Fantastic experience: Abbigail recommended and booked us a fantastic holiday within budget in Rhodes. We had a brilliant time in a hotel picked by the team. Ryan, who I spoke with later to book insurance, had even been and had some brilliant personal recommended places to go. The Tui customer service team were fantastic sorting out an issue we had with the insurance (Allianz fault) while away, and were super quick to resolve it. Even had an email from Ryan confirming the issue was resolved before the end of the day. We will be back here to book our next holiday!

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot praise Matt at TUI Chelmsford enough for the exceptional service and support he provided us. From the moment we initially went to get our travel money, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process smooth and hassle-free. However, what truly stood out was his kindness and compassion when we had to unfortunately cancel our holiday due to one of our party falling seriously unwell. It was an extremely stressful and upsetting time for us, but Matt was there every step of the way. He was not only professional but also extremely gentle, compassionate, and patient, ensuring we felt supported and reassured during such a difficult moment. His empathy and understanding genuinely made a huge difference and helped to alleviate some of the stress we were facing. For that reason alone, I would absolutely return to TUI Chelmsford and book our next trip with them. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your experience and goes above and beyond, Matt is your guy. Thank you so much for all your help, Matt!

We were really indecisive on where to go for our summer holiday as a new family of 4 but Matt has been absolutely brilliant and so patient so it made it all so much easier for us! He was so informative of all locations, gave honest opinions and I felt I could really trust his advice and knowledge. He is a credit to the Chelmsford store and we will definitely be booking all our holidays with Matt from now on! 5* service thank you!

He made the process of booking a holiday very easy and stress free with plenty of guidance of what to do once the holiday was booked. Fantastic experience: Came in on the off chance to book our first Caribbean holiday. We were welcomed by the extremely friendly Judy, who guided us to the best resort within our budget. We were so impressed by the service and price, we booked it there and then. Barbados here we come!

Went out of their way to provide information to a resort,Cape Verde, and explain where to go and importantly where not go to suit our type of holiday,could not do this on the internet! Fantastic experience: We went into book a holiday in the carribean for 2024. Kayleigh was very helpful and friendly. She sent quote by email as requested. When I called to book one of the holidays I spoke to abbey. Who was also friendly chatty and helped with the booking. Both ladies were polite professional and helped with our holiday choice.

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband booked a holiday to Thailand last weekend at the Chelmsford branch, Josh who booked it for us was very helpful from first getting the quote through to booking. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the best deal for what we wanted. Had a few laughs along the way. Special mentions to Ryan also for handing out the quality streets!

Fantastic experience: We have book several holidays with Abbi, Abbi always goes the extra mile to make sure we are getting the best value and experience, for example we choose the time of year and hotels for a big holiday in a couple of years time Abbi suggested that we would be better off going earlier rather than later in the year, the hotels we had chosen Abbi don’t think they would be suitable for our needs as the where a bit isolated and she suggested hotels that where more central. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbi and TUI Chelmsford for booking your next holiday.

Fantastic experience: Holiday booked today with the assistance of Ryan at TUI Chelmsford. Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Further, he made my five year old daughter feel part of the booking process by giving her a “ticket” and stickers. Great customer service from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: We have always booked our holidays at TUI stores and we have used the Chelmsford branch for the last 3 years. We booked our 2023 holiday on 28/12/22 in branch and were helped by Abbi. Abbi was super professional ,very knowledgeable and sorted us out in no time. I would highly recommend this branch of TUI if you are looking to book your holiday.

Fantastic experience: We came here yesterday to book our honeymoon, Kay was our advisor and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She went above and beyond searching for the most perfect hotel and honeymoon experience for us in the Caribbean. She stuck to budget and gave us honest and helpful advice about every hotel she showed us. After much deliberation we found our perfect resort and we are so excited to go, spent the evening on google and YouTube at the resort and the amenities it has to offer. Thank you so much Kay! You have given us another milestone to look forward and we can’t wait to get on the plane!

Fantastic experience: Having booked a flight today and needing some help with it, Abi in Chelmsford was absolutely fantastic and did everything she could to help me with the booking. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her doing that! You don’t get many like her these days, she’s an absolute gem!

Abbi was great, very professional and made our booking simple, she pointed out various option we had, as we need to fly from Manchester, along with a list of excursions we may like to try, based on previous experiences. Fantastic experience: Josh was very friendly and helpful and was not at all pushy which can be very off putting. My husband and I went for a coffee and decided there and then to go back and boon our cruise. I would thoroughly recommend Tui and will book with them again.

Positive experience: The holiday itself was excellent. No issues until the journey home and a 3hr queue at the rhodes airport. The testing procedure was also fairly simple. The only issue was the store not being willing to take the pcr test in the drop off box and making us post it in the post box outside.

Negative experience: Really slow workers. Came here two days ago and they kept us waiting for 45 minutes. We ended up leaving without an apology. We are now waiting again and no one has even acknowledged us. Really bad service. And really bad that they are turning customers away.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Tried Virgin but were disappointed. Went here and were blown away. We wanted to plan a wedding but although we knew roughly what we wanted we did not know what was possible or where we could go. 40 minutes with Hayley and I would have booked it there and then if we were not a few weeks early for our dates to be released. No request was to much and Hayley was very knowledgable. Another huge point in their favour is everything was included. At Virgin the hotel, transfers, flights everything was an optional extra. To my surprise everything at TUI was included. 1 price nothing left out! Amazing!!
