Fantastic experience: I visited Rui rumney store Saturday march 16th to a appointment with Kerry I give her 10 /10 to book a surprise holiday for 10 wedding anniversary and she helped me decide on hotel and holiday she is very polite and other staff are too always deal with Kerry and she never fails to help you out on finding what you want so 5 stars for rumney store and its staff thanks girls

Fantastic experience: My husband found a purse and there was a Tui receipt in it . I rang the rumney branch and spoke to Sarah who was so helpful she manually looked for the receipt as the computer only held receipts for 1 year and it was 13 months old. She found the owners telephone number and forwarded my number to them . So thank-you so much Sarah you went above and beyond to help me and get the purse back to its owner.

Fantastic experience: Tried finding a holiday online but it was like information overload so I called into tui in rumney and was helped by a lovely young girl called Ellie who found me the perfect holiday! Negative experience: The rudest staff, the most insensitive arrogant people I've ever met in my entire life. I would never book with Thomson travel ever again.. Rumney hill staff - I don't know how they got their jobs.

Negative experience: Really Bad customer service - I have been accused of Lying - Booked a Holiday x 4Adults with P & O When booking we were told a date to pay the Holiday and agreed with them - they then sent out a letter from Head office telling us to pay on a different date - one of the party went into the shop and was told to ignore the letter and the date they had given us was correct They then ring up and say we need to pay by tomorrow or they will cancel the holiday and we will loose the deposit - ooops sorry it was our fault - But were not responsible as it was Human error they said - Utterly appalling customer service - They don't know how to treat the customers They think they can make mistakes and it does not matter as its not there money they are loosing Well between the 4 x adults we have spent over £35000 within the last 4 years - guess what we wont be booking again with them really bad service I would avoid them at all costs and book else where
