Fantastic experience: Villa Sylvia 2 is a lovely place to stay in Corralejo very clean inside and garden area, it is close to The camparino bell tower which is free to go to the top with outstanding views of Lobos island and Lanzarote plenty of bars and restaurants and also a lovely craft market held twice a week with a bit of entertainment. The main strip and music square are about a 20 minute walk from the villa with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The famous sand dunes are also within easy walking distance there is a beautiful park just along from the police station which seems to cater for everyone it even has a library!! Would highly recommend this Villa or Sylvia 1 which is next door they are both on the main road near to a small bus station but in no way are you disturbed by any noise. The buses are easy to use to get around if you don’t want to hire a car.

Negative experience: I would leave zero stars if this was an option. Villa Plus actively advertise that they offer ‘personally inspected villas.’ We paid £3,277.00 for Villa Favorita in Costa Adeje and my images (and these are a small number of them) show what we endured. The property was filthy throughout and was in a dreadful state of disrepair. Disregard the glossy images shown on the Villa Plus website. The Villa Plus representative was helpful but did not get the issues resolved – there were too many issues to resolve with guests staying in the property. After three decades of villa holidays this was by far the worst. Villa Plus will not accept any responsibility for the appalling state of this property. I guess 'PERSONALLY' inspected does not mean 'inspected' by them.

Positive experience: Only just started our booking but so far a great site.
Negative experience: This company is a disgrace, we booked a villa feb 10th @ 22.27 and cancelled it feb 11th @ 12.46 and they kept the £682.00 deposit and gave me a bloody silly voucher which has to be used in 72hrs, I have emailed them and will be in touch with the ombudsman, even with insurance or cars you have 48hr cooling off period and if cancelled you get all your deposit back no problem.and also I would recommend you check your pricing I have noticed there prices change. I will not be booking with them at all.

While we do not offer free cancellations, we do provide a flexible booking option. This includes a 3-day cooling-off period for bookings made more than 12 weeks in advance of your travel dates. As detailed on our website and within your My Villa Plus portal, this cooling-off period allows you to redeem a voucher for your deposit within 3 days of booking, should you decide to change your plans. The voucher can then be applied to any future booking on our site. Despite this option, we understand you proceeded to cancel the booking in full, in line with the advised cancellation fees. However, we are pleased, upon speaking with a member of our Travel Team, we were able to honour a voucher of your deposit, and this has since been applied to your new booking with us. Our website provides real-time availability and pricing. Like any travel company, it is not unusual for prices to change, as they remain fluid across our website. Negative experience: Do not book with this company. Booked a villa with them trusting the company and the villas would be great, as I had booked it as a surprise for my family. There were no recent reviews on their website but I still booked as you think they are a trusted company. But after I had told my family about the villa we did some investigating and after trawling through pages and pages on trust pilot to find any reviews on the villa we had booked, we was shocked on what we found. Villa plus states that there are no recent reviews on their website for the villa we had booked, yet we found one on trust pilot, why are they hiding them? Convenient for Villa plus and false advertising on their website, no recent reviews, but there is a recent review? They did not put the review on their website because its a terrible review stating the villa we had booked was filthy, air conditioning not working, pool dirty, hardly any kitchen appliances and plumbing issues. As you can imagine we wanted to go with our family but can not trust this company and trust that the villa we had booked would be up to standards when we arrive. My husband has been speaking with Villa plus but they fob you off. They did offer for us to book another villa in the area we had booked and what a surprise the reviews on them were not good either!! All we want is our deposit back for our booking. We will be taking the matter further!

