Fantastic experience: We want to say a massive thank you to the Team at Tui and especially to Aimee, one of the travel consultants based in Gloucester. We were due to go to the Dominican Republic early September and we had an unexpected medical issue arise, which meant we were advised not to fly. This was just a week before we were due to go :-( Aimee was amazing. She took responsibility for finding out what personal information we needed to get the holiday moved to a safer date next year. She pushed the information through to the team in charge, and made sure we all did everything needed in the short time span remaining to stand a chance of a positive outcome. She managed this whilst working in a busy agency and between delivering a high standard of service to all the other customers. Thank you Aimee, and the Team. Our disappointment at not being able to go on a much anticipated holiday was lessened because we still have it to look forward to next year, and this was thanks to you.

Fantastic experience: It has been a long time since I crossed the threshold of TUI Gloucester. Not having any pre conceptions I was greeted at the entrance by Amy who was polite and had an of friendliness, which relaxed me straight away. After a few questions I was directed to Shella who also made me very welcome. From this point on I was relaxed and Shella proceeded to guide me skilfully for the holiday I was looking for. I would like to praise both Amy and Shella for there friendly and professional approach, it made my task so much easier. Well done TUI.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a week… Me and the wife have had a difficult time booking holidays in the past. But little did we know that our experience was about to change, thanks to an exceptional member of the team at Tui, Gloucester named Carmen. Our list of criteria was immaculately crafted with relaxation in mind. With a busy year gone by, the wife and I needed a well organised mode of transportation and I have never been happier with the service (which is saying something as we once had a meal at Ramsey's grill at the Savoy and that service was exemplary). Once inside the grand and memorable store in Gloucester City Centre, we were greeted at the door by what would soon be our salvation to an un-rivalled holiday experience. Carmen was brilliant throughout the whole booking process and we finally settled on a 5-night stay in Turkey. Finally some time for us to relax on the beckoning and calming white beaches of Marmaris. We are already thinking about the fresh cocktails and the soft, supple hands of our masseuse. 5-stars, will be booking our next holiday with this brilliant young lady - Thanks! Ben and Sally.

Fantastic experience: I went into the shop today to ask a few questions on my holiday. The lady at the front desk, Laura was extremely helpful. Made everything so easy and showed a genuine interest in my holiday. She also checked if we had insurance set up and then mentioned a couple of excursions that she recommended, so much so we went ahead and booked a couple. The shop was extremely busy however we were made to feel like the most important people.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with Amanda , she was so polite and helpful when I called the Tui office in Gloucester earlier in the week, so I came into the office with my young family for further information on my country of travel. She was excellent ,eager to help us, and friendly pleasant lady.

I was getting so stressed out with choosing between a few different countries for our honeymoon but the staff really helped me narrow it down comparing all options, they were very knowledgeable.
