Negative experience: Waited on someone answering phone, but after 15mins wait gave up and went on chat. Got someone called Alice who was helpful. My local Spa didn't allow Spaseekers to use the voucher for the package I wanted on a Friday, which is my only day off..had to book another Spa 15 miles away to book a Friday.

We work hard to offer the maximum availability across all venues - seven days a week, unfortunately, we don’t have control over the specific allocations our spa partners provide to us. We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when your Friday is the only day off! Fantastic experience: I’ve used Spaseekers online twice. This weekend was my first time calling to arrange a Group booking. Emily was my super helpful customer service assistant. Found me exactly what I needed (not easy as short notice) made the calls / got the quote sorted and the booking. Absolute superstar who sorted me and the girls out for a 40th Birthday celebration. Fantastic experience: Alice was very helpful and made the booking process so easy!
Negative experience: My friends clubbed in and bought me a spa seekers voucher worth £120 but I unfortunately didn't use it within a year as it was a stressful, busy year. It expired 3 months ago. I rang up to ask if there's a possibility it could be extended so I could use it next month for spa day but Spa seekers were rigid about the expiry and wouldn't let me use it. Gutted and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've booked with Spaseekers in 2 weeks, and this site will always be my go to site when looking for a spa break. The site is easy to use and book. Deals are very competitive when compared to other sites and provide you with different options to meet your budgets. Negative experience: Really Poor hospitality. Services in the spa was really bad , the facial was horrible my stay and was told me they can't provide one as I had booked through Groupon. Horrible experience

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault the service from Spa seekers. The original booking done online was very easy and the confirmation email was immediate and contained all the information I needed. Unfortunately we needed to reschedule our spa stay on the actual day it was supposed to happen. I have to say the the support, guidance and active help we received from 'Alice' and 'Remi' who helped us communicate with the hotel, reorganise the booking, speak to managers, and secure a new date was second to none. All of this took place over a weekend too when many companies don't even man the phones! They even gave us discount on the new slightly more expensive hotel dates. I would definitely use spa seekers again. They made a difficult situation very manageable and they did it all in a very friendly and most importantly honest way. Thank you Alice, thank you Remi you were amazing and are both excellent representatives of the company.

Negative experience: We have booked many spa breaks over the years via spaseekers but this was the final one, hotel was old and dated, the foot spa not working, jacuzzi not working and massage/treatment was the wrong one, less time than quoted and the lady was that rough my wife left in pain and still is nearly a week on, finally evening meal came out wrong. When I complained to the hotel they admitted some of the facilities were out of use and the food was not what we had ordered, complained to spaseekers and there resolution was they have spoken to the hotel made a decision not to do anything, as a loyal customer who has paid thousands of pounds over the years for spa breaks it is absolutely appalling service and I am now having to take more time logging a complaint with my credit card company as I have paid for a service which hasn't been provided. Don't book with them, I won't be anymore.
Negative experience: Unreliable booking service you book a spa they take your money and then the spa tells you they can't accommodate your booking just book direct not through spa seekers done this twice to me now

Fantastic experience: Chanelle was really helpful when I rang to book my spa day - really easy booking experience.
Negative experience: Had a technical issue with a code and called them within 6 mins of booking to sort it out and they claim there’s nothing they can do without charging a £25 admin fee. Completely ridiculous considering the voucher codes all over the website and it was clearly an issue with the site and getting it to come off the total

Fantastic experience: Ring the customer helpline number, the staff are friendly, patient and extremely helpful in guiding you through making the booking. This is our 3rd time using spaseekers and today Ashley was super supportive of finding a reasonably priced booking as we are having to be mindful of budget. Negative experience: Just got back from a two night stay in Wakefield at Waterton Park Hotel, very disappointing, the hotel was very dirty, the bathroom was not clean at all, Lorna the so called head waitress was very rude, accused me of not paying for a meal, when I was at the till waiting to pay, just just laughed in our faces, I will never book with spaseekers again if the hotel are not better than this, my partner was born in Wakefield we were having break going down memory lane, he sai he will never go back not a very good experience

Fantastic experience: Chanel was very quick and helpful in booking the spa slot even on a very short notice
Negative experience: Agree with other posts that the customer service is appalling. Just booked a stay at the Ana Spa in Winchester. Hotel was great but spa was terrible. We had an issue with our treatments, fair enough things happen, but the way the issue was dealt with was dreadful. Very bad management of the spa, especially the spa manager Chelsea. No customer service skills. Followed up by complaining to spa seekers who were equally ineffective. Low quality spas on offer. We worked out it was cheaper to book the hotel and book the treatments ourselves although we would never return to the Ana spa. Very small, dirty, scruffy and terrible reception and management. If there was the option for a zero rating for spa seekers I would use that. Be very wary!
