Negative experience: I do not recommend this company. I booked a last minute car to go to the airport. They confirmed everything via WhatsApp and sent me the driver’s number. I communicated directly with him. He acknowledged the job…then just didn’t turn up! I tried to call and message, he eventually turned his phone off. When messages were eventually delivered he just ignored them. His name is DEMIR. Cancel your job if he is allocated to you. At these rates for an airport transfer from Knightsbridge, I expect a minimum level of professionalism: showing up on time
