Fantastic experience: As a mature solo traveller I was finding it difficult finding a holiday that suited me. Then a friend suggested Michelle and my life changed from that point on. Not only did she find me the perfect holiday in Peru but has booked me a wonderful family holiday this coming Christmas in Florida and one for next year in Japan. Michelle is excellent at her job. She really listens to what you want and does her utmost to fulfil your needs. Definitely a 5 star service

Fantastic experience: I have used Michelle on a number of occasions to book holidays now. Her service is second to none, she always has a wealth of knowledge of destinations and does research for you to see what are the most cost effective options available. Overtime she gets to know you and what you like so now I just let her get on with picking my accommodation. She stays in touch between booking and your departure incase you want to book excursions or transport to airport, and I love receiving my cute travel wallet with all my documents a few days before departure. Once you’re on your holiday, Michelle sends you a text message checking everything is ok, providing that extra reassurance that she is on hand and hasn’t forgotten you.

We could not recommend Michelle enough, she took away all the stress of having to trawl through websites and package deals, whilst also finding the absolute best deal tailored us. Fantastic experience: Michelle was recommended to us by a friend. I spoke to Michelle about what we were looking for and we suggested a couple of hotels we were thinking of in the Seychelles. She recommended we go for the Kempinski resort as it met a lot of our requirements. Throughout the booking process Michelle kept us informed and responded quickly to the numerous questions we had. She got in touch with the hotel to ensure all our requirements were fulfilled. She took away the stress of booking our holiday and everything went very smoothly. Fantastic experience: Taken me to long to write this with life getting in the way :) We booked with Michelle through a recommendation from a friend. We asked Michelle if she could arrange a day trip to Lapland for us and she did that and then some!!! So initially we booked for 2020 and unfortunately Covid hit and delayed us until Dec 2021. Michelle was absolutely fantastic when the delay came she kept us up to date with all the changes as they were so difficult to get your head around (thanks for that Boris). Anyway 2021 came around and it was a nerve racking month with Covid still playing its part!!! But not to worry as Michelle provided us with regular updates... advised on where to book our Pre departure covid tests... completed our checking for us before arrived. We honestly couldn't have asked for better. To top it off Michelle even sent my 2 boys a Xmas gift which they absolutely loved and is something Michelle didn't have to do. I would highly recommend Michelle's service and will without doubt utilise it again in the future. I never felt like I needed to worry about anything .....other than it being cancelled which as good as Michelle was she could not control :) Thank you again for your help with everything x

Fantastic experience: Michelle organised a very last minute family trip for us (4 days prior to leaving!) to the Canary islands. She arranged everything from booking luggage, check in and arranging a private airport transfer to and from the hotel. Michelle was brilliant throughout and was always on hand to contact her with any questions that we had. Her attention to detail to find the right holiday for us was brilliant and i would highly recommend using Michelle to arrange your next trip abroad.

Fantastic experience: We asked Michelle to find us a group trip for eight people to India. She was fantastic and with her experience and expert knowledge found us a great trip to the Golden Triangle ... then Covid struck and like so many folks we had to cancel and re think and re plan. Again Michelle was superb and although we decided on a much different type of holiday her knowledge and insight helped us plan and book a trip this coming September on a river cruise down the River Danube and incorporating a rail journey across Europe to get there. We are super excited and very grateful to Michelle who has guided us through the exact type of travel and accommodation. Fantastic experience: I would like to take this opportunity to thank Michelle for organising our holiday. I’m an incredibly busy person so for me trawling through online offers, brochures, looking for the best options etc was very daunting. I met with Michelle and discussed what I wanted to get out of my holiday, from this she gave me 3 options and I chose Mexico. Covid had a major impact on our plans but at every step Michelle kept us up to date with our options. We finally managed to get away this January and again Michelle was there to help check me in, advice on the travel restrictions. When we were on holiday I even received a text not only wishing us a lovely holiday but also that some restrictions were being lifted. I cannot highly recommended the service and expertise Michelle can offer and I will definitely be booking my next holiday with her.

Fantastic experience: I gave Michelle a brief explanation of what we’d like for a ladies trip away this coming June and within 24 hours she had sent us some fabulous places we all agreed on one of the ones Michelle recommended, a couple out of our group needed to catch a different flight due to work commitments but nothing was too much trouble for Michelle. We have since gone on to book our family cruise for this summer, once again it was so simple to sort with the experience Michelle has, would highly recommend Michelle.

Fantastic experience: Michelle originally found us a magical holiday in the Caribbean for our Wedding and honeymoon, unfortunately, like many others, this all went out the window with Covid. Michelle kindly reserved our deposit for a future holiday. Although we decided to get married in the UK during lock down, we now have a big birthday and honeymoon to look forward to. Fantastic experience: Michelle has planned our honeymoon for us to Canada. She listened to our dream and made it become a reality. We had a lot of expectations and Michelle worked tirelessly to ensure it was all within our budget. Sadly our wedding and honeymoon has been postponed due to COVID-19 but Michelle arranged and sorted everything out to ensure we have not lost out at all. Fantastic experience: We first used Michelle to organise a 2 centre trip to Turkey in 2019. All hotels recommended by Michelle were excellent. We particularly loved the cave hotel that Michelle found for us in Cappadocia. Michelle also booked trips for us in advance, including a spectacular sunrise balloon flight. There were lots of ‘little touches’ throughout the booking process and also whilst we were away which really added the ‘personal touch’. For example, shortly after arrival at each hotel Michelle contacted us to ensure we were happy with everything. As a result of our experience, we used Michelle to organise a Norwegian Fiords cruise. We were due to go in July 2020. Naturally, with C-19, we weren’t able to go. Michelle was very prompt at dealing with the rescheduling of the booking to 2021. Again, a very responsive and professional service ( and much easier then spending hours on the phone trying to get through to the cruise operator). I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle to friends and colleagues.

Fantastic experience: We asked Michelle to help us plan our dream honeymoon and she went above and beyond for us. I can not fault the service she gave us to tailor a once in a lifetime trip and all of the excursions and activities. She sat with us and planned then trip based on our preferences rather than the holidays you get from other suppliers.
