Negative experience: I am still waiting for my money since I arrived on 19/11/21 very bad customer service every day telling me different stories worse customer service I have seen.

Negative experience: The most deceitful people cannot transfer money in history. Please do not send your money with these frauds. Send it through Hanslo, it's easier and faster. They always lie, saying 'we are updating the system' as an excuse, and we always hear that childish lie. This is the last time for us. Shafiq Jan and Kaka are good people. That fraud sitting behind and playing with people cannot even look a customer in the eye out of shame.

Negative experience: Ariana travel does not deserve to be rated at all, one of the worst experience I and my husband have had with them. My husband flight was cancelled from kabul to UK and nobody informed us , when I called their office in the UK they said to buy new ticket with another airline and that's it's not their responsibility to issue us with another flight ticket. After talking to them several times ariana travel was avoiding us and passing our phone calls from one colleague to another. My husband was stuck in kabul airport and we ended up buying a new ticket with our own money again. A ticket which would have cost us £670 my husband ended up paying £1,660. It's one of the worst experience of my life. Ariana travel have inexperienced staff very unhelpful and beyond poor service. I wouldn't advice anyone to use their services .there are better travel agencies which offers great and reliable service. Ariana travel should be out of the market and banned from the high street.
