Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely wonderful time in Spain with Xtreme retreats. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant Surf and Yoga instruction from Toni and Tash, and excellent organising and making us all feel so welcome by Charlie. A top quality week with great peeps, definitely need to do it again

Fantastic experience: I have been recommending Xtreme retreats to everyone since I came back from the Sri Lanka 2018 trip. The retreat was literally my heaven. The accomodation was just perfect (the sea was at the end of the garden!), a great choice and had everything we needed. The surf lessons from Toni Rodriguez were brilliant - as a novice surfer, I had had no tution before but had some basic surf experience. Toni was great as he taught us all at our own levels and it meant that I could improve quickly and get rid of poor habits / techniques. The go pro footage really helped improve my surfing as Toni could talk me through it. I also love the photos he took in the water. Really something to treasure the great memories. Tash's yoga lessons are brilliant, she is absolutely knows what is is talking about. As an osteopath myself I can confirm that her knowledge of the human body is brilliant and also her yoga teaching can not only relax you but actually improve range of motion (perfect for after surf soreness!). The Yin classes were a personal favourite, and where else but listening to the sea and under palm trees would you want to do Savasana! Charlie X Davies organised everything to a tea, and made sure we had everything we needed. The organisation of getting to Sri Lanka was brilliant and she was on the end of the phone if needed to confirm flights etc. Honestly can't wait to see you all again. Fantastic experience: I've no doubts about recommending Xtreme Retreats I had an AMAZING fun filled time with them in Sri Lanka!! The location was absolutely stunning & we even had our very own beach/waves to surf on!! Toni Rodriguez is a fantastic & very patient surf instructor, obviously highly skilled & made the experience great fun!! The yoga classes held by instructor Natasha, from Yoga Ever After, complimented the surf lessons really well. Natasha is simply THE BEST!! Both instructors were very informative & always very encouraging, coping well with a variety of abilities and ages within the group. It was great to meet such a lovely positive bunch of like minded people too. An experience I shall never forget & shall treasure forever. Huge THANKS team Xtreme & to Charlie Davies for organising such a fantastic experience for us all to enjoy!!

Fantastic experience: I had 2 experiences with Tony from xtreme retreats. I've snowboarded with him in france and surfed with him in spain. Tony is the best teacher you can ask for in any sideways facing sport! besides the great lessons, the xtreme retreas staff is incredible and kind, and will spend all their time making sure you are enjoying. Don't miss out!

Fantastic experience: Can life just be one big retreat with Xtreme please? Loved every second. The yoga was the perfect balance of challenging yet restorative, the surfing was harder than I expected but Toni made it all feel so do-able considering I had only 'tried' surfing twice before. The accommodation felt like a home from home. Honestly. I can't wait for the next one. Thanks Xtreme team x