Fantastic experience: Had trouble booking my Spa Break online so raised a case late last night around 11PM. I was surprised to get a reply to my case so quickly this morning from Emily. Emily was great and sorted out my issues really quickly and efficiently for me, amazing service thank you!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the spa experience at the Devonshire Arms near Skipton, a great pool with different jets, steam room and sauna. It was a beautiful environment and not too busy. The meal that was included in the deal afterwards at the restaurant was good too.

Negative experience: I bought a spa package for my friends birthday, paid extra to have it sent in a black box with ribbon it arrived in an envelope with 0 instructions on it for her. She then rang the spa i booked to arrange the time, to then be told by spa seekers the day before it had been cancelled and offered me a refund. Then on the day it was booked, the spa rang me to say no one had turned up to the booking, when i explained her reaction was " spa seekers keep doing this" will not be using again. Awful.
Negative experience: As I can now see on google, spaseekers have a great track record for terrible service so I am not surprised that I received the same. I was sold a pregnancy spa day but it turned out that I was given food which is UNSAFE in pregnancy and was sent somewhere with wet floors which was a trip hazard. They are offering me nothing but £15 refund for such an awful experience. Absolutely disgusted!
Negative experience: NOT GOOD STAY CLEAR! Booked a spa day@ Norton Grange, the treatment room was filthy but apparently that should be expected as it's used for mud treatment. Spa seekers pass the book to the hotel.
Negative experience: Worst experience not worth booking. My husband booked a treatment for my birthday for myself and him. We received the confirmation from Spa Seekers and we're waiting for our time slot to be provided by Stratton House. No email was sent and no call was received on the day of our booking. My husband tried calling and messaging the spa to see when our time was, but no one responded. He finally got through and was advised we missed out treatment as we were meant to be there in the morning, and they so say had sent an email, we checked his junk and spam folder to find no email received. They advised we would not be able to receive a refund nor rebook the experience and must contact spaseekers seekers. We did this and explained the situation of how we did not receive any contact or information about our booking from the spa, they also advised we are unable to receive a refund. £170 wasted and nothing to show for it. I would advise any booking a spa day to not go through this company and go direct.
Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Brooklands Hotel and Spa** I recently visited Brooklands Hotel and Spa on May 28th, booked through Spa Seekers (Booking Confirmation: B690612), and was left thoroughly disappointed with my experience. To start, there were no men’s changing rooms available. Instead, I had to share a hotel room with two other men, which was quite uncomfortable and strange. The most frustrating part was the wait for our afternoon tea. We had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes because they ran out of scones. An employee named Peter was particularly unhelpful and disrespectful. When I expressed my concerns, he nonchalantly said, “I can offer you a bubbly but you're driving so...” This lack of professionalism and empathy was unacceptable. Overall, this experience was far from the relaxing and enjoyable birthday celebration I had anticipated. Given the significant issues, I feel that some form of compensation is warranted. This was not the level of service I expected from such an establishment.
Negative experience: Booked a spa day through them - the spa was filthy, run down and badly managed. They’ve refused to offer any kind of refund as apparently paying for access to a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi that provides no opportunity for relaxation as it’s overrun with screaming kids (who according to the hotel policy shouldn’t have been there in the hours we were attending) is totally fine and a minor inconvenience. Provided plenty of photographic evidence of how revolting the experience was and mistakes made with the booking by the spa and they literally don’t care. Do not trust this company.
Negative experience: I've used spaseekers before and the experience was ok. Friendly staff but the venue was a local Bannetyne's which just ok, nothing amazing. I decide to use them again however when trying to find a spa break option, you can only book for 2 people minimum. When I called to query this they said there's nothing they can do about this, you can only book spa days for 1 person. I decides to do this but wanted to change and actually upgrade to a different venue but they charge a standard £25 fee for any changes or cancellations, even if as in my case I booked over a month in advance and could no longer do the day I booked. Almost everywhere allows you to change or cancel a booking with notice but £25 for any changes is ridiculous! You can book spa deals with no charges that give better flexibility and probably the same price. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.
