Negative experience: Ian Prior is a business man and who will not care if you have any issues with your holiday. He will take your money quite happily and then kick you to the curb when you are stranded thousands of miles away from home. Book your holiday ANYWHERE else!

Fantastic experience: I recently used Westway in Wickford to plan a surprise holiday for my husband, they were extremely helpful and responsive and went the extra mile to make it special. The fake boarding pass gift was an amazing touch and very well received. Whilst away I needed some help with my booking and even though my contact was away, someone else picked up and responded quickly. Would fully recommend.

Fantastic experience: I now used westway travel several times. Which I must say they have been excellent. Every staff member has been great. From Luan that booked my trip to Barcelona with my son and grandson for his birthday. Then our trip to Turkey. Every last detail covered and explained. Then when I went to pick up tickets for that holiday met Ian (MD) we chatted. Very friendly guy. He knew the place we were going too. Gave us ideas were to go and what to see. He asked if we were going away later in the year. We said possibly South Africa. We were there 2 hours and booked A Wonderful 16 day trip that we have just come back from. He ask what we wanted from South Africa. We told him our thoughts. He arranged Everything to a tee . Flights from uk and internal flights. Boutique guest house accommodations. Transfers . Car hire. Safari. Everything. First class service. When we went to collect tickets Luan was there to explain everything and in paper form as well as back up. I will never book an online holiday again. Positive experience: Happened to use them this year but I have used them in the past always found them efficient and polite not necessarily the cheapest but the personal touch costs the thing I like diesel when my particular booking went wrong they did everything that up most to remedy it with great success

Fantastic experience: Excellent service when things don't go to plan. Our tour operator greateley changed our itinerary a day before our departure. This would have left us going on a holiday different to what was originally proposed. Westway contacted the operator and got us a full refund. Something that I don't think we would have got if we had booked directly.

Fantastic experience: The team at Westway Travel are simply outstanding. They listen to our criteria and budget, propose an itinerary and then collaborate with us to get the holiday we want. They know how to get the best value for money and always give excellent advice. They know the destinations and what each has to offer, they have great contacts locally, they pay attention to the detail and create bespoke, well thought out packages year on year for us. They have arranged holidays to South Africa, Mauritius, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mexico, Turkey, Crete and Italy for us and they have all been exceptional. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We've booked two trips to Disneyland Paris through these guys and they have been fantastic both times. Even more so now as my son has developed a milk allergy two weeks before we're due to go on holiday and they've bent over backwards to make sure he's got safe food!
