Fantastic experience: Never used a travel agents before. However, due to the air traffic disruption on Monday, mine and my partners full holiday to Kos was cancelled and we were eager to re-book. We nipped into Althams to see what they could do/find. An hour later and we have rebooked Kos again but a nicer hotel & better board option for less than what we originally paid! I think the lady was called Claire - she was really helpful and I will definitely be using Althams for all holiday bookings in the future. Turned a sad couple into a happy couple again - thank-you so much!!