Negative experience: If i could give zero i would. Never book villa plus again, apart from the whole villa being completely filthy and having to clean it ourselves and all the canopies had huge holes in, the worst most upsetting thing was on our first day before we'd managed to put everything in the safe we got broken in to, i say broken in but obviously they entered with a key because there was no sign of broken entry, we didn't even realise for a few hours. We hid our money and jewellery but it had all gone. We contacted villa plus but they weren't interested they said we had to go to the police station which was a complete waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Booking with Villa plus was very easy. They have a good range of villas available. I haven't had the holiday yet so I hope the experience continues.
Positive experience: Easy searching facility and simple booking but struggled to enter a discount code we had for a compensation value. Had to ring up in the end and were told as we had already booked the assistant couldn’t enter it for us. After much discussion currently waiting to see if we can have a new code to include the deposit amount already paid and then we will have to cancel and rebook. Seems overly complicated- surely there is an easier way to add the discount post booking?
Negative experience: Having booked previously including this particular villa, was completely unaware of the introduction of security deposits which was not flagged up until I had paid. You also need to click on the 'see more' on the villa page to see the details. Seems to be deliberately hidden away. Would also like the option to pay it sooner 4 days seems very tight if it is declined for any reason particularly as I will already be abroad at this point.

Fantastic experience: Easy booking great site have used twice before and hopefully will use many times again. Great villas and locations and each villa has it's own charm. there have been minor issues during our stay but these were swiftly resolved by the team after we contacted them. My only gripe is that after the third time using them maybe there should be some kind of loyalty bonus but only a minor gripe. If you're thinking of booking then go ahead and do it I doubt you'll regret it.

Negative experience: Such a disappointing experience with Villa Plus. They rented us in a villa directly adjacent to a large excavation site and refused to find us comparable alternative accommodation for the duration of our 3 week stay. We were advised by their local team that the villa was unusable and that they would be obligated to provide a refund, a process that took over a year and failed to deliver. A very unprofessional, disappointing and exhausting experience! For a peaceful holiday, try another provider!

Positive experience: Booking experience was made awkward by problems with website. We were unable to complete the transaction as far as paying the deposit, however when I telephoned my query was dealt with politely and efficiently. We were later able to complete the transaction satisfactorily.

Positive experience: Family of 7 stayed at villa Susie in Lanzarote. Nice villa plenty space lovely heated pool and a great location. Couple of things could do with replacing but did not take away from enjoying our stay. Already booked our villa plus holiday for next year.

Negative experience: Avoid this company at all costs!!!! We stayed in Villa Diamanti in Coral Bay, Cyprus for 7 nights, a group of 12 of us as we were attending a friends wedding there. We paid a £375 security deposit a few days prior to check in which was fine as it was refundable pending a check of the villa for damage. Unfortunately 30 days after returning, the deposit hasn’t been refunded nor had their team been in contact. After chasing them, they advised they were keeping the deposit as there was damage to one of the sails (sun protection) above the sun loungers. Although I provided photographic evidence which I as date and time stamped within an hour of check in, they have still proceeded to say we damaged this item and that it has cost the owner circa €2,300 to replace and it seems as though unless you do a full tour of the villa and go back to VP with all issues and snags you find, they’ll keep the deposit. We went to this villa to enjoy ourself on a holiday, not to do admin work for a company that won’t even give you a phone number to speak to their ‘Customer Service’ team. Also, do not expect a reply within a reasonable time as they’re too busy to respond so you have to send several emails and make several phone calls to give them a nudge. To summarise, I wouldn’t book with this company again as it seems they’re dishonest and just trying to make a quick extra income on top of the thousands already charged for the villa stay.

Additionally, no reports or photos of this damage were submitted to our resort team by you during your stay. Negative experience: We stayed at a villa in Coral Bay, Cyprus, we didn't have many problems while we were there and we did get a fresh towel drop off mid week. On the morning we left, we swept the floor of the communal area, cleaned the kitchen, took the bins out and made sure everything was in a good state on our departure. Unfortunately since leaving, we have had nothing but issues with the company. On our arrival, there was a small hole in the canopy high above the sun lounges, we shared photographic and time stamped evidence that it was there during our first hour of arriving at the villa. But unsurprisingly, the company will be withholding the deposit to purchase a new canopy to the cost of £2356.20. It truly is a shame when companies take such advantage of customers but this is just a warning to all planning on booking via VillaPlus

