Negative experience: Scammers. Ticket cost £922, cost £100 to correct a mistake. Has to wait 6 weeks for refund. The refund amount is £100. £900 down the drain.
Negative experience: I bought a ticket from Sky Scanner Turkish airline and after 3 days they changed my flight to a different city because Turkish airline cancelled the flight to the city I wanted to go to and I asked for a refund and they said I had to pay £24 and I have to wait 4-7 weeks for my refund.I am still waiting and I didn’t get my refund back yet. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS .
Negative experience: Absolutely fraudulent company! Scam scam scam artists! I have now taken this up with my bank who will be investigating this company with trading standards. I booked, however within 15 mins I realised I had made a mistake. I contacted their cancellations line who told me I was only liable for a partial refund due to their cancellation policy. I accepted this, and accepted their terms. In contacting them they have now stated that I had not used their specific "please proceed" catchphrase; (despite them newly mentioning this). I have however got email proof of me accepting the cancellation fee and wanting to get the remaining refund.... They are now refusing to respond to anything.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that this can take place without retribution!

Using cheap people with not having customers service skills talking and shouting on you and blaming you for no reason .My return flight was cancelled by the airline, when I phoned this company flight catchers aka Polani travel they offered me flight for 4 days later with no option of paid for the hotel, when I asked for refund they said we can only refund you £70-£80 on taxes that’s all. When I was buying my ticket I paid extra £100 for insurance to get help if the flight get cancelled or if I need to change my ticket on my return flight. Customer care member hasham told me that we do not sell flight insurance which is another lie.£100 got wasted. Completely was of time and money.. will never ever use this company and I will tell my friends and family not to use them too.

Negative experience: This company has all people at the end of the phone of non speakers of good English. It's very hard to explain and get your point across and they cannot explain very well. Help desk is not helpful and try every opportunity to con extra money out of you. When trying to sort out out a resolution, they say do what you want to do and don't help I used this company from Sky Scanner. Please don't use this company. They will give you a good price for your flights at the beginning but will start charging extras that don't need to be charged. Poor customer service, poor solutions and poor return calls when requested.

Negative experience: Whoever's written "fake" on their office location has done us all a massive favour. These guys are nothing short of being crooks. Worst ever experience with them. Don't book with them just to save a bit of money. You will regret it. They eventually did help me recover a portion of my refund... after I wasted so much time and mental wellbeing on them. They don't even have an office in the UK. So prepare to be treated like dirt as they do not share the high standards of customer care like other companies do in this country. Save yourself the hassle and book with a good reviews agent or directly with an airline at least you can get a refund from them.

Fantastic experience: We booked our tickets with Polani. I was a bit sceptical initially because there was an error in the system which showed that we still had to pay a certain amount. After couple of phone calls, the last person that we spoke to explained us the reason for the same. My husband even visited the shop but they operate only online. We got our tickets at a very low price which was a good deal. Our journey with Etihad was amazing. My kids were very comfortable. Will definitely check with them again the next time We fly.

Negative experience: Unbelievable poor customer care - do not pass the relevant information on. Once they have your money they could not care less. Our return flight was cancelled without any information being passed and they issued a refund of £24.00 from a £1400 ticket, this was all despite taking advice from an agent pre- travel. Not one apology not one adequate response but very quick to take your money. AVOID at all costs I wouldn’t even give them one star - appalling service.

After weeks of numerous calls and e-mails advising 6-8 weeks of potential refund 20 weeks later I was emailed only to have been advised the airline will not refund me as I didn't take the return flight! Absolutely ridiculous seen as they cancelled the flight with no alternative! So please tell me how to take a return flight when I'm not in the country, By no fault of my own! Flightcathers aka Polani travel are scam artists the communication is disgusting! Still waiting for my refund but going to take it further!

