Fantastic experience: Our trip to Europe was amazing, thanks the the Simplexity Travel Management team for arranging a phenomenal itinerary! The hotels we stayed in were carefully selected and are all located at the center of where all the fun things to visit or restaurants to eat at are all within a walking distance. Our transfer using the trains and planes were strategically arranged to have enough time in the day to sightsee. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We dealt with Holly to book a cruise, who was thoroughly competent and professional throughout. Holly thoroughly understood all our requirements and found us a cruise that fulfilled all of them. We would not hesitate to use Simplexity Travel again and can't recommend both the company and Holly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had to book emergency travel from London to Australia, without a current passport, and Alex was so helpful with advice and getting an itinerary together in a very short space of time. He is professional and knowledgeable, just what you need in times of crisis.

Negative experience: Terrible service, not able to resolve a very simple issue with a car rental. Repeat lies about following up on the issue with Avis for 8 months (!) and complete lack of understanding on how to treat frequent travellers on high budget who could have been repeat clients. Updating my review in view of Simplexity’s comments: what statement of lies are you referring to? What evidence do you have to substantiate that? I have all our correspondence in writing. While my travel agent was responsible for my entire booking, the car rental was outsourced to you, and you had taken it upon yourself to supposedly resolve the issue. Eight months of back and forth emails to prove this. Only today you offered a call on Monday, when I am unavailable. You had not found it appropriate once in those 8 months to approach me to clarify if anything I had requested was unclear (despite all being clearly explained in several emails) or to make a real effort to resolve a simple problem. You are only making an effort today because of this review. We travel extensively, so far to 111 countries, on high budget, always using highly experienced and professional, luxury travel agents. This was the first time we have attempted something different, and never again. I cannot imagine how anyone could be proud of this service.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Simplexity Travel and to Holly. We booked a month in South America for our honeymoon. The whole process was super easy. Holly worked with our budget and came up with a really special experience. We chopped and changed bits around too and she was very patient. We messaged her through our travels when we had questions and she answered our queries. Amazing experience. We will use them again!

Negative experience: I phone in to check about booking a holiday package to Spain with my family, on Their services list mentioned Visa arrangement and when I asked the guy he said no we do not deal with visa however I and my kids are British citizen but my partner is not. The guy respond was "we are not a visa agency" so it is better if they delete it from their list.

Fantastic experience: We used Simplexity Travel to plan our Honeymoon to Singapore and Bali earlier this month. The discussion process with the agent was very easy and we were able to book exactly what we wanted with any changes to rooms and flights along the way. They were always responsive to email and by phone to any queries that we had. We did have an incident where a transfer did not arrive however this was quickly resolved by a local agent and my messages were answered by the 24 hour emergency WhatsApp line. Will definitely be using again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I plus two friends have just returned from a wonderful three week stay at The Ixian Grand All Suites Hotel on the island of Rhodes. We stayed in adjoining Beachfront Grand Suites which boasted an infinity sharing pool with its own private area and sun decks. For peace and quiet you could not ask for more as they are away from the popular swimming pool and laid back from the beachfront. The perfect ‘adults only’ resort. Staying in the Grand Suites we were able to utilise for both breakfast and evening dinner, the excellent Alazonia restaurant. Needless to say the food was amazing whilst the staff, each and every one of them, deserve 11 out of 10 for their attention to detail and the friendly manner they went about their duties. It was tough saying our farewells to them as indeed it was leaving this wonderful Resort. (Photo of the staff attached) We also enjoyed two excellent evening dinners at the Milonges restaurant which specialises in Greek food. Again the food and staff were excellent with a special mention to Michael who was absolutely charming both in the restaurant and whenever we came across him elsewhere in the Hotel. Talking of special mentions, the main bar area would not be the same without the hardworking and seemingly ever present Manolis. During our stay we took time out to visit Lindos one evening which is a must for anyone visiting Rhodes, and also of course a couple of visits to Rhodes Old Town. Here we would strongly recommend a restaurant called Romeo. As you may imagine there is nothing that we could fault nor would we have wanted to. The whole three weeks proved to be excellent value for money and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Ixian (and indeed Simplexity themselves) to those who are contemplating visiting Rhodes. We ourselves look forward to returning to this jewel midst the Aegean Sea.

Fantastic experience: I had not booked a flight from this company but was getting confused with whether I needed to test and what test I needed to travel to porto. A very kind and helpful man called Mark helped me with all the answers I needed. Very frilendly

Fantastic experience: I phoned up requiring assistance regarding Covid-19 Travel regulations to Spain as I'm terrible with admin like this even though I hadn't booked the holiday through Travel Simplexity. Mark answered, and knowingly still helped me, was really friendly and provided me with all the information straight away. I felt this was cheeky on my behalf, but now I'm aware of Travel Simplicity and will be purchasing my next holiday through Mark. Many thanks again. Matt

Fantastic experience: So I used these guys for the first time to a recent trip to NYC and I will now keep using them. The attention to detail and the ease of actually talking to a human if their was anything I was unsure of was incredible. The only way to travel for me now!!!