Fantastic experience: We loved this Villa. In a perfect location within playa blanca. The Villa was immaculate. We loved that half way through our sheets and towels were all changed with lovely detail to our pj's being folded in lovely displays. We did have an issue with one of the beds but no soon had we messaged we had a response straight away and the following day it was sorted for us which was so good. We love choosing Villa Plus as you are always guaranteed lovely villas, clean and tidy with excellent customer service

Fantastic experience: Villa Andrea del Mar, Puerto Calero, Lanzarote - Fabulous Family Getaway! Our experience from start to finish with Villa Plus has been great! Whilst away, we've had directly contact via Whatsapp and Louise has been really responsive to all my questions (very quickly too). We had an incredible stay at Villa Andrea del Mar with our family of four, including two teenagers. The villa worked perfectly for us. The kitchen facilities were great for cooking some meals, but we also loved the short stroll to Puerto Calero, where we enjoyed a fantastic steak restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and more! We took a walk to Quemada and enjoyed some lovely tapas—don’t forget to take cash! With a car, we explored the island and found the villa to be a perfect base with plenty of street parking. The heated pool provided a refreshing dip to cool off, though it isn’t large enough for swimming lengths and is deepish for young kids at 1.5m. There’s plenty to do within walking or driving distance. We loved our stay so much that we've already booked again for 2025!

Positive experience: A little disappointed. Been a customer for many years and never had a problem with booking or amending a booking before. However, having received a loyalty voucher after one of our two holidays with Villa plus this year, we used this to book our holiday for next year. We decided that we wanted to change the villa for next year as having tried the one booked, it wasn’t for us. The villa we wanted to change to was significantly more expensive and we called villa plus as to how we swap. We were advised we had to pay off the whole existing booking and would be issued a voucher for the full amount including the loyalty voucher used at the initial booking. It seemed a little cheeky to ask the whole holiday to be paid off before we amended our booking as it want due for 6 months. So dutifully we followed their instructions online and paid off the holiday we did not want but instead of receiving a voucher for the full amount, we were duped and did not receive the voucher value used at the initial booking! So £125 short and having paid the whole holiday off, we cannot do anything other than use new voucher issued (which was to be used within time frame specified) to book new villa which we did. We then contacted villa plus to ask why we had been short changed and were advised that the loyalty voucher £125 used to part pay deposit on first booking cannot be transferred to new amended booking! It may seem petty but it’s the principle that annoys us. If we were cancelling or down grading the villa fine but we were changing to a more expensive villa and not only got duped into paying the whole cost of the previously booked holiday before we could change, we were given false information over the phone and then screwed for our loyalty by £125. As a repeatedly returning customer….i think Villa plus has changed a lot and loyalty is one way street. So beware if using voucher or you need to amend your booking

Our flexible policy allows our guests the flexibility to change their villa to any villa, date and destination they wish, outside of 12 weeks of departure without any fees applied. As part of this process the full balance is required to be settled prior to the change, as detailed on our website. Unfortunately, all vouchers are non-refundable and non -transferable, so we are sorry it was not possible to carry this promotional voucher to your new booking. Positive experience: Villa was fine and good communication but I think holding the deposit for 28 days is crafty and unnecessary for that length of time.

Negative experience: Payed over £1000 for a villa in PDC Lanzarote for a week. The villa was clean and spacious but lacked basic kitchen utensils to cook a good meal. The decor was dated and old fashioned. There were signs on everything! Multiple signs in every room making it feel like we were intruding. This made me feel really uncomfortable during our holiday and I felt like I couldn't relax in a place I spent a lot of money on. There was very little instructions on how to operate things, just signs dictating what you must and mustn't do. Most of which is basic common sense. We also had a cleaner turn up randomly asking if we required cleaning services and the pool maintenance man turned up a few days before we were due to leave, walked around the premises then left. He returned early morning on the day of our departure to clean the pool, frightening our daughter who was sat on the sofa outside the villa. We booked with Solmar Villa's last year, the villa was very welcoming and homely and didn't have constant signage everywhere. I don't think I will book with Villa Plus again.

