Fantastic experience: A big shout out to shelby at the tui shop blackburn, on Sunday we had are flight from Manchester to Jamaica cancelled after travelling down from Scotland to be told we had no holiday and we had to return home, shelby was great friendly and supportive to all are needs. She's definitely a 10 out of 10 from us!!! we can't thank her enough for her help.she got are holiday transferred to another holiday stright away .while attending to us she was taking phone calls one after another the phone did not stop, people where waiting in the shop who had their holiday cancelled due to the IT outage that is out of thier control. She also did a great job when we booked for Florida last year. Would recommend Lara to book a holiday. Professional and reliable. Fantastic experience: Recently had my original holiday cancelled due to no fault of my of my own and tui re-booked with alternative package, in which i was not happy about due to little information given when i contacted tui, i was given options which to be honest was standard, these where explained in a short and sweet manner, which felt as if they was reading from a piece of paper, passed from pillar to post, at this point i was becoming frustrated, even gave them two different hotels as this should be my choice within reason as it was my choice to book my original booking, and was point blank told i would have additional costs. I was advised by a agent that they will be transferring this higher which is what they did but remained to be told the same and would contact me once they had looked into this, in the meantime i was passing my local branch so decided to nip in to see if there was an update and was greeted by a lovely agent called shelby which she looked into my query and explained exactly the reasons to why my original booking had been cancelled, she compared my original booking with the alternative that was arranged by TUI and again explained the difference aswell as the choices i put to TUI, as she had personally been to Mexico many times, even went the extra mile to show her holiday snaps, along with her honest opinion which in all honesty i prefer this approach (Thank-you), with this all combined and I am so glad and grateful i nipped in as i would have never had this information from telephone calls back and forth. Shelby went further to print off Karisma Fact Sheet for me to give me 'food for thought' but from her honest response and her team, i felt comfortable to agree to the changes and stick with this, surprising how things change from constant phonecalls to one in store visit - so thank-you so much shelby - you made my day and one less worry, i certainly can not stop taking sneaky peaks - if you want a honest opinion then you'll sure get it at this branch in the most lovely, professional manner.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for some help looking for a very special holiday to celebrate a special birthday, I called into the TUI shop in Blackburn, I was spoken to immediately by a friendly lady called Shelby, she listened to my query and then asked me to take a seat, Shelby took all my details and after much searching found me the perfect holiday in Cyprus, it looks amazing and everything I have asked for, i usually book my holidays on the internet, but after the personal service I received at the TUI shop I booked the holiday and I will definitely be back to book my next trip, thank you Shelby.

She was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She gave me some recommendations and asked if I would like to look at some holidays. Fantastic experience: After booking online and our holiday being cancelled on Monday 28/08, we made our way to the Tui store Blackburn where we would normally book, although online bookings are normally dealt with over the phone the store manager at Blackburn (Shelby) rearranged our holiday so we still get a break.This was by far an easy task, but Shelby pulled everything out of the bag to make sure we were sorted. Shelby, we cannot thank you enough, your help was very much appreciated and all our holidays will be booked in store in the future. Thank you so much.
