Negative experience: Recently returned back from a trip to Crystal Hotel Obergurgl Austria. We were told about a 'ski day away' trip by one of your reps in the welcome meeting. We booked it at the time for three people which was €25 each. However we were not told at the time that the area was not for beginners, and it features mainly red runs. I'm only a beginner skier so the day wasn't suitable for me, so I didn't go on it. Tried to request refund but rep wasn't interested. Tried to request refund from customer services but they again weren't interested. Awful service they just care about the money - avoid at all costs!
