Positive experience: הזמנתי מנה ראשונה חצילים, שהוגשו על נייר קרטון, במקום על צלחת. היה טעים. השניצל הממולא בפירה, כמנה עיקרית, היה בינוני (ציפוי עבה מידי והבשר לא מספיק טעים). אישתי הזמינה כמנה עיקרית דג שלם עם ירקות, שהיה טעים מאוד, אבל הוגש בתבנית מתכת שנדמה לי שידעה ימים טובים יותר.

Negative experience: Scam. They cancelled my flight only a couple of days in advance. Had to buy a new very expensive flight. It took weeks for them to give me a refund and didn't pay any damages although my new flight cost almost double.

Negative experience: Please stay away! They are bunch of completely incompetent and unhelpful employees who are not aware of their own company's policy. They are definitely not customer focused, probably the worst company I've ever met. Even their manager was completely unhelpful so I had to ring to their partners and ask to have a word with them. Only after that Omega Flight store has changed their attitude! Also depends who picks up a phone... 1 star is definitely too much for them...

Negative experience: Worst service ever. My flight has been cancelled and they failed to notify me. then never refund me a cost of original flight, neither covered the cost I had as needed to buy another flight which cost me 900 euros , as I been stuck in airport. in the end they said they lost licence and can’t help it. Latest respond from them: "I’m sorry to inform you that Omega Travel limited ATOL & IATA license has been suspended hence unable to amend, refund and re-validate /re-issuance tickets. Omega instructing customer needs to contact airline directly. Airlines aware about omega travel situation and able to assist passengers directly." AVOID If you can !!!

Negative experience: Ce sont des voleurs. Nous avions acheté des billets pour New York pr le mois de septembre. Avion annulé sans que l'on soit informé. Nous avons demandé une procédure de remboursement. Depuis plus d'un mois plus de réponses mi par mail mi par tetélépho. Nous sommes quasi sûr de ne pas revoir notre argent .je suis allée voir "que choisir" et ils me disent que la société n'existe pas France. Les adresses postales et les numéros de téléphone sont bidons, pas de numéro siret. Bref des escrocs !

No reply on email and currently 40 mins waiting on the phone with no answer...listening on repeat to their pre recorded message of how great their customer experience is UPDATE: 1:15 mins later and still no answer... At 1 hour the pre recorded messages stop and you just get a normal ringtone. Time to kill the call and see if BA can help me

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible company to use. If i could give them 0 stars i would. I booked a connecting flight as the price was good. The second half of the flight was cancelled as we got to the airport. i have now been chasing for a refund for 4 months as i was unable to get to the destination. They do not get back in touch with you and if you do ever manage to speak to them then they tell you to speak to another department and likewise when you get through to that department. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they really dont seem to care. I will not be using them again and would actually prefer paying more than to give them any business and i have recommended all friends and family to avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT. Billet pour New-York (À/R) pris le 1er décembre 2017 pour un vol le 11 sept 2018. Argent débité immédiatement sur mon compte. Fin août annonce que le vol était annulé et qu'ils n'avaient rien à proposer et qu'ils me rembourseraient. Depuis plus rien et impossible de les contacter et pas de réponse à mes mails. Peur de ne jamais revoir mon argent. J'envisage une procédure.

Negative experience: Use these guys and booked flights to Malaysia not only was I keep on hold for more than 30mins on multiple occasions they had the ordasity of hanging up on me when I was quoting my booking reference. I can safely say these guys are out of the question cowboys.. will never dream of using them again.

Negative experience: I was sent an email advising that flight times had changed 3 weeks ago and that we should contact them immediately. I have tried to call EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3 weeks and it either rings out, is engaged or someone picks up and puts the phone down. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its actually non existent and is causing quite a bit of stress. I have called the airline directly and they have advised that they can't help as I booked through a travel agent. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING AND TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY EVEN BE OPERATING? I am really disappointed that Kayak even work with a company like this.

Negative experience: Following recent news regarding Omega travel’s ATOL license has been suspended and trying to contact Omega travel for many times since i have booked a tour to EU for my mother and sisters . However I either been transfered to a line that no one answer or some staffs have no idea what’s going on. This company is untrust worthy and will take legal action if they don’t respond.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Booked a flight ticket. A month later, 10 days before my travel date the airline calls me and informs me there has been a default in payment and omega flight have not paid them. I tried to contact them for several hours with no good response. Went trough Omega travel tour and hotels department only to get a reply where they put me through to the ticketing department which still did not answer their phones. Went through their accounts department, they could not help me and put me through to the same number which was not working. I was then informed that the manager Eddie was swamped which enquiries. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOT WORTH THE WASTE OF TIME.

Negative experience: They have a helpline but it's useless because they always put me on hold every time I ring. Their work and attitude were pretty shoddy that's what I say. If you had a query and they were not responsive to your complaints.

Struggling to reach them from last 3 days to get clarification on my ticket and my travel date is nearing. I would never prefer them Even the customer service representatives don't respond properly. Negative experience: Pure criminal.. They oversell flight tickets and then tell me that my return fight is now 2 days later. This is after I make reservations at my destination, make travel plans and rearrange my work schedule. I am sure I am not the only one being treated this way. Ontop of this, I have been unable to contract them for 9 days now to modify or even confirm the flight change. I just sit on hold (no doubt having my money stollen by their callcentres) and then get hund up on! Can't trust any London based company. NEVER AGAIN!

