Fantastic experience: Have just completed planning and booking our trip of a life time to South America. It was both exciting and simple with Beth, our consultant, fully understanding our brief and designing a superb tailored itinerary, which we reviewed with her twice making a few minor changes and selecting our choices of hotels from the options provided. As stated both exciting and simple!

Fantastic experience: I used Hayes and Jarvis for a road trip in USA over Easter and had the pleasure of working with Beth who was extremely knowledgeable and put together a great itinerary, we had the best time! So when thinking of travelling to Japan next year, I had no hesitation contacting Hayes and Jarvis again. Beth very kindly put me in touch with Andy who has been both patient and knowledgeable in equal parts. His knowledge of Japan is second to none and we really feel he has put together the perfect itinerary for us. We are now excitedly counting down the days to go! I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: As a family of four adults, we decided to take a family holiday to Japan. However, after looking online, we felt completely overwhelmed with the options of where to travel, and what places to visit. So we contacted various travel agents to look at their itineraries, unfortunately most of the travel agents weren't flexible on the itineraries therefore we were unable to personalise our travel. We contacted Hayes and Jarvis and were put in contact with Andy Finlay and he was absolutely brilliant. He understood the brief - 4 adults all expecting different experiences from Japan. We had about 3 or 4 online meetings where Andy wanted to know about us and what we wanted from the trip, each meeting we discussed different hotel options, locations, trips and agendas until we all agreed on the same itinerary and it was perfect it was tailor made to meet all of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, he really took the time to understand us and he was very quick to respond to any questions It also really helped that he had a vast knowledge of Japan having visited many times. The holiday ran as smooth as clockwork, really well organised, all the travel booked, tickets provided in advance, the app and the folder were brilliant with so much useful information to hand. We felt safe and knew we had back up of an issue arose. It allowed us to enjoy the adventure without the stress of having to book trips, travel etc.

Fantastic experience: Amazing advice for our bespoke tour of Japan from Andy Finlay From the initial enquiry through to finalising the holiday, we have been amazed at the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of our Travel Consultant Andy Finlay. He has helped us immensely through from deciding to visit Japan to tailoring a bespoke tour for us. Andy has been brilliantly responsive and helpful in advising us in planning our holiday, which we are really looking forward to. We will definitely be using Hays & Jarvis going forward and Andy has been amazing to deal with, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you !

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently got back from the most amazing trip in Japan, organised by the amazing team at Hayes and Jarvis. The trip was created and made for us but Andy who throughout the whole process went above and beyond for us. He listened to everything we said we wanted to do and put this into a tailor made itinerary with places and things to see that we hadn’t even thought of. He was so readily available and was always happy to tweak and change any bits to suit our needs. The holiday would not have been the same without all his amazing advice and pictures from his trip to Japan! He really felt like a friend after the year of planning and excitement. Negative experience: Very messy. I booked our trip with Hayes and Jarvis and, upon signing our contract and having paid for it in full, they handed us over to a trip co-ordinator who happened to work for their sister company Enchanting Travels. All of a sudden, we received emails from this company without any explanation as to why we were travelling with this company and not HJ. Many hiccups have been happening since the handover: code for choosing our seats on our outgoing flights not working, two separate bookings for our flights instead of one booking for all of us, no passwords for logging in the travel app, travel app containing incomplete and incorrect flight times, no information about visas until requested for it, etc. I do hope they make their best efforts to provide us with an adequate level of customer service given that we have paid a premium price for our holiday. I will write again for an update.

Fantastic experience: This is our third trip with H&J Western Canada, Australia and Eastern Canada. We have upsets like bush fires involving change of itinerary at the last minute, no drama just sorted. great service. All our reps have been great and thanks Beth for sorting things out for us this time.

Fantastic experience: We used H&J in 2019 was excellent and holiday was amazing. Always promised to return to India . October 2024 contacted HJ again, Chris Cook was faultless, friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: This is a review for my Travel Consultant Jas Bhela who has put together our itinerary for our honeymoon in China. Jas is very knowledgeable about travelling in China, having visited recently himself. Despite speaking to multiple travel agencies, we went with Hayes & Jarvis as Jas was able to give us special tips and additional information that the other providers did not. He also booked us special/more unusual experiences that were not in the standard packages offered by the others. He also spoke passionately about his travels in China which was motivating. Fantastic experience: Another holiday arranged for us by James Brown. He has the patience of a saint, changing our requirements at the last minute.A 4 centre trip to Vietnam. All the hotels we stayed in were perfect, Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon. We chose a 2 night cruise in Halong bay opting for a small boat which was great David our guide was very good. Sarnanku was great again checking us innon flights and aranging late hoftel check outs. His team were great as well, Binh in Hanoi, Vu in Hoi An and Phu in Saigon all sering us through to check in for our flights. Hayes and Jarvis take all the stress out of going on holiday, just as it should be. Darren and Sarah.