Please know, throughout your stay, our dedicated local resort team will be happy to provide any additional items where require and are contactable on the phone numbers provided within your My Villa Plus portal. Whilst we kindly ask our guests to take care of our villas during their stay, we very much wish for you to feel welcomed and enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay with us. Four days prior to each arrival, our guests will receive a villa manual within their My Villa Plus portal which will include instructions on how to use appliances within the villa, we do apologise if this was missed. During our guests stay, housekeeping may attend to deliver fresh linen and some occasions to carry out a light clean depending on the duration of your stay. In addition, pool maintenance will attend twice per week to ensure the pool is cleaned and PH levels topped up, this often occurs early morning so not to disturb our guests use. Our local resort team will be happy to advise when to expect these visits if you wish to know in advance. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and has since been shared with our overseas team for further review and address any outstanding matters. We do hope despite the points raised you still enjoyed your time away together and you will reconsider us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to welcome you back. Positive experience: Easy to select a villa, clear Floor plans as well. Also good info to show which airport is needed. Only improvement would be payment. As we opted to pay now to reduce cost it was quite a bit of money and more than credit card limit. So would have been good to split payment across two cards.
Positive experience: Positives : Beautiful location and villa, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Negatives: There is limited privacy at the rear (swimming pool) to the adjoining property. The wall socket in the kitchen (adjacent to sink) is loose and dangerous and in need of repair. The pool cover is missing, and the safe code does not always work.

Negative experience: We stayed at Villa Naya in Lanzarote and were disappointed from the moment we arrived. There were major construction works outside the villa, with new water pipes being installed. This was not mentioned prior to our arrival, and the noise during the day was quite disruptive. The villa itself was unwelcoming and fell short of expectations. There were numerous signs everywhere instructing guests on what not to do, which made it difficult to relax during our stay. The property needed some tender loving care in certain areas, and the facilities were lacking. To add to our dissatisfaction, the pool maintenance person arrived at 8:00 am on our last day to clean the pool, even though we were scheduled to check out at 10:00 am. Overall, if you are looking for a substandard villa that pretends to be upscale, this is the place for you.
Positive experience: I'm a pensioner with few computing skills and when I found out that I could not speak to anyone to book it was a bit of a scare, but I find it ok now having done a few. Have been given two £75. Vouchers but they can't be used when you pay upfront, a bit of a let down as I said I am a pensioner and every little helps.

Fantastic experience: Very straight forward. We accidently paid the deposit AND the balance which we hadnt budgeted for, and I got in touch with villa plus and Nicola was amazing. She talked me through how to rectify the situation, however there was a technical glitch, and due to time restraints my end she took over and sorted it, and emailed all the details. The holiday had to be cancelled and rebooked. Thankyou Nicola for your excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Villa Meliti Kefallonia, A modern clean well presented villa , great pool and terrace for sun bathing , great views across the Ionian Sea to Zakinthos, a/c in bedrooms and lounge , well equipped kitchen, not that we cooked as enough tavernas within walking distance to choose a different one every night. Villa is situated 2/3rds up a fairly steep hill the main road through the village might not be the best for disabled or wheel chair users. A couple of local mini markets sell enough for breakfast and lunch . Very friendly Car hire would be beneficial but we didn’t and was fine. Only thing the villa lacked was high level shower head holders so had to balance the shower head on the window handle to have a good shower. Overall 9/10. Would we go back. YES

Fantastic experience: We always book with Villa Plus, it is good value compared to other villa holidays, apart from your own pool, you also get a pool table and table tennis, (however not all villas have these or just have one of them, it would be great if all villas had them included). It is easy to book as the filters let you choose if you don't want a car. We have great holidays with Villa Plus

