Fantastic experience: We used the Rugby Man for our U15’s tour last weekend to Amsterdam, nothing was to much trouble planned and organised everything for us, even last minute details and checked on us throughout the weekend! Great time had by all will definitely use him again!! 10/10 thank you!

Fantastic experience: Initially when I was in charge of organising my universities squash societies tour I was a bit worried about the process of booking group flights and accommodation and how complicated it may be. Using jack to book our trip to Prague made the process so easy and took the stress off my shoulders. Everyone on tour had an amazing time, the best part probably being the Booze Cruise Boat tour followed by partying in the club. If there were any issues prior and during the trip I could easily message Jack and things were efficiently sorted. I will definitely pass his number onto next years tour sec!

He is quick and efficient at communicating and has been very helpful when dealing with logistical tasks such as booking flights, hotels, and airport transfers. He has your best interest at heart and understands the intentions of rugby tours/ knows the vibe. He also was extremely helpful when we ran into an issue with the hotel and helped us sort out the issue.

Fantastic experience: Jack was amazing organising our trip to Lloret de mar for our university women’s rugby team. He made the entire process seamless, despite some of the hiccups we had travelling (out of our control), Jack was up till 2am to make sure we ended up where we needed to be! Could not fault the process or his help planning our trip for over 50 people.

Jack has great experience at organising short and long trips to most parts of the world and this knowledge kept us in good stead throughout our tour, giving us peace of mind that the difficult parts of the organisation (i.e. travel to/from and timings and organised excursions/fun) were in hand. Sorting that out for 30 people is no easy feat and Jack managed this with aplomb. The transport was always on time, safe and of a good standard. Always available to answer questions pre-tour and whilst we were in Vietnam, namely where the nearest bar was, Jack also has deceptively good knowledge of bridges, which was vital to our tour. Fantastic experience: Jack organised a seamless tour to Bilbao for our group of 30 veterans. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he even attended some of our pre-tour meetings to give some valuable local knowledge. This is the second tour Jack has arranged for us and we are already talking to him about a third. Wouldn’t entertain using anybody else.

Fantastic experience: Jackery organised our tour to Vietnam, and I had a great time and learnt a lot about bridges. My favourite was the bridge of many flags, which, fun fact: nobody knows where the origins of that name came from. Would highly recommend for any group trips/tours you want planning, also fantastic for ghost hunting expeditions.

Fantastic experience: The Rugby Man organised our club tour to Vietnam. One of the best I’ve ever been on - he found us good opposition teams, recommended good places to go and organised a group of 28 from London -> Hanoi -> Cat Ba -> Ha long Bay -> Danang -> Hoi An -> Ho Chi Minh and most of us made it home. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Recently, Jack massively helped the University of Warwick Swimming and Water Polo club organise an amazing tour to Albufeira for 49 people. Jack helped us along every step of the way, even being available whilst we were travelling and constantly checking in on us in case anything went wrong. Without Jack organising a trip for 49 people would’ve been immensely difficult and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. Having Jack sort out accommodation and flights was also extremely useful as it allowed me to put my focus elsewhere on the trip. I would 100% recommend to any University club or society for planning international tours.

Fantastic experience: I've been involved with a number of our university rugby clubs (both Women's & College) tours to Budapest, Albufeira & Prague and Jack has perfectly orchestrated these. Fantastic experience: From the start, Jack was clearly working for our group and what we wanted from sports tour creating an individualised experience for our team. Contact was frequent throughout and it is clear that Jack has lots of experience working with large groups, with an answer to every question and solution to any issues. Even whilst away, there was option for contact which made us feel safe with 24/7 support and checking in to confirm fixtures ran well etc. They provided us with tour t-shirts which were loved by the group and give us a lasting memory of the trip! As a group, we cannot thank Jack enough for the support in organising our first sports tour and will 100% be using his service again alongside recommending to all other sports club (not just for rugby!!)