When some choices were unavailable (a very late booked holiday for next month) Emma quickly made contact to suggest alternatives & amend our itinerary. Fantastic experience: My experience of using Hayes and Jarvis was simply excellent. My wife and I trusted them to arrange our first ever trip to Kenya to enjoy a safari experience. From Chris Cook, who arranged a perfect itinerary for us, to Evans Alala who coordinated all local aspects of our time in Kenya and addressed any queries we had in country, the service can’t be faulted. A special mention has to be given to our drivers/guides, Richard (in Lake Elmentaita), and Patrick (in the Maasai Mara). They were both excellent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during the wildlife drives. We’ll definitely be making a return trip. I’d strongly recommend using Hayes and Jarvis if you’re thinking of a tailor made travel experience or holiday.

Fantastic experience: Magical tour of India and Goa. Excellent quality and value for money I had decided on a tailored tour of India and beach holiday in Goa. I was put in contact with Jasdeep Bhelaan, the India consultant for Hayes and Jarvi, who met all my expectations in terms of knowledge, skills expertise but also trust, confidence and commitment to ensure that all my preferences and wishes were realised and I got my dream holiday I had aspired to. Just as importantly I got a very personalised high quality package and excellent value for money. It was challenging because of my requirements at a time when the resources and accommodation I identified were at a premium and under great demand. However Jasdeep was undeterred and indefatigable in his determination to ensure all my wishes. Jasdeep’ s commitment and expertise was so commendable and priceless. Fantastic experience: My partner and I have just booked a trip to Singapore and Bali with Hayes and Jarvis this is the first time of booking with them. Having booked previously with another, far more expensive agent!, we have found Chris (our main point of contact) to be superb. He has answered every question, almost immediately. All the information was sent through so quickly and any amendments we requested were done with no fuss. He seems to work all hours! Once booked the excellent service has continued (unlike some companies we have had experience of). Fantastic experience: Thidara, who has organised our trip to Costa Rica was excellent. She listened and took on board exactly what we wanted and answered any questions and queries we had promptly, always calling at the pre arranged time with the answers. Cannot fault her. Obviously, we haven't been on the trip yet, going next February, so I will have to reserve judgement on the over all experience. Zully Briones is now looking after us, as our trip coordinator, who is based in Costa Rica and will now be our point of contact before and during our trip. We have had a "get to know each other" call and she immediately sorted out a query we had. I am sure nearer the time of our holiday, I shall have a few more questions and have more contact with her. Fantastic experience: We've just booked our 4th holiday with Hayes and Jarvis. Each one has been an adventure but with the safe and secure support of a great team on the ground. We're going back to India - this time to Kerala. Last time we 'did' the Golden Triangle with some extra days in Shimla via the Toy Train. India has amazing architecture, scenery, wildlife and very friendly people. Well worth booking. Our lastest booking was managed by Thidara, one of Hayes & Jarvis' booking agents. She was knowlegable and helpful with some great suggestions to improve our holiday and came up with a really good deal. Can't wait to go!

Fantastic experience: Just recently booked our dream holiday with James Brown and couldn't have asked for a more friendly, practical service and advice. It took 2 or 3 iterations to get there - more because as a couple, we had to find something that worked for both of us in terms of price and experiences. He was outstanding, we had various issues, first being covid restrictions, so we had to change dates, which was done very efficiently. Then we changed where we were going, due to Indonesia changing their laws regarding unmarried couples, we moved our holiday to the Maldives with no problem and are now looking forward to our escape in May

Fantastic experience: We have recently booked a holiday to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia with Hayes and Jarvis, with Matthew Doidge as our consultant. This was the resurrection of a trip that we had to cancel 5 years ago. Matthew listened carefully to our plans then worked extremely hard to meet our wishes. Fantastic experience: This will be my second holiday booked with Hayes and Jarvis. I booked with them to visit the Maldives in November 2018 and I will be going again in March 2023. I have been in contact with a lovely, helpful gentleman called Jasdeep who has done his absolute best to make sure that I have the best holiday that I can. Hayes and Jarvis invest their time with putting together the holiday of your dreams. Their latest concierge service will be a great benefit to me as I will be holidaying solo again and knowing that there is someone available 24/7 will give me peace of mind during my time away. Fantastic experience: Jas has been amazing throughout this process of deciding our destination and arranging our itinerary throughout. He gave us sound advice when we were choosing where we were going to go and how best to choose the destination. Fantastic experience: Really great service from Chris who promptly has arranged a tailor made trip to India for us. He came up with ideas and an itinerary based on a very loose plan I’d given him. The initial advice from Matthew (Doidge )through to the putting together the final itinerary was exemplary. Fantastic experience: We have recently booked our honeymoon with Chris at Hayes & Jarvis . The end result being time in Cape Town , a Safari followed by a beach break in Mauritius. We had an idea of what we wanted to do but no clear preference on timings / duration . Chris was patient and dealt with our million questions quickly and efficiently . He was able to add his personal experiences as well as his profession opinions to help us decide between various things. He provided revisions to proposals super quick and helped us get everything booked . We would highly recommend Chris and Hayes & Jarvis .

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just booked a trip to South America (Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and the Galapagos) with Hayes and Jarvis. This is our first time booking with them, and we were really impressed by the experience. In particular we appreciated that Beth gave us lots of different options for accommodation, and a choice of activities to tailor our holiday.
