Negative experience: So far very poor Hotel Booked was incorrect and had to spend 3 weeksn sorting out compensation my advice is book yourself

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Booked flights for a family holiday - so much easier and cheaper than booking online. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm planning a holiday or just flights.

Fantastic experience: Initially it had proved impossible to find a service flying direct from London to one of New York's lesser known airports, Newark. It was only by chance such a flight was identified and with the very able skills of Diana Evans seats on it were secured. This was not the first time the Flight Centre have provided invaluable aid. On the previous occasions a flight from London to Denver was the objective, but the return using the same carrier was to be from JFK. Having unsuccessfully tried to book those flights online I approached Flight Centre who, with the aid of a telephone call to Head Office, easily obtained the desired return - ticket - booking. Great service!

Negative experience: I've used the flight centre numerous times before and have always been impressed, until trying to book a flight to Australia and I have to say, not overly helpful, did not call me back when they said they would, spoke another lady today who seemed totally disinterested.,..... You have let yourselves down, very disappointed

Negative experience: Rude, never felt more awkward in my life sitting in the Chelmsford store. Came in to ask for a quote and got replies of how they know more as they lived in every country I'm visiting and I will definitely be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Harry was so efficient helping me get last minutes flights for my Mum to travel on her own to Adelaide. The office staff's knowledge of airlines, seats and airports is exceptional and it all made for turning what was initially a very worrying experience to a smooth calming process.
