Negative experience: We booked a famliy holiday for 12 people good 6 months before. Messed about from the beginning to end.. Seating everyone were separated on plane this is down to the agent was told. Changing the dates.... sister had to buy a new ticket to return early Emirates head office said your tickets are on some promotion offer we can't sort it for you madni have too...they were no help at all... We had to extend another ticket we had to pay for that too. We tried to arrange seating on website could not do it cause it was on promotion we were separated again on plane... I would never recommend them.