Negative experience: A shocking experience from start to finish. Spa seekers completely missold us a 'spa break' at the crowne plaza in docklands. This isn't a spa break this is a business hotel with a pool. Saunas were gendered, there were no relaxing chairs, kids swimming lessons pretty much our entire time we were able to use the pool and a tiny jacuzzi. You are paying for a bed in London and nothing more. Our massage was also cancelled 10 mins before we were due to have it. We have been conned and will be leaving reviews on other sites as I know spa seekers won't post this one on their own website.
Negative experience: I used Spa Seekers because my boyfriend and I really wanted a relaxing “Spa weekend”… instead we got a noisy leisure centre. Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon should absolutely not be sold as a spa break… *Firstly, there wasn’t anywhere for us to lay down and relax by the pool as there was only 7 beds total which were taken *The steam room was not working *The pool was crowded *The sauna was tiny and only fitted 3 people *Plus I have never been to a spa that doesn’t have a jacuzzi * It was more like a council run tiny leisure centre. Although the staff were very friendly, we left so disappointed because our main objective was to enjoy the Spa and destress… instead the whole experience stressed me out even more. Spa Seekers clearly are not visiting their sites What’s more when I complained to Spa Seekers, they stated “the website did not advertise jacuzzi” as if it was my fault for expecting to have a jacuzzi at a Spa ♀️ should have read the small print ♀️ Then then insulted us with a 7% discount off future bookings… wow just wow On a positive… I would however like to say that the treatment salon was lovely although no relaxation at all ok the leisure centre “Spa” The food in restaurant was very nice. Room ok, better in pictures and looked upon a car park but I guess someone has to. Overall huge disappointment
Negative experience: They took my money the hotel then said they had an exclusive booking that day and couldn’t honour it. The hotel refused to deal directly was Becca’s spouse seekers refused to return my money until the hotel had confirmed. Incredibly time-consuming and stressful trying to get my money back from them. I would strongly recommend not using this company. They seem very incompetent And very un keen to return your money if they’ve messed up. I would strongly recommend avoiding.
Negative experience: My mum booked a trip through spa seekers for a birthday treat for me at Southampton Harbour Hotel. Spa seekers took the money out of my mum’s account but we were then contacted to say there were no treatments available. As spa seekers already had the money, we wanted to book an alternative. We assumed (wrongly) that spa seekers would find an alternative of a similar quality. How wrong we were….it quickly went from five star to travel lodge! The McDonald Botley Park hotel we were suggested…it’s hard to describe this place other than tired, depressing, unclean, in need of serious money, attention and renovation. NOT a luxury spa experience. Aerobics class in the pool which is half the size in reality than the photos, a few garden deck chairs to lie on (that’s if you even want to relax by the pool), broken lockers, need I go on? My local leisure centre probably has nicer facilities than here. I wanted to leave the moment I got there and we did without having the afternoon tea or treatment. We requested a refund from spa seekers on the basis this was not as advertised but they have refused. £200 down the drain and a ruined birthday later…..DO NOT book with spa seekers as you may not get what you bargained for. Wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand because they are so true. I also feel very mislead and upset we may never get our money back.
Negative experience: I would never use this booking service again. Miss sold spa experience it was supposed to be a 4* hotel and was disgusting. Offered me 7% off further spas in future. What a joke. I have a good mind to take to small claims
Negative experience: A truly poor experience. The website allowed me to book a spa for me and my sister for my birthday. I had an email confirmation that it was 'pending' so had to follow up with them. I then got a confirmation it was booked and when I called to ask what time we were due at the spa, I was told that it wasn't booked because they were too late confirming with the spa and our slot had been taken. I had to ask for a refund. I'll just go direct to the spa in future, as should you.
