Negative experience: Very unhelpful man, didn't seem to want to be there. We came away with no holiday and bitterly disappointed, perhaps if we had been booking a World Cruise he may have been more helpful.

Fantastic experience: The girls at this branch of coop are wonderful, experienced and dedicated. The service is excellent and couldn’t be faulted. They are all knowledgeable and can cater for all of anyone’s needs. We have booked 4 times with them and will be booking with them for all future trips.