Fantastic experience: I'm giving this place a genuine 5 star, All credit due to Mr Muhammad Areeb, otherwise, the rating would differ as customer service lacks but I'm willing to oversee this as after booking tickets for 13 passengers back in January but there were a few personal complications in traveling due for next month with some family members and rest of the staff kept me hanging for days with no call backs as promised until I finally spoke to Muhammad Areeb and with great efficiency he dealt with all my inquiries on the same day. He is a great asset to this business indeed and I hope the rest of the staff would follow his ways of service. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Yesterday my flight got cancelled by Turkish airline and I feel very stressed because of this cancellation and I tried to sort this through airline but they are not really helpful and their services was very awful. I have then contact flightcatchers and their staff members are very trained staff and very professional. I just want to add here representative Mr Feroze who tried to find best option and re-booked my flight with charging a little bit services fee only. I am really very happy with there services.

Negative experience: This is the worst experience with a travel agency - Polani Travels. Completely scammed me and took a huge transaction from my account. They sent me a false travel reservation copy - when I called them to investigate about this, they said that the reference number cannot be recognized, so I can’t do anything about this and not received a refund for this too. I agree with the other reviews and will take further action. Ridiculously poor service - can’t even give one star but it won’t let me post without giving one.

Negative experience: SCAM!!! AVOID! I’ve requested my refund since last year due to the flight cancelled from Omicron. It’s been 4 months I still not receive the refund. Everytime I contact the travel agent they always say the delay is from the airline side and not give any update or further information. The refund from the airline side claims it only take 7 days for refund. I never have any experience that I have to wait for refund over 28 days in my life, and this took 4 months still getting nothing. I will not suggest anyone to purchase anything from this company it’s absolutely horrible experience.

Negative experience: The least professional call handlers and services you could ask for. They Operate on SkyScanner using another company name - FlightCatchers. Flights got cancelled by the airlines due to adverse weather conditions and received an email from the airline advising of either rebooking or full refund. Despite that, of no fault of our own and at absolutely no additional cost to them, they wanted to charge £50 per person as a cancellation fee. Further more, when you speak to them over the phone (specially the girls) they are the least professional bunch of workers you could possibly come across. No manners, no communication skills, no clarity and certainly no ethics or integrity what so ever. Lesson learnt to check google reviews before booking with such scamming agencies as so many of the reviews resonate with my experience.
Negative experience: Greediest travel agency ever. Everytime I have booked with them, the initial price is competitive but for any changes, they charge too much. Just today Emirates quoted me £210.00 as fare difference for the same seat I was quoted £452.07 as fare difference by polani. They r a rip off company, pricing the initial ticket low so people buy it, and as soon as time comes for changes, they pounce on the client for maximum profits.

Negative experience: Booked flights to Turkey with a connecting flight in Istanbul to our final destination.Agency contacted us to say connecting flight was cancelled.Didnt give u s any other options,wife had to contact Turkish Airlines directly for options.When they told us our options,got back in contact with agency * told them what the airline suggested.Their agent then sent us another itinerary with a connecting flight that departed 3 hours before our arrival in Istanbul???.Is this the act of a proffessional company??. They then gave us 3 options ,1 of which was to cancel with full refund.We went for this option,but once we got their reply,they said there is a £50 per person admin charge,for what??? Doing nothing.They didn't not offer us any alternative options,we had to call Turkish Airlines direct for flight options. But sorry to say in the last month I have had such bad custumer service experience with them their agents say they will call and dissappear and every agent will try his best to take more money out of you. Asked if they could arrange one close to the date but was told no flight where available close to date but as i said it was for 5 passengers they quickly found tickets close to the date. Negative experience: Fishing and extortion If your flight was changed or cancelled that means that the catchers have caught the fish, you are. They will extort an amount about 50 pounds to change your flight despite they have to change it free of charge. Here is your steps if you don't want to pay the redemption: 1. Start charge back in your bank. Mastercard and Visa have rules to return the full amount if the performer fails to fulfill his obligations. The bank will tell you what you have to do. In my case I wrote the claim to catchers and send it them by email and through the technical support form. In the claim I requested a full refund due to a flight rescheduling. I got the re-offer to pay 50 pounds. It's good. Now you do not need to contact these catchers anymore. Resend the reply to your bank. 2. You should not to use your tickets totally or partly. Buy other tickets in another company and have a nice trip. 3. Your bank will cooperate with Visa or Mastercard to return your money back in a few months. 4. Get your full money back. I have got it in three months. Hope it will be helpful to someone.

