Positive experience: Gemma helped us with our booking. Lovely lady. But needs to look into the hotels they recommend. Take Regina Hotel, Sunny Beach off their list. It, and it's staff, are not fit for purpose. The English are not welcome.

Fantastic experience: Easy to book with very friendly staff Gemma excellent. Hayes called us why we where in Dublin to make sure we where OK and after the riots . That was very nice to know they cared about us x

Fantastic experience: My daughter Atlanta wanted to book a city break today in either Amsterdam Krakow or Prague she was very nervous so I accompanied her for reassurance. On arrival.I put her in the trusty hands of Tracey who put her at ease and explained everything to her clearly and with great care and attention she found a great deal for Krakow Atlanta left holiday booked and extremely happy and had an excellent customer satisfaction experience
