Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing experience in Mallorca with My World VIP! Hayley spent months planning with us in advance and was always super responsive. We were with four teenage boys and all the excursions were exceptional. On ground the team was on top of everything and Santi was a local expert who guided us through it all. We could not be happier! Top notch. We are probably going to go to Morocco just to use the service again :)

Fantastic experience: I used MyWorld VIP to plan my proposal in Mallorca from the U.K. From the get go I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and level of assistance even before confirming. Fantastic experience: When I booked a villa on Mallorca for our family and friends, a concierge service was included in the rental. While I wasn't sure what that would encompass, I was soon turned over to the good hands of My World VIP, and received an introduction from Hayley. What good fortune! I had no idea how helpful they would be and Hayley went above and beyond my expectations. I'm not sure what I would have done without her! She couldn't have been more accommodating: patiently responding to my million and one emails, helping me with an itinerary for each day's outings, providing restaurant recommendations, and then placing reservations for me. She even got us into restaurants that are notoriously difficult to book! Hayley was very familiar with the island and had tips on all the best places. We asked Hayley if she could book us a chef one evening, so we could relax and enjoy dinner at our beautiful home. Our group requested Paella, and we had the pleasure of being served by 2 wonderful chefs, Santi and Ricardo. They welcomed us into the kitchen so we could observe the prep process, and then we watched as they finished the Paella in a large pan out on the grill. It was outstanding! What a lovely evening, and in retrospect, I wish we had booked a chef for more than one night. Hayley offered us many other forms of entertainment, such as outdoor movies at home, or a day on the water, but we just weren't able to fit it into our schedule. Next time! I can't thank Hayley, and the team on Mallorca, enough for providing us with such a memorable vacation. I highly recommend their service!

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently went on a trip Mallorca and stayed in a beautiful air bnb. The host of the villa recommended using my world vip to book excursions, spa services, etc. I contacted Hayley and that was the best thing I ever did! Hayley is amazing! She booked a yacht tour for us, an amazing hike through orange orchards and olive groves ending in a fairy tale town with lunch at an amazing restaurant. She booked two incredible chefs who not only brought provisions to our villa but came and cooked us a five star meal and an amazing massage therapist who came to my villa. Through all of this she was extremely sensitive to our budget. She is truly an amazing person. BUT! There is so much more! She worked tirelessly to find the best restaurants for us even though it was February and most of the restaurants in the town we were in were closed! Lastly, my son developed a serious rash the last day and Hayley found a medical clinic open on SUNDAY for us to take him to. At the end of all this I asked her if she was aware she was adopting a family when I first emailed her (haha). She is the best! I feel like she’s a friend now! Seriously people!
