Negative experience: Rudest women I have ever come across no sense of customer service. First time I have ever called them but will never call such disgusting mannered ppl again. Should be ashamed of themselves. I would not even have given them 1 star.

Negative experience: Paid this company to get my visa to go India. The lady ignored my wishes as I wanted the visa to start from a certain date. Visa was issued 3 weeks before I needed it. I have to get another visa when I go and visit next year due to this mistake. The old lady at the front desk was rude, abrupt and totally unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge her mistake and just wanted to argue. She then told me she will pay for a one month visa when this one runs out. She then went back on her word within 5 minutes. I asked to speak to the owner. The manager came to speak to me and just stayed neutral but again not admitting to his employees mistake. Stay away from this incompetent, rude and totally unprofessional fraudster of a travel company! I wish I looked at their 2.6/5 review before giving them my money!

Fantastic experience: We had the most incredible experience discovering Peru's history, people, and special places all crammed into an 8 day package. The pace was perfect, the sights breath taking (literally thanks to the altitude), and our every need was anticipated. Our guide, Liz Montesinos made us feel at home. She is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and fun. She was also awesome on photography, making sure we got great memories of our trip. We had a wonderful time!

Negative experience: I applied for a visa for Dubai with them. They misguided me and whenever I called them, they were rude and impolite. The visa got rejected and when I got the refusal letter my mother's name was mentioned wrong (which they never asked for), they had submitted my passport incorrectly it needed one more page added (told me by another travel agent). All in all these people are not worth the hassle and not worth the money or the effort. Stay clear of this company if your money is important to you.

Phones to book tickets and asked if they could help, we straight away were interrupted from the lady to say "well, how can I help when I don't know where you want to go, India is a big place how do I know" not even can I I help or anything like that. Really really rude lady, wishes I got her name but I was completely taken back with her attitude that I didn't even want to spend another second speaking to her. I guarantee I won't even get a reply to this review but they know their service is rubbish!

Negative experience: I called earlier and a man picked up i forgot his name, He was a lovely gentlemen and i asked him if they do oci applications and passport renewals and he said my colleague will call you in 10 mins to give me more info. I received a call from a lady saying “who are you and you called me earlier” i said “yes” and told her my name and she said “how can i help you” i asked her if they do oci application she said “no we dont do that”and hanged up the phone without saying “do you have any more questions” or saying bye i found that extremely rude as i haven’t even finished my question. Very rude & disrespectful staff!!!!

They say we have to choice another date. We contacted trading standards, they said they must refund fully as we purchased holiday packages (tickets and hotels) as the cancellation came from their side. Trading standards told us to write to them, post by recorded delivery, they need to pay within 14 days. They are very unprofessional. Definitely avoid. Use your local umrah agencies, eg. From mosques etc Sam / alHaramin etc belongs to a non Muslim company called moresand Ltd. Check online for their reviews- awful. There main aim is to make money, and they are not there to provide this spiritual religious services. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I wish I can give them Zero or even negative 5 stars.

Negative experience: I booked my Umrah package with Sam Travels in December 2019 as I intended to proceed to Umrah with my family in April 2020. Due to Covid-19 and restrictions imposed by Saudi government for all pilgrimage visits, I had to cancel my plans. I started chasing Sam Travels in February for a refund and with constant follow up, I finally got the refund in June. However, in spite of airline and hotels returning the full amount, I was deprived of £200. I was provided a reason that as per the company policy, £50 is deducted on account of service charge for each ticket bought (I bought 4 tickets for my family). This absurd reasoning is not stated in their general terms of the bookings. Due to this experience, I will never ever book any tickets or make travel arrangements though Sam Travel.
