Negative experience: Due to Corona 2020, 12 people Villa in Mallorca was unreachable because of the stop in flight traffic. No leniency from Travelopo, no refund at all. Just a comment that they can't do anything about flight cancellations and entry bans. Poor excuses and no chance of a refund.

Negative experience: Travelopo took £2700 deposit for an Algarve villa, failed to book the villa for us and stole our money. The owner, Roger Fenton, is a fraudster - we have made a complaint to the police.

Negative experience: So after changing a booking from summer 2019 to a winter break 2022, and the change of restrictions in France and after over 12 emails with absolutely no reply this company are an absolute disgrace, they are nothing short ot thrives and I will be reporting them to trading standards. DO NOT USE!!!

Negative experience: Did reservation 1 year ago and it got cancelled wihtout any advise. Right now not even getting answer from them via email. Impossible to get money back. Did anyone get an answer after complain or demand?

Negative experience: The worst ever!! After refusing to refund and forcing a new reservation for travel cancellation due to Corona in April 2020, the reservation did not proceed properly.

Fantastic experience: Helpful when needing to re-arrange due to covid issues. Staff were friendly and professional also.

Negative experience: Catastrophic! Supposedly the rental company canceled our reservation in Italy 1 week before departure without explanation! Impossible to get a refund for the plane tickets. Run away! Catastrophic

Negative experience: If I could give minus stars I would. I would rather use the German express to Auschwitz in 1943 then use travel opo again. Not contactable via phone, and when the villa gets cancelled they demand more money for the 'alternative'. I cannot stress how bad this company really is. If you have money to burn, please send it to me rather than this cowboy outfit. Shocking.

Negative experience: Emailed these around three weeks ago about booking a villa in cyprus, still no reply I can see why they have a low rating.* OK so I've emailed the address you gave me which doesn't exist, I've also submitted another enquiry form (which I have no intend of booking via this company) and still had no reply, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company like covid*

Negative experience: If you have a balance that is due shortly, do not pay it as when your dates end up being affected, they do not want to know. All they do is direct you to your travel insurance, then will just ignore any further emails from you. THIEVES!

Negative experience: Nice place, in a good location, but do not rely on any information from Travelopo, Interhome, or Marsden Cottages, they do not answer your questions or give you any correct information on the times you can enter the premises in my opinion very very unhelpful so would not recommend dealing with any of them

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with Travelopo. Stopped in a lovely villa in Tuscany. The whole process was very straightforward, with Travelopo doing almost all the leg-work for me. No complaints and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service - they don’t even have a contact number available online and they overcharge you for your holidays, then ignore you when you challenge them about information you have received from the company you meet abroad that actually arrange the booking. These people just charge you an additional 20% for doing nothing at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we have even allowed them 3 chances to resolve the matter and they just ignore you and the Contact and Support link on there website is disabled ‍♂️‍♂️
