Negative experience: Absolutely awful service. Our flight was from terminal one in Barcelona, our driver asked us and we said twice that it was terminal one and when asked what airlines, he agreed terminal one. He then proceeded to drop us off at terminal 2! We had an hour till boarding started and when we explained this, he pointed at the shuttle bus! What a moron. His rudeness and incapability to get us there correctly caused extreme stress. Don’t use this service as we almost missed our flight.

Negative experience: I booked through Travel Republic for my holiday in Zanzibar. The transfer just didn’t show up. I don’t really know what else to say. So I paid for a private taxi again. They also don’t amend booking dates for flight delays and missed connections even with notice. I had to pay again for a private taxi. Overall, I paid $125 and £104 for transfers.

Negative experience: This company was used to arrange transport for airport transfers on a recent trip to Tenerife. Airport to hotel was fine but on the day we were to be picked up from the hotel to the airport we arrived at our pick up point 15 minutes prior to our pick up time, we waited and waited we called the emergency number given if our ride didn’t turn up, and it just rang out no one picked up til after 9am (hardly an emergency number!) we were then advised we had been missed and was told to take a taxi and ensure we got a receipt to claim the money back. On arrival we went to the relevant kiosk (17) and produced our receipt for refund, head office were contacted by the kiosk chap and they advised that they were aware of the issues and to email the receipt to them and they would reimburse as no cash was kept onsite. Email sent on returning home and email received back stating our e-tickets was resolved and no further action could be taken as we booked through a travel agent! What a joke! This company is clearly not reliable and will take money for services not provided avoid at all cost! Very poor service and staff lie to your face.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. Booked a holiday with a travel agency where Hoppa Go was responsible for the transfers from the Airport to Hotel and viceversa. On the departure day I have received a phone call from Hoppa Go representative to confirm my booking but at the Airport there was no one waiting for us. Called the local emergency number just to find out Hoppa Go didn't payed for our transfers so we were just left stranded in the Airport. We had to hire private taxi to travel to the hotel and back to the airport. I have written an email to Hoppa Go asking what happend and they simply replied they have cancelled my bookings and to address my issue with the travel agent. No excuses, no empathy for letting us stranded in a foreign country. Absolutely disgusting. Never ever again we will use their services.

Negative experience: We used this as Secretescapes booked this for us in Greece, not our choice. The driver we had on the way from the airport to the hotel was excellent, however any company is only as good as your last job. After our holiday, we had a late night flight back home. The driver turned up early, and then got shirty with us for not being ready. He started talking to hotel bell boy about the fact he was getting late as we then had to checkout and that takes 5 minutes or so. He was early, not us that were late. He then put the bags in the car and drove off. Although his car was clean, he said nothing to us at all, the radio was blaring with inappropriate music, he had the windows open on the whole trip back, bear in mind this is a night trip in winter, and wouldn't close them. He made himself comfortable, but didn't care about us. We arrived at the airport, he took our bags out and then whilst i was still putting my jacket on and establishing if i was at the correct airport as the airport is sign written "Makedonia" rather than "Thessoloniki" so i was verifying that it was the right place, he got shirty and shouted at us "Thank you for your tip!" in a sarcastic manner. Bear in mind the service we received, he didn't deserve a tip at all anyway. He sat in his car and stormed off. This behavior is totally unacceptable, regarding the tip, its our choice to tip rather than the driver demanding one. If this is the caliber that HoppaGo recruit as drivers for them, they should be avoided. We have already paid the stipulated charge by the booking agent, tips are optional. Also, these drivers think that if they talk to their customers like this, we would go back to their country...?

Negative experience: This company is a joke, don't even deserve 1 star. Private transfers were booked via loveholidays , we had a no show from airport after waiting 3 hours and many calls and then after corresponding whilst on our holiday many times a no show again on return to airport. We had to pay for taxi both directions and have been fighting to get this back since returning from our holiday 5 weeks ago with no joy. Steer clear of this company

Negative experience: The transfer shuttle firstly dropped us off at the incorrect hotel, even though we insisted to to the driver this is the wrong hotel he kept saying it was correct. When we went to check in to was the incorrect hotel. When our holiday finished our transfer was 45 minutes late. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK WITH. if this came as a part of a package holiday I would highly recommend arranging your own transfer as this company has totally failed in providing the service they had promised.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern, We recently used your service to transfer my family and me from the Antalya, Turkey airport to the Gloria Golf Resort and back for our holiday. Ahead of our holiday date I phone ahead to ensure that the vehicle that would be taking us would be equip with sufficient child safety seats for a six month old baby and a five year old child. I was assured it would be. When we arrived at your transfer desk at the Antalya airport, we found that the not only the vehicle was not equip with sufficient child safety seats, but the only child safety seats that were there were INCREDIBLY in adequate for the safety of our children. The seat supplied for our six month old in no way fit or would provide any safety for child. The “booster” seat provided for our five year old was nothing more than a child safety seat with the back broken off of it. This seat as well was insufficient for any safety standards. Ahead of our returned trip, I called to complain regarding the seats supplied for our children and requested that sufficient safety seats would be provided. Again, I was assured they would be. When the driver arrived to collect us from the hotel the exact same seats were being provided again!!! I’m left with wondering what I am getting with the additional money I spent for these safety seats. Any parent in their right mind would not put the safety of their child at risk by attempting to use the seats provided by your company. It is not only dangerous but extremely reckless for your company to think that when it comes to child safety seats that you have a “one size fits all” mentality. There is absolutely NO WAY that on any of our future holidays that we will seek out your services for our airport to hotel transfers. Your company put the safety of our children (and anyone else’s children) at risk! You’re putting profits ahead of the safety of your passengers. This is simply not acceptable!!! S. Francis

Negative experience: I booked a transfer only to be told I entered the wrong destination when you can see on my booking the correct destination. After multiple emails and no reply 2 weeks later I called and I am told I must cancel and rebook and pay nearly double the price.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous service. Have used this company a couple of times and have never been let down. Arrived back into a freezing cold Birmingham on the 18th Jan at 5am made the call and were there in next to no time. Highly recommend
