Fantastic experience: First time experience to preform Umrah. Recommended by my cousin, who went with Hashim Travel for Hajj. They did not disappoint and made our journey easy and comfortable. Got a free upgrade to the clock tower thanks for that. Uncle Kayani travelled with us very knowledgeable noble and sincere person, easy to reach and helpful. Umar and Abu Bakar always greeted you with a smile. Uncle Kayani travelled with us to the Ziarats even though he was suffering with a bad back, he could have chosen to stay in the hotel but wanted to be part of the group. I will definitely recommend to book your Hajj and Umrah with Hashim Travels.

Fantastic experience: Intially from Accrington, was looking for a reliable and friendly service. After looking around many travel agents, Hashim travels ticked all boxes. Mine and my daughter's first umrah, wanted to make it a memorable one. As promised Hashim travels did provide us with lovely and clean hotel rooms which were most convienient and were designated very close to haram in Mecca and masjid ul nabvi in medina which was very beneficial for loved ones who struggled with mobility. Overall journey was brilliant, full of knowledge especially on Ziyarats. Will deffo reccomend to family and friends and travel again with Hashim travels in near future Inshallah. Negative experience: SENT MONEY WITH THESE GUYS THEY ADVERTISE RIA AND WESTERN UNION AND SEND WITH SOME BACK STREET FAKE COMPANY INTERCITY IF YOU WANT TO SEND MONEY JUST GO TO JK TRAVELS FOR A SIMPLE TRANSACTION THE MAIN GUY WITH THE BIG BEARD IS NO HELP AT ALL TOLD ME HE WILL CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND WILL SEND WITH WESTERN UNION 'in half hour' GUESS WHAT ITS BEEN 12 AND HE HAS NOT SENT IT WITH THEM. Fantastic experience: An amazing travel agent with amazing people who go above and beyond to make your spiritual experience a memorable one. We booked with this company and honestly cannot fault them. Even though we booked another hotel than what they offered us, the communication was excellent and they really looked after us well - especially Abubakar who went above and beyond. Alternative hotels, own private transport and other extras were all thrown in for us and the package was tailored to suit us and our requirements. Would definitely recommend this company and IA we use them again.

Negative experience: Young lad booking me took ages to get visa sorted and was very hostile regarding sending tickets over only sent a few days before the journey there was Hardly any support provided, hotel in madina room was small was told room would be changed to an allocated bigger one yet never happened. Would have hoped going with a group for the first time more support would be available for completing umrah but had to do everything ourselves all that was provided was the hotel. Tour guide was a young kid, just unprofessional all over will do whatever to save a few quid save your money and either find another agency or book it yourself Proper piss take then have the cheek to send me the page to review on google!!

May Allah bless uncle Kayani who took us, he's a very friendly humble person who can get along with younger generation. The hotels we stayed in both Makkah and Medinnah were of good standard and close to the masjid. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Just come back from our first umrah with Hashim Travel and we can’t wait to go again! Uncle and his extended family members took really good care of us We had 3 toddlers with us and the whole group didn’t mind one bit There were some issues with travel delays and when we got there Saudi had restrictions and apps and permits etc but uncle was so patient with everything and everyone So good to have someone like that to keep us all positive Hotels were stones throw away from both holy sites food that was ordered was really good-traditional Pakistani food which my mum especially enjoyed The Ziyarats )excursion) were really informative and our toddlers enjoyed seeing the animals at one of the stops The whole family were always helpful and everything was so well organised so a big thank you to you all! Would highly recommend to everyone My family and I can’t wait to get called for hajj/umrah and when we do -will definitely be using Hashim Travel IA

Fantastic experience: Did the Hajj through this agency in 2015 and we were very pleased with all the arrangements. They took very good care of all 4 of us - inc my mother and two teenagers. Only have good things to say and looking forward to use these people in the new year for umrah in sha Allah.

Negative experience: The stubborn owner who has elderley people waiting in hotel lobbies for 24 hours whilst themselves are in a room emjoying comfort and when it comes time to pay he starts being greedy about prices and his son always at the desk is to busy on ticktock never in my life will i recommend or let anyone i know use these lot for such a holy trip!

Fantastic experience: I went on hajj with hashim travel August 2019, I must say they are very professional and efficient. The main man khayani is a very busy man looking after all his group, he still manages to smile and answer any questions. Haji Merban is a great help with all his knowledge, they have talks in the hotel training you for hajj held by Haji Syed Redwanullah , I must say are very informative. The hotel is located 10 minutes from masjid haram which is great, one straight rd you will not get lost. food provided is Pakistani home style food which is good if you fancy a change there are many variety’s within walking distance. You get a very good hajj price by hashim travel, but the hotel is basic and serves its purpose. It’s a very humble hotel, with not many comforts. Overlall staying in this hotel and doing the hajj makes you more humble.

Negative experience: Worst estate agency in Blackburn. Useless and worthless! Unable to follow basic instructions or steps! Rude service and atrosious manners!

Negative experience: Have been on umrah on a number of occasions. First time with Hashim travel. By far the worst company out there. We were supposed to stay in Madina for 7 days and expected the hotel room for that amount of time. On our final day in Madina our flight was scheduled to depart from Madina at 11pm and we were due to go to the airport at 6pm yet we were kicked out of our rooms at 1pm and told to wait in the lobby!!!!! All this because Hashim travel want to save a couple of quid by not booking the rooms. We had an elderly woman in our group and she had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours. Disgraceful behaviour just to save a few pounds. Avoid this company at all cost. I have submitted a complaint to the ministry of Hajj and urge all others that were affected to do the same