Positive experience: Booked a package deal through here for a spa day for my birthday turned out that the booking did not get booked. Money was taken and no booking. Phoned and spoke to Daniel who went above and beyond to see what he could do. Found another spa not the same package but better to have a spa day than not. Only giving 3 stars as Daniel turned it around and saved the day
Negative experience: SCAM, avoid at all cost! Paid the cancellation fee FOR NOTHING! From the annoyed voice at customer service clearly this is a common issue for them and they are used to it. DO NOT purchase anything here ever, misleading. Not sure how are they are still open for business as it should be illegal to advertise one thing and then not provide a service that has been paid for. Happy Birthday turned into a hellish ordeal. Worst service in my life. Clearly good reviews are purchased ♀️ I'm so upset it's not enought words to expre
Negative experience: Rude staff when calling the helpline. The staff hung up on the customer. Cheaper to go direct to the spa. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT USE. If I could give minus stars I would. In my opinion, I think potentially the positive reviews are from employees….
Fantastic experience: Customer service (Milena) were super helpful and helped me redeem my spa vouchers with ease. I have seen so many bad reviews but this has just been so far from my experience. Would highly recommend!
Negative experience: Booked through them, they were supposed to amend a booking which did not get done. Went to spa and got turned away. I would advise to book the spa directly, do not go through them!
Fantastic experience: I booked online very easy. Live chatted with agent got a welcome discount code of 7%. Easy transaction cheaper than going direct to spa and had confirmation from spa all booked no problem at all. I did read the reviews after I had booked and was very worried but everything has been perfect . Awful that people have had bad experience but mine wasn't
Negative experience: If I could review this company less that 1 star I would. We had a issue that we needed to get resolved and one of the Lady’s behind the phone hung up half way through my explanation and I was getting fobbing us off for over an hour and talking to me as if I was something on the floor. No respect, 0 courtesy, complete disregard and many many sarcastic “sorry” comments. The issue was very minor, that in the end never actually got resolved. Terrible service. Like the majority of reviews on here. I should of looked at the reviews before proceeding. Do not book via this company, if you can go direct with the hotel or company you’re booking with do so. Now I have to rearrange many many things in order so I do not loose the booking and the £260 payment I made.
Negative experience: Very rude, scamming, company. Don’t buy through them. We have been mis led and scammed through spa seekers. We booked a spa night away for my partner’s birthday. We booked on the phone with Daniel who said we have a spa package with an overnight stay and 60 minute spa session. The next day we ring the hotel to choose our spa treatment and they say we have not got this in package and to pay £180 each if we wanted this. So we call spa seekers to question this. And they say they have a no refund policy and that Daniel is not in to dispute this. The lady was very rude did not want to help. I haven’t got much money and to pay £550 just for a hotel night stay and no spa treatment is disgusting. I asked if they could retrieve the telephone recording of them stating we have the 60 minute spa package included, but they said they do not record their calls. (Probably lies) I believe we have been misled and they placed the wrong booking on our order, just so they can make some commission. I wish we had checked the reviews of this company before booking. As they have a majority of 1 stars and have not responded to any of them.
Negative experience: Booked and used part of £200 gift voucher. Fifty pounds remained but had to be used end of December. Contacted to book locally...no availability. Tried to book ahead into 2024, but can only do this by paying a further £25..what. Just bypass them in future and go straight to the spa for offers. Looks like £50 will be lost...sad.
Negative experience: Not impressed. It's much better booking direct with the spa you want to visit. But then again I don't expect much as the vouchers came from Tesco clubcard. Looking into it, it would have been cheaper as well. Having spent over £5000.00 at Tesco getting enough points for a voucher then using Spaseekers website having to pay another £276.00 when the same package direct would have only cost £250.00. It's looks good and tried it but it's not actually worth it. That extra money you pay is paying for Spaseekers staff, offices and the boss' profits. And it doesn't save you any time. Same amount of time spent booking through Spaseekers as I would have spent dealing direct with the spa anyway. Conclusion, I don't actually know what benefit SpaSeekers offered. I'm worse off!
Negative experience: Awful. Just awful. How can they legally refund with a voucher when the spa day isn't as described, and we are cancelling with over 30 days notice?! A complete sham of a company. Avoid at all costs! Complete money making scam.
Negative experience: I’ve booked through Spa seakers for a package deal for my wife’s birthday, however the booking wasn’t available hence a change of hotel. Which I’ve continued……however I found out my Spa was booked on the day for my wife’s birthday however the accommodation is booked a month later. Absolutely distraught with the experience.They never had the courtesy to get back.
