Excellent very helpful staff, not pushy at all, done everything to help, printed all information out for me, and when I called the next day to say I was going with a cheaper deal online they asked if they could match and in fact bettered the deal, very pleased with the service

Fantastic experience: Warm welcome on arrival Phil delt with our holiday and he had good knowledge of were we were going. Stress free from start to finish thank you Phil.

Negative experience: Doors locked at 2.30pm, notice saying not opening until 3.15. I went into town specifically to go to this travel agent, so as car park expiring at 3.25 was a wasted journey, & parking cost. In a busy city centre. Staff opened the door as I knocked on it, just to tell me "we are at lunch". Poor customer service. So took my custom to Tui next door.
