Fantastic experience: I won a competition with Tesco to win a Play on the Pitch at Manchester City and the prize was managed by Cloud Nine Incentives. Everything was well organised from the moment I was notified of the win to the event itself. All queries and questions were answered, and the whole event ran like clockwork. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Won a competition for a training day at Manchester City and Cloud 9 organised it. Communication in advance was spot on which helped us get where we needed to be without any trouble. The event itself was amazing. Afterwards we were treated to a meal and Cloud 9 were on hand throughout to make sure it was a real VIP experience. Genuinely had a wonderful time and can't fault the way it was organised which made it such a great day.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and Victoria arranged all the elements of a recent trip to Munich for Oktoberfest. They secured us a well-situated hotel that made it easy to explore the city. The location was just a short walk to the festival grounds, which allowed us to make the most of our time at Oktoberfest. Additionally, their restaurant reservations were spot-on. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing the best of Bavarian cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend Charlotte and Victoria at Cloud 9 Incentives.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a fantastic trip to Munich, courtesy of an Oktoberfest Camden Ale competition (thank you Camden). Charlotte and Victoria created an amazing itinerary with an ideally situated hotel, excellent restaurant bookings and city tours as well as the experience of Oktoberfest! We were well guided and looked after for the full 4 days and 3 nights. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 3 night stay in Chicago won with Chicago Pizza. It was absolutely amazing no problems with any of the organisation everything went like clockwork. The communications with Hollie Headland was perfect, she dealt with any questions I had immediately which made me feel confident that everything would go perfectly. Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to win a holiday voucher in a competition, & I got lucky twice, I needed to use Cloud Nine incentives, to book my holiday and use the vouchers. Charlotte Litchfield was my contact, and I can honestly say I have NEVER received such amazing service, from any Travel Company, if I emailed her I got a response usually same day or at the most the following day, I even receive£ an email on the day of departure, letting me know, that there may slight delays at customs in our arrivals airport. Fantastic experience: Lovely accommodation with a spacious luxurious room and bathroom. Breakfasts were different each day and delicious. The two restaurants were out of this world. Amazing food in a beautiful, relaxed, unfussy setting with knowledgeable, friendly staff. The organisation by Cloud Nine and the staff at L’Enlume was friendly, efficient and faultless, making the whole process very straightforward.

Following winning a competition with Lenor, the C9 team were so helpful to us in providing the holiday voucher, booking the trip for us including adding any upgrades we requested to maximise the voucher to full use! They were friendly and helpful, and very responsive to emails so the whole trip was organised easily. We are so grateful for their hard work and brilliant customer service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Cloud nine incentives were so helpful and professional in helping us to create our dream roadtrip! They were always willing to answer any questions and kept us informed at all times. When there was a problem with one of the hotels (which was nobody’s fault), they quickly organised another hotel for us. The whole trip including hotels, flights and car hire went smoothly and we made the best memories! Thank you cloud nine! A special thank you to Gemma who was so lovely on the phone when I was too shocked to speak, and Vicky and especially Charlotte who put their time into organising the whole trip and answering all of our questions.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to win a prize contest/draw managed by Cloud Nine Incentives for a major FMCG company which was for a day at the Wimbledon finals. The whole process was superb with great communications and excellent logistics on the day. A very memorable day so big thanks to the team.

Fantastic experience: I was the very lucky winner of a San Miguel garden makeover and Hollie from Cloud Nine was an absolute STAR during the whole process. There were lots of different items coming from different suppliers (sofas, bar, lights, shelves, fire pit) and everything was delivered safely and quickly to my beautiful new garden. We hit a snag as the quality of the first garden bar I ordered was poor (totally my fault) and Hollie was AMAZING throughout it all - dealing with the complaint and return, and approving a new and far superior bar to be installed from a more local supplier where I had been able to inspect it first. I honestly cannot thank Hollie enough for all her hard work and patience during the whole process. If ever she in Pembrokeshire she has an open invite to come and enjoy a glass of sparkly in my gorgeous new garden area. THANK YOU SO MUCH CLOUD NINE AND MOST OF ALL HOLLIE <3