Negative experience: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! I purchased a ticket through them on August 14th 2018. My card was charged for the full amount but the ticket was never issued. I called them like a hundred times, on every number they have on their fake website. Pathetic customer service of their's informed me that they didn't take the payment since there was a duplicate booking and the payment was voided and would reflect back in my account within 5 to 7 business days. It has been 2 weeks already but still I didn't get anything and at the same time, my bank is offering no help since I used a debit card to purchase the ticket. I am trying for the past 5 hours now and I am unable to get in touch with any of their staff, either the call wouldn't go through and by chance if it would, somebody would answer and not talk. They are a bunch of scammers and crooks. Beware of these scammers, its rather better to pay a little more and not go through all this useless stress i'd say. I'm very upset now. I'd be really grateful If anybody could suggest what to do or where to report them. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Airline says that they already refunded them 3 months ago and they still haven't refunded me. Avoid at all costs. Took them a month to notify me after they were advised by airline that it's cancelled.

Negative experience: Guys please avoid this place at all costs! Booked a flight with them think the price was great, couple hours went by and I had herd nothing from the company, not even an email confirmation so I decided to do some research and low and behold 98 of reviews were negative. I decided to call the company and they assured me that I would have my tickets within 30mins, a day went by and still nothing. After numerous calls being passed back and fourth, I decided to call my bank and get the money reversed, luckily for me I was able to reserve my payment! Seriously not worth the hassle

Negative experience: If could i would negative reviews for this agency. Useless and waste of time. I tried to book and international flight and the rates and ticket was declined as the rates were getting updated. Rates getting upated on saturday - when probably the get the most of the tickets booked. After calling the customer services they were equally rude and not helpful. Will never book with them again and would advised not to book with them either.

Negative experience: Be careful with the hidden fees - AVOID, SCAM, called the London offices and the system is always down and the manager was in holidays, David asked me to call back. Purchase 4 weeks ago and still waiting for them to respond my emails. Bought a £1,057.58 return economic class ticket and turns out I have to pay an additional £400 for my luggage and choose seats. the difference between Omegaflight and the competitor are £6-£7, Couple pounds worth spending with a different company.

Negative experience: It takes them such a long time to process your ticket. If you call their customer service and ask how long it would take they would give you false promises by saying the itenary would be emailed to you in 30 minutes. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Booked my flight with this company: A) I didn’t receive my ticket (airline also confirmed no name was booked for the flight on the given dates) B) my account was dented and the money was taken by omega. Called their customer service a number of times. Was assured it was being looked into and they agreed they would refunded my money - 3 months later and still nothing has happened. I’ve had To report the fraud to my cc and they’re investigating. Stay away, pay whatever difference there is with another company. Really not worth going through what I’ve been through.

Negative experience: Hi everyone, We booked 2 tickets through Omega travel to Colombo from Heathrow London On the 12th of June 2018 and paid all the money and confirmed the flights. We booked 2 Tickets from Heathrow to Dubai on 21st of December and return On 12 of January by British Airways, also we booked connecting flights 2 tickets from Dubai to Colombo. On the 10th July they send me an email saying the Fares are wrong and British Airways Has cancelled the flight and return the money for that sector. To book again Omega charged us £650 on top of the Fare we have already paid. Now total price we paid is £870 for each Person. They informed us after a month only Flight price are go up very much. They come know the problem within couple of Days after we booked but they informed us nearly after a month. We booked a same sector after couple of days of our booking for our Daughter From a different agent for £640.00, this caused us nearly cost £650.00 Extra because omega fail to inform us soon after come know the Problem. I won’t advise to any one booking through Omega in future. The sale person was not sympathetic or helpful at all. He was very arrogant, Again please don’t use omega travel for booking ticket.

Negative experience: Their website is very misleading with regards to adding baggage. I booked a return flight but it only included taking a bag one way. When I tried to rectify it,I was on the phone for 70 minutes talking to their customer services person who was very unhelpful. I ended up cancelling the booking because it was going to cost me more than booking direct with Virgin. They couldn't charge me a cancellation fee by law to they charged me £30 admin fee for wasting 70 minutes of my time. They have taught me a lesson - I will only ever book direct with the airline in future as these people just want to take your money.

Negative experience: The worst company ever- beware booking with them- they have let me and my family down on a flight- I have no worries about that- but a week later they still took the money out of my account - and still haven’t paid it back, lying to me suggesting they never took the money- I have now had to revert to my CC to get a refund. Negative experience: Worst service ever! Tickets bought from this company could not even be used to travel since the ticket of my daughter was edited under MY first name. Once you alert them, they ask for more money to correct THEIR mistake. A shame. And the airline cannot even do anything since it is the travel agency that must edit the ticket.

Negative experience: Worst vendor I have ever experienced. Instead of being helpful, they made me wait on several calls, hung up on me, and I ended up needing to pay so much more than if I had just booked directly with airline. Recommend never using Omega.