Positive experience: Pros . Easy to book Arrived early and Villa was ready for us . Villa rep in resort never bothered us and left us alone , however whenever we needed to contact her she replied immediately and was always very polite and friendly. She is a credit to you . Outside area of the villa was beautiful and spacious and gardens tended to beautifully. We had a beautiful month and it made us decide that a Villa is the way forward for us in the future. Cons. The Villa is very tired and dated inside . I know you don't spend much time inside and yes we would have probably booked it again for next year if the price hadn't shot up by almost 3 grand However we all had an amazing holiday and this is what matters .

Positive experience: My only problem was when I realised during the booking process that it was for 2 adults rather than 4. I clicked the back button to amend and then updated and tried to carry on with the process. However, the system wouldn’t allow me to finish as it said someone was already in the middle of booking the same villa and I had to wait or choose another villa. It was obviously me who was in the booking process. I kept refreshing and used other browsers but nothing worked. It wasn’t until after an hour that it allowed me to complete my booking and all was well. I was thankful that after a very frustrating hour no one else has booked the same villa and that I could now relax knowing that Summer 2025 was sorted. Amendment. 1 week later the owner pulled the villa from 2025 season. Offered £49.50 as a good will gesture and a voucher for the same amount as the deposit. No other villa matched my expectations within my price range, so I requested a full refund. After a few sleepless nights I was granted a full refund. This is the second time an owner has pulled their villa so I will be very cautious next time if I ever use Villa Plus.

Fantastic experience: A very easy booking process. I put in my holiday dates, how many are travelling and the total price was displayed. I easily paid the deposit and had an email straight away about my booking. An option to pay the balance over the coming months is a very handy. Easy smooth booking process with no issues. Positive experience: Brilliant little villa. Had really great week with the family. Enjoying swimming in the pool every day to having bbq in the sunny weather. Nice little mini market shop at the end of the road was really handy for essentials. 30 min walk down to main strip and beach.Villa was nice and clean. The only negative thing I would say was the beds were a bit squeaky but wasn't a big issue and could have done with a Bluetooth speaker and maybe more cooking trays for oven. Apart from that had a great holiday and would definitely go back. Nice peaceful area and neighbours were friendly.

Positive experience: Villa Amapola Mar Lanzarote The Villa is in a great location, easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We did rent a car for our stay and could park outside the Villa easily and other towns were easy to get too. The Villa was clean on arrival however amenities such as the pool table, ping pong table and washing machine need updating. The swimming pool could do with being repainted as it appeared dirty on arrival but was just worn. It states the pool will be cleaned a couple of times during the week and it wouldn’t be noticed as it would be early morning or evening however no one came to do anything with the pool during our stay, this did leave sand and dust on the bottom of the pool towards the end of the week. It also stipulates a heated pool and there would be a blue tooth speaker and this was also not the case. We had a really good holiday in Lanzarote, it was our 1st time staying in a villa rather than a hotel and will definitely do a villa again.

Fantastic experience: My family visited Villa Jero in Menorca, Cala n Bosch. The villa is beautiful, clean, we all enjoyed BBQs al fresco by the pool, the ping pong was a huge hit! Beds comfy, air con and ceiling fans in the heat kept us all comfortable in the night. However, I would like to warn anyone going to Menorca, that burglary is on the rise, and fortunately we locked up windows and doors, because our last night a man tried to enter our villa, this is nothing Villa Plus could have avoided. If visiting the island then lock windows and doors, keep valuables in the safe. Thank you villa plus for a great villa holiday.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Very helpful staff who assisted over the phone as I accidentally went to the wrong villa (due to me not understanding how to enter addresses correctly in Greece - my fault entirely!), she explained that I was at the wrong villa and instructed us where to go. The villa was exactly as described and shown in the photos - fab! There is a cleaner who comes half way through and end of your stay, and the pool cleaner comes every day - both cleaners were very friendly and professional. I was a bit nervous about my booking with Villa Plus after seeing not great reviews about the company, however I had an excellent experience with them and will most definitely be booking through them again.