Negative experience: So disappointed it was easy to book but when I paid the £10 cancellation fee I was promised I would get a full refund or a voucher and now they are saying they can't do a refund so I was lied to and they sent me 2 sepetate bookings when it was meant to be one single booking and only put the £10 on one so I'm not covered on Insurance for the 2nd day. I don't understand how they can get away with this. I spoke to Alice that gave me false information

I was a little skeptical as I'd never used them before, however everything that was included in the price/package was available to us. We had a wonderful night and will definitely be using spaseekers again! Thank you.
Negative experience: Please please listen to the bad reviews! I booked a spa day for £100 and added £20 cancellation cover but when it came to cancelling I did not get my money back and instead got a voucher (which I cannot even use for 3 weeks!) What is the point in having cancellation cover if you can't get your money back? This was not transparent at the time of booking either so they have essentially tricked people. They are a scam company and now I am out £120. Just use their website to check out spas then book directly with the spa. It is the worst experience I have had and their customer service is horrific. I had to wait over 40 minutes to get through to someone and he was extremely rude. And to use the voucher you have to call them... and they don't pick up! So you can't even use the voucher. I have literally just lost £120. For normal companies cancellation cover means cover if you cancel... apparently spaseekers doesn't understand what it is supposed to mean! Tbh this company needs to be investigated and shut down I have never experienced something this awful. They have kept my money and I have not received a service for it. Scam.
Negative experience: Spent a long time searching for a spa for our anniversary weekend- we have a nearly 2 year old with no family close but managed to get babysitting for the weekend- our first night away from our daughter so really looking forward to it. Only to be told 12 days before our booking that the place we’ve booked actually isn’t available after all. We had booked and Airbnb specifically close to the spa but all other spa seekers venues near the airbnb were either fully booked on that date or more expensive. However spaseekers (Billie) refused to offer compensation for the fault of the website in showing us availability and allowing us to book and pay in the first place. Instead they said if we still wanted that weekend we’d have to pay extra for the more expensive spa. A new date is not an option for us due to childcare and the fact we’d already booked the Airbnb. We will be going down the complaints procedure but that doesn’t help the fact we now need to pay extra for a spa for our anniversary next weekend. Terrible way to treat your customers. We’re out of pocket now for spaseeker’s mistake and no compensation in sight.
Negative experience: I took my friend for her 60th birthday. It could never have been a spa experience. The list is endless. I have contacted spa seekers 5 times written emails and still no response from then. Only a tx message from someone called Emily saying she had sent me an email. Which has never come. When I called about that app she has the wrong email. I have corrected this twice and still no response. I paid £160 for a cold and noisy from. They didn’t ask at medical history. No forms for information about what we wanted any allergies (of which I have. ). Only one of us could stay in the spa at a time no room for two. When it was as a day for two. So we couldn’t share the experience each had to go off. There were no oils for the massage or asking about pressure. The facial was advertised as an Elemis facial. They didn’t have Elemis products. And after it said we get a glass of Prosecco. Which we got in a green plastic cup and nowhere to drink. Laughable. We both booked a day off work. I am so disappointed with the experience but the lack or response from spa seekers. They have a duty to respond a month later I am still waiting xx
Fantastic experience: My partner and I had a full body massage by Naomi and it was incredible! So relaxing and felt brand new afterwards! We will definitely be back, highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I booked 1 night spa break in January and I can`t complain about anything. All was clearly described and the price was very afordable and everything was included, no additional fees or any unwanted surprises. Overall, brilliant experience.
