superb; clean and well-equipped. The service from Agni from the time of our booking and then during our stay, was faultless. Any query that I had was responded to swiftly and comprehensively. Hard to get hold of the team by phone but that's the same across all providers in the current climate...but super responsive on email. I would definitely recommend their villas on Crete island and their general professional service delivery. Thanks
Negative experience: Scammers, thieves, robbers! They canceled my booking 3 days before my arrival without reasons, without notice and they refused me a refund. They changed their contract after my payment, wich is absolutely against any law. No answers, no transparency, no honesty, they robbed me more than 2000 euros and now they’re simply ignoring my mails. I’m taking legal actions because this is a mere criminal act.
Negative experience: I have a villa booked with Agni Travel for August 2020. When the pandemic broke out, I did as advised and went to my individual holiday portal to consult the frequently asked question. I was advised that the balance of holidays had been changed to final balance not being paid until 28 days before departure. I went on my portal today to find that that advise had been removed. I just wanted to warn people that if they have taken this advice they well miss their payment deadlines and then be in breach of their contracts and have their holidays cancelled on them.

Negative experience: Agni Travel are the worst letting agent I have dealt with. Last year we stayed at Villa Apollo on Corfu. Dreadful villa, right by dirty busy main road, old fashioned and very badly equipped. No electricity for much of the time. Despite constant complaints from when we arrived these problems were not rectified and we had to move to another villa on the island with another agent. This year our holiday on Corfu has not been possible due to our inability to travel because of the pandemic. We have received no refund, replacement holiday voucher, credit note or any compensation whatsoever for this. They do not reply to emails or answer the telephone.

They still have our money for a holiday villa infor April/May,they were happy to receive the funds that they now will not return,do not deal with them under any circumstances, They owe us over £700 pounds, the way they have treated us will be regretted by them,there is no doubt of that.

Contacted several times they would have hosted me even during the lockdown in order not to return the money, they also advised me to cancel the reservation and to be reimbursed by my insurance when they had to do it. Negative experience: When you discover that a company Agni Travel, you have used a number of times for booking a holiday in Lanzarote is not worth ever using again. I had paid in full for a Villa booking through Agni Travel, Lanzarote. Then the pandemic started to unfold and all flights were cancelled throughout the World. Not wishing to take money out of Agni Travel, I requested to have our booking deferred, their answer NO. Also they would not refund any of the money. I requested for at least 50% of our money to be refunded from the £650 paid to them, answer NO. Still fuming I contacted Agni Travel the next day and explained again, we cannot by any means get to Lanzarote, these are exceptional times, eventually they offered me a credit note for £120. Agni Travel are the most inflexible, money grabbing, with no consideration for their customers, insensitive and never ever will I use this company again, be warned anyone thinking of using Agni Travel Sorry for the rant
Negative experience: Use of ABTA membership misleading These are difficult times for travellers and travel companies alike and I understand the liquidity problem at present faced by travel companies and Agni in particular. Like many others I booked villa accommodation in the belief that Agni as a member of ABTA would provide a degree of financial protection. This is not the case and Agni do make reference to this fact in the small print. In order to provide protection under ABTA Agni would have to opt in to this provision. Agni have not decided to do so which speaks volumes as to the sort of company they are and should be avoided at all costs. Although it too late for many Agni customers in future before booking an ABTA member please check the financial protection provision. In the case of Agni, membership of ABTA is worthless!! .

Negative experience: in such a difficult time, when all the other companies help each other, Agnitravel decided to get rich in such a situation! I booked accommodation through this company several times, and advised friends, and I just did not expect such an attitude! they do not return money at all! I even agreed to freeze my money on their balance sheet to use later, but they just appropriated my money and do not want to return it! under all existing laws, this company violates human rights and appropriates money fraudulently. I booked a villa, and despite the fact that I can’t come, the company is not going to return the money to me! moreover, not only money for housing, but also a deposit for the safety of property! haha, the property will definitely be whole, because I will not be in it! I wrote to the landlord directly, and was surprised that he did not know anything about it! Thus, it turns out that the campaign has appropriated all the funds, and does not respond to calls and letters.
