Negative experience: Not this store specifically but I emailed the general address with a flight enquiry and never got a response. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We just wanted to leave a review to thank Caroline for all her help with my 70 something old Mum’s (Kam) trip to South east Asia. She was super helpful, understanding and caring towards my Mum. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Caroline was so unbelievably helpful and informative when I went into the branch. She made it so simply and easy, really taking the stress off for me. Caroline had loads of knowledge on the area I was going and gave some helpful tips and tricks. She provided me with the quote and sent me a link with all the information I needed to look over. Julie & Ruth were the team members I spoke to the day after to get a payment link sent and help with a payment issue. Again, they were so helpful and lovely, making it quick and simply to get sorted. 100% will be recommending to anyone (I’ve already told 3 people how great this is) and will be returning the second I have some annual leave to spare!!!

Fantastic experience: Guy Beeching arranged our round the world trip. We had 14 flights in all. We were informed immediately of any changes, however small. We are elderly and Guy was extremely supportive. Our first stop was Japan and Guy is an expert.He kindly gave us invaluable advice. Thank you, Guy, we loved Nara! We would definitely recommend your company to other travellers.

Negative experience: Posting on behalf of Gillian Dempsey and Francis Dempsey Wish I could give one star - avoid this place at all costs. Incorrect information given at time of booking regarding visa requirements, hence cost us an additional 3k for new flights due to waiting for visa acceptance. This is why we go to so called travel experts for correct hassle free peace of mind . Still no follow up correspondence from flight center customer care services , bearing in mind all conversations were recorded. Shocking service . Look elsewhere as we will be doing in the future.

Negative experience: If there was 0 star option I would choose that. Briefed Aoife MacElvogue on a summer holiday advised happy to decide and book within the week. Waited 10 days no phonecall or email. No handover to anyone else. Do not recommend booking with her at all.
