Fantastic experience: Good employer

Positive experience: We went on the Waterways tour in May 2015, Stayed at the 4 Star Dunblane Hilton Hotel, recieved 2 Star Accommodation, 2 Star Evening meal and 2 Star service from the management, luckily the driver was fantastic and so were the tours, The Falkirk Wheel is a must to see, I hope if Robinsons do this tour next year they pick a better hotel.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking! Driving down the M1 today near Sheffield and one of your drivers nearly took my nose off my front end weaving from lane to lane! then to see him further up weaving traffic on the motorway. Absolutely shocking driving from someone who will have passenger’s on board! Sort your drivers out. He will cause an accident!!!

Negative experience: I would never travel with this company after the dangerous driving I saw today on the m57. The driver of the coach with passengers total disregard for safety. Followed by thinking it acceptable to tail gate and straddle middle and outside lanes.

Fantastic experience: Great driver in Paul and a great coach.

Negative experience: Not travelled with you, nor would I advise others too either! Shocking standards of driving by one of your driver's on the illminster bypass (A303) this afternoon. Cutting cars up on roundabout and speeding in a 60 limit. Obviously your coaches are not limited. God help the passengers, not a great advert for your company at all. Driver needs serious words, or retraining.

Negative experience: You might want to retrain your coach drivers not to cut people up on roundabouts! I was travelling back home to Llandudno Junction last Friday, one of your coaches was in the wrong lane at the main roundabout to Llandudno, he completely cut me up by veering over into my lane with no indication or anything! Not a great advert for your company.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time in morecombe and lake district. The Auckland Hotel was superb, staff very helpful, food was wonderful and as usual Robinsons holidays come up trumps again

Negative experience: My mom & 2 friends are due to go on holiday with you in August the are all high risk people and have been self isolating upto know. You are making them pay there final balance today for a holiday thay probably won't be able to even go on. Or they all lose there deposit. No credit note is offered for next year. You say there will still be entertainment at the hotel but my mom has phoned the hotel and they are saying no entertainment. It is disgraceful the way you are treating vulnerable people

Positive experience: 1st holiday was a disappointment from booking due to cancellation of holiday, offered new date at no extra cost but then tried charging extra, booked disabled room n tried charging extra as it was a sea view room which I hadn’t requested. Driver (Andy) made the trip enjoyable 2nd holiday was problematic with booking again as they gave my pick up point in a different town. Trip down and back was ok but in between was a lot of confusion as coach driver went home after dropping us at hotel, and hotel staff didn’t know what was happening. The hotels are good and excursions are great. If you can cope with the farce that accompanies the booking then it’s well worth it. 1 star for booking and 5 star for excursions and hotel gives the average 3 star rating

Fantastic experience: Went to 2 resorts last year Eastbourne & Isle of Wight (Ocean View)on both occasions were highly delighted & would recommend either of the hotels everything you could wish for in fact we have another 2 for 2018.