Negative experience: Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews on here. Polani Travel (AKA. Flightcatchers) is a scam operation. They draw you in by undercutting the airlines' own prices by £10, and then make it up on the back end with extortionate and opaque fees, which can run into the hundreds of pounds. In my particular case, I paid £603 for a return flight, used the outbound leg, and then paid them an extra £145 to change the date of the return leg (even though the airline advertised free changes and there was no difference in fare between the original date and new date). My new return flight was then cancelled by the airline and I was offered an open ticket or refund. The open ticket can only departure from the same airport as the cancelled flight, which is absolutely useless because I already paid £590 for a one-way ticket with another airline to get me home. I opted for the refund instead, to which Polani are estimating will be around £95-115. So they are refusing to refund the £145 I paid for the change that never happened, and will only refund a fraction of the amount paid for the ticket. They are unwilling to disclose how much of a fee they are taking from the so-called refund, and the airline are also unwilling to disclose the amount they are refunding to Polani. So to summarize, I have now spent a total of £1338 for a flight that should have cost £603... and they are offering me a refund of approx. £95-115, but I have to accept it before knowing what the exact amount will be!... and it will take several months to process. The advisor at Polani is now unresponsive to emails and phone calls, so I have declined the refund, and I'm taking it up with Trading Standards instead... Not that anybody actually receives a refund from them anyway! Frankly it's unbelievable that these fraudsters are still operating. I advise anyone in the same situation to take it up with the authorities, or they will continue to defraud people of their hard earned money as they have been for the last decade.

The company appears to be poorly structured through its leadership and customer service team with no care of the customers it serves. I would strongly recommend this company is avoided.

Negative experience: When Nisar said £100 for a date change and I responded with £35 from Etihad Airways, he abruptly ended the call. Etihad airways also mentioned it should be FREE from the issuing travel agent. They are here for extortion. Keep clear!!!!!
Negative experience: Bloody Rogues!!! Never ever go to these scavengera. Be aware, they also operate under flight catchers name. They dont have set T&Cs and agents change words over phone and even lied about the flights. They tried to scavenge more and more out of your pocke.
Negative experience: there are bunch of thieves, the use illegal way to block you from travel benefits, i reported them to trading standard and i am not going to stop i will continue to report them until i find a way to sue them, when you buy the ticket they give a very small discount the bock you from getting a discount and if you change your ticket they will not downgrade it because they already gave you discount, they don't send your information to the airline so you can not change your ticket from the airline, you can not change your ticket online so you have to call then or email them £50 admin fee + whatever charges they come with the same tick i wanted to change it it was the same price they are asking for £130 to change it, i have got all the email all documents for what they said, they shouldn't be allowed to trade... please report them
Negative experience: SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! These people are disguise as a travel agent, but if you have to deal with cancellations/refund, then the real show starts. These people robbed my refund issued by the airline. I am still chasing but no one now responds. Don't use these jokers at all. STAY AWAY!

Negative experience: Very poor customer service also known as flightcatchers most of there flights you book end up getting cancelled where there then try to rob you with charging you admin costs such as £50 per ticket for refunds or charge you extra stating that airline has charged you additional charges or flight is more expensive when really the airline does not charge you anything for getting you next available flight or charge you anything oh and also good luck if you need to call them hardly pick up the phone and if you do get through there state they can't help you and someone will be in touch.

Negative experience: SCAAMMERS! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! I wish I had read the reviews earlier. They scammed me into purchasing an attractive flight deal on an airline that wasn't even operating to set location. They then said they had to charge me an admin fee to talk to the AIRLINE. I had spoken to the airline and the airline didn't even have a ticket booked under the reference they provided. Currently in the process of escalating the matter to the regulators, but I urge people not to use their services no matter how attractive the deal.
