Negative experience: Booked and paid for lounge passes and was meant to receive them on email , had nothing and 3 emails to them in answered, I am now having to mess around contacting PayPal etc to put the payment into dispute, unsettling just before a holiday , wish I could leave no star rating

Negative experience: I tried to contact them but I got the message that my entry for CAPTCHA was incorrect, but there is no stupid CAPTCHA to enter. No stars but it won't accept no stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