Fantastic experience: Villa was fabulous, especially the large pool. We had a delayed flight over and Anissa checked we were OK and in villa. On last day we unfortunately closed door, locking ourselves out but thankfully due to the villa plus support staff, most notably Anissa, it was sorted quickly and smoothly so didn't deter from the great holiday. Enjoyed villa so much spent most of our time at the pool and sunbeds, using porch area for alfresco breakfasts and keeping out of sun when required. We love Villa Plus and use them for all our villa holidays and they didn't disappoint again.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful family holiday in Puglia. Stayed in The beautiful Villa Gabriella in Carovigno (SP32 road) the Puglia VP team were fantastic responded efficiently and quickly! The villa is huge with plenty of space to spread out! The villa is bright, clean and well equipped! The owner was on hand if needed and very helpful. Used VP 3 times now and been very satisfied with everything.

Fantastic experience: Booked a villa in fuerteventura with villa plus. And I can not be happier with everything, the villa- amazing, there's wasn't anything we needed and didn't have. They have thought of everything. It was clean, smelt lovely, and everyone was happy, a group of 9 adults. The service from the team at villa plus was also amazing, we requested a swimming pool clean and when I say they arrived within 10 mins, I don't even think it was 7 mins. And the pool guys were so polite and nice. They came a couple of times during our stay and we're a credit to villa plus. Sad to leave, but happy to go home to my doggy! Villa Talkayan thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently returned from this villa with my family who are all adults.Villa is situated in a great location, about 10-15 minute walk from the old town and the main bars and restaurants along the front. Villa had everything we needed, pool area was great, spacious clean rooms with air conditioning. We had a problem with the security system battery when we were there and Villaplus had someone round within the hour. Team at the resort were very helpful and great to deal with . Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Puerto del Carmen.

Positive experience: Villa Agata Salentino, San Michele Salentino, Puglia We stayed in this lovely villa which was actually 2 separate annexes, one with 2 bedrooms, the other with one. The pool and outdoor space/garden were perfect and the villa was very secluded and surrounded by olive groves. It was the perfect villa for escaping and enjoying lazy days by the pool, but not if you want nightlife and eating out at restaurants each night. It was probably a 10 minute drive to San Michele Salentino (good Supermercati Dok) but didn't find any good restaurants there. For eating out, I'd recommend driving 15 minutes to Ceglie Messapica, which is a really gorgeous Italian town with winding cobbled streets in the centre and lots of great restaurants. The Villa Plus staff (locally in Puglia) were fantastic when we had a few minor issues that needed fixing and responded immediately. They even brought a bottle of wine as a gift to apologise for everything not being absolute perfection on our arrival, which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. One improvement Villa Plus need to make is to provide a better BBQ or grilling racks as what was there, was very primitive. However, I would definitely recommend this villa and would happily stay there again.

Positive experience: Had a really good time at the Villa Napoli. However some things to improve on. Villa had one old small broken umbrella outside. Would benefit from either one or two more brollies especially if 6 or 8 staying. Possible even an awning for shade during 12pm to 4pm . No lights down in BBQ area so had to use torch to see what was cooking. Not exactly Health and safety aware there. Toaster was old and falling to bits and needs replaced. Had to purchase own tea towel to dry dishes. Villa had loads of storage in all rooms always a positive. Pool could do with a couple of small tables next to beds to put a drink or a plate on as there was none. However overall this a very nice Villa and would definitely go back providing issues raised were rectified.

Positive experience: There is something about villa Luisa that draws us back each year, it does need modernisation but everything is there to ensure a lovely stay. The outside space and position are perfect for our needs. The beach, restaurants and supermarkets are all close by. The rep Anissa was extremely helpful too.