Negative experience: Short version: this absolute joke of a company are cowboys, please do not use them - especially if you are considering buying a gift voucher for someone! Long version: I was bought a voucher for my birthday, which I received by email. There were no T&Cs attached to my voucher, just instructions to book my spa day by telephone. I had a quick look on the website, found a spa near me and called them to book. All well and good so far. Less than 24 hours later, I realised I had booked for the wrong day, so I contacted Spa Seekers to amend the date. I was advised that the venue I had booked at was non-amendable and non-refundable and that although I hadn’t paid for insurance, as a gesture of good will the booking could be changed - but a £25 admin fee would apply. Now, in principle I do not mind having to pay a fee if I need to change a booking. However, I was NOT offered the insurance cover when I booked over the phone. I checked afterwards and if you book online, it does offer you insurance cover. However, I never got to that point on the website because my voucher says I have to call in order to book! Nowhere on the voucher that I received did it say that insurance was an option or did it direct me to the T&Cs. When I explained this to the person on the chat, they stated that I would have been offered the insurance, and that the admin charges are laid out in the confirmation email I received. When I invited them to check the recording of my phone call to confirm that I was telling the truth, they said that they don’t record calls. So let’s put aside for a moment the questionable legality of being held to T&Cs that are not agreed to by the voucher holder before said voucher is redeemed; as I said, I was absolutely NOT made aware of the available insurance, the fact that my chosen venue was non-amendable and non-refundable, or the £25 admin charge for any changes to the booking - and was then essentially called a liar when I explained this. I would accept perhaps having not heard one of these clauses, but it’s highly unlikely that I would have misheard/forgotten ALL of these; after all, I had booked by phone just one day earlier. The operator couldn’t contact the spa immediately and so asked to call me back once they had changed the booking, and take the £25 payment over the phone. Most inconvenient, but do you know what the best part is? For this new booking, was I offered the £10pp insurance cover? No prizes for guessing the answer.
Negative experience: Had a weekend voucher for an overnight stay at 4* QHotels in Basingstoke. Hotel is okay, but not 4* worth. Was my birthday on Saturday and was totally ruined. Waited over 50 minutes for a starter, let alone main course. They substituted food, without asking. Eventually received our meals worth refunded. The Ritualistic Spa Massage and Body Scrub was out of this world. First time I'd had it done, very relaxing. The swimming pool was grubby for 4*. Not worth the money. Staff are nice, extremely young. 16/17yr olds. Too young to be serving drinks. Have complained to CEO and General Manager of Hotel!!!
Fantastic experience: I’m not usually one to review but on this occasion I just wanted to make sure Sophina (Team Leader) from spa seekers got the credit she deserves! I booked a one night Sunday spa stay, the hotel couldn’t fit my treatments in, I first got a call from the hotel explaining the situation but as we had already made all the travel arrangements we wanted to go anyway and I asked if I could just swap the treatments for something else and they said they weren’t sure. Later on that day I got a call from Sophina at spa seekers, she again explained the situation and couldn’t be more apologetic, understanding and helpful! The hotel offered a refund of £30, which wouldn’t usually happen as a package is a package, you can’t normally take things out and make it your own. So I was pleased that they could even accommodate that, spa seekers definitely didn’t even need to refund the £30, I was expecting a voucher. But Sophina knew there wasn’t much I could do with £30 on their website so she very kindly jumped over a few hurdles for me and had it refunded. Many people are very quick to point blame and get angry, but systems fail and mistakes happen. I had a lovely Sunday night break and a 25 minute treatment was not going to make or break that (it was a good deal anyway)! So thank you so much for being so kind and friendly Sophina and I really hope you get a nice little bonus for this review!
Negative experience: Dreadful customer service. Their cancellation policy means they WIll NOT GIVE A REFUND. This is despite paying extra for cancellation insurance and giving more than 30 days notice as per their terms and conditions. Outrageous! Will never er use this company again!
Negative experience: Should be zero stars. I bought vouchers for spa day at a local hotel/spa. The website says spa is permanently closed, no one is answering phone. Contacted spa seekers who said they are open but 3 of the 4 spa facilities are not available. I asked for refund as what was sold to us can not be offered. Told no refunds, can have extension or credit, not acceptable. I said if we change our minds I accept that no refund will be given but their provider is unable to provide what has been paid for. I said I would raise dispute with paypal, was told I could do that but wouldnt get refund as they would not authorise payment.Terrible customer services, I will not use again, do not recommend to anyone. PS said 6 month extension still not been processed!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic - was looking to book a weekend away for my partner's birthday and came across Spa Seekers. The booking process was really easy and everything was sorted by the weekend we went away. I had contacted customer services regarding a spa treatment and they got back to me right away. Can't fault Spa Seekers or the hotel I went to!
Negative experience: Do not use - always go straight to the provider they're connecting you with. They charged me £130 for a treatment at a hotel, but then weren't able to find a slot with them that I could make. They then refused to refund the booking - despite not being able to provide what I had paid for - and charged me £25 in order to change the booking. I had no choice to accept as otherwise I would lose £130. I would never use them again - use them to find an offer, and then go straight to the provider as they'll offer the same service with more flexibility.
