Negative experience: A true disappointment. They are not refunding my airline ticket that I couldn't use last April, due to COVID pandemic and closure of destination airport. Their accountant Shahd Ibrahim cannot be reached over the phone and he is not responding to my many emails despite promise to reimburse me now a month ago!!

Negative experience: The absolute worst company I have dealt with. I am chasing for my parents' ticket refund due to COVI pandemic, and they keep stalling me and telling me they are waiting for the airline to refund the money. I called the airline and went to their head office and they confirmed that the money was refunded to the agency ages ago. Now I am chasing and chasing for my money and the person is not responding to me at all!! Absolute thieves! I will be taking legal action. Clearly they have used this ticket money and other peoples money for other things.

Negative experience: Not answering calls and messages. Money from airlines has been refunded due to covid19 but they still havent sent funds back to customer. I can see other people are having the same issue.
