Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this exceptional experience. Anna Roberto is a consummate professional and an absolute angel! My family of 4 was stranded in London because of a train cancellation. She grabbed us the last 4 seats available for a flight tomorrow. All while she was on her personal time and not in the office. She went above and beyond, and she has followed up with us several times to ensure that everything is correct. We’re so thankful! ANNA IS AMAZING! I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Fantastic experience: Bertie is more of a wizard than a travel agent. She is getting me where I am going for so much less cash without going all around the houses and stopping in every port. It seemed to be impossible but she sorted it in an hour. Kind and friendly and fun. Thank you, Bertie! Looking forward to my trip. Will definitely call you again.

Fantastic experience: Bertie has such a great way of making you feel at ease with your travel plans, she takes care of every need from making the decision, to booking, checking in and being available for you just in case you need her 24/7. She goes above and beyond and has so much passion for what she does! Bertie has great energy and clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge, you really feel safe with her and can trust her judgement. I have used Bertie for my bosses travel bookings, they are usually very last minute and can be stressful, with Bertie I feel like everything will be ok...she looks after us and always get's the best deals! Once she got me £10k lower than another company offered....I couldn't believe it! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Bertie Tavel is great there is nothing else to say :) From help checking into your flight if your not able to, too sorting out travel problems when they get disrupted, such as air strikes which affected us a lot this summer. Yet Bertie was always one step ahead with a plan of action of what we should do... Great company and lovely people...
