Negative experience: Cluttered website, not easy to find what you're looking for.

Negative experience: The booking process was ok although the agent raved about going to Flam but as my cruise wasn't going there I'm not sure why? Also I had questions throughout and phoned on a particular question about cruise bys. The man I spoke to told me he didn't know if a cruise by meant that I wouldn't get to see Olden (port) or whether P&O had changed the route. He wasn't very helpful so I set a Facebook message which was rejected but question answered by Steve. As a first timer I was really nervous but reassured about having a passion for cruises blue wristband- however mine never arrived and I contacted them to hear they were out of stock. I felt let down throughout the process really

Fantastic experience: Have booked three solo cruises via passion for cruises since stumbling across them in 2022. The service from them is five star plus! Not only do they seek out incredible deals for those that cruise alone, the customer service they provide puts other agents to shame. On booking my last cruise, the agent went all out to secure adjoining cabins for my friend and I even though it was closing time!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this company by a lady I met on cruise pre covid. I since booked cruises with them . Customer service is fantastic and since recommended 5 people that have booked with them all come to me with being so happy that found a good travel agent. You don't have to wait hours for them to pick up the phone or emails so helpful and genuine. Unlike other agents I have dealt with. And get such great deals for solo travellers. Now have expensive hobby.

They have worked extremely hard in sorting out their customers booked cruises, they are always at the other end of the phone, messenger, email. They now have another forum for land holidays. Both the cruises and land holidays cater for solo travellers, every persons comment about PFC is positive, just go on their website and have a look. Please note I am a genuine customer and am looking forward to my rescheduled cruise next year to Egypt and sail down the Nile. Keep up the excellent work PFC

Positive experience: I’ve been to quite a few travel agents around Cardiff in the last few weeks as I’m currently hunting for the best possible safari honeymoon. This company seemed ok but I didn’t leave the place feeling like they were going to do all they could to help find the holiday I’m looking for. They just took our phone number and said they would call us back when they get information... they didn’t even take our email address to send us stuff over. When you’re buying any holiday especially an expensive one like this you want to be able to look at photos etc to see what you’re being offered and not just have it explained over the phone. That said the staff were nice and quite professional but there didn’t seem to be any personal touches and there seemed to be more of a next customer please attitude.