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a hockey tour to Budapest which was organised through Jack. The organisation was brilliant from start to finish. Jack organised our flights, transfers, hockey matches, accommodation (we were given a selection of recommend accommodation which other groups similar to ours had stayed in which was really helpful. We made the final choice which Jack then booked.) and extra activities too! We were given an itinerary before we left but even when we were away Jack was always on hand if we ever needed assistance. He would check up on how we were getting on throughout the trip which was really thoughtful. In the run up to our tour Jack was able to offer guidance in what extra activities we could book which I thought was a really nice touch as we weren’t sure where to begin! He would then gather feedback on the activities after we had participated in them which he could pass onto future tours which i thought was brilliant. We were a little sceptical of organising a tour of 33 people and how it would all run but with jack’s help we were able to organise a really successful tour. I would really recommend Jack if you are looking to book a trip away as a group!

Fantastic experience: Jack has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start of our planning has been supportive and welcoming of our ideas. With a group tour of 33 we were worried about high prices but he managed to get us the best deal we have had on tour in the past 4 years. Jack organised our accommodation, transfers, flights, hockey games and much more before we arrived in Budapest. This meant we had a very relaxed lead up to the trip and we were confident that everything would go to plan. Whilst on tour he was available for 24 hour constant support which was very useful. Jack had prepared us so well we did not need much help when we were over in Budapest but it was great to know we could get in touch if needed. Jack made sure to check up on us after every excursions to make sure that everything went to plan and if not, was there feedback that could be used for future groups. Everything sorted behind the scenes so the 30 of us could just enjoy the tour for what it was. He takes care of everything that you wouldn’t think to do originally- from transfer buses to insurance for fixtures. The fact that he could arrange a fixture for us in Budapest, where there are only 2 rugby clubs in the whole city is testament to his organisation and dedication. He was excellent in advising where to check out and explore in the city, and even though nothing want wrong was always on hand to make sure everything went swimmingly. Fantastic experience: I recently travelled with a group of keen rugby supporters to Tblisi in Georgia for the Second Tier European Championship Match between Georgia and Spain. The trip was arranged from start to finish by "The Rugby Man" and I was hugely impressed by the efficiency of the arrangements, the class of the accommodation and the quality of the entertainment. Complex flying itineraries, via Kiev or Istanbul, were handled with ease. The hotel was warned of our late arrival (after 1am) and still managed to offer us a drink. Airport and match day transfers were perfect and Mr Peters, the "Rugby Man" himself, even arranged a spectacular Georgian Feast for us as well as a splendid wine tasting day out. Fantastic experience: I think meeting Jack was fate.... We basically had been let down by our original football tour provider two months before I was supposed to take 16 football students away to Valencia for their end of season tour. So instead of breaking their hearts I bumped in to Jack and he was able to make mine and our students dreams all come true. He was able to book exactly the same tour for the same price and in my eyes provide us with exceptional service, professionalism and confidence from start to finish. I am writing this on our final day of our tour and it really has been amazing the accommodation was exceptional. The flights and transfers were smooth and fluid (with 16 teenagers that's a miracle) the excursions to the Marsella football stadium and Valencia bike tour were amazing and all the other behind the scenes organisation that Jack took care of was fantastic. We were in good hands from the day we landed till the minute we left. We at Shrewsbury town in the Communtiy 100% recommend Jack and his company and we will defiantly be using Jack next year to book our next tour. Thank you once again Jack.

All logistics, including flights, transfers and accommodation were well planned and ran incredibly smoothly. The accommodation where we stayed was well set-up to deal with a rugby team and were very welcoming! Also the fixture itself was ideal in terms of standard and the post match hospitality with a great evening wit beers and barbeque. This was a real highlight so credit to Imola RFC also! Fantastic experience: Great organisation on a recent tour to Moldova. Everything had been researched and thought through; flights, hotel, transportation, activities. Fantastic experience: Recently toured Moldova with TRM and couldn't recommend highly enough. Great tour stash, interesting location, transport provided throughout (although he could not prevent us getting bogged...) and a guided tour of Europe's largest wine cellar followed by drinks with the Molodvan national team, this was touring at its finest.

Fantastic experience: It was my first year organising a rugby tour for my uni, and Jack front The Rugby Man made my job incredibly easy. We went on tour to Prague and it was a fantastic trip. At the airport, one of the players left their passport at home and The Rugby Man were straight on the scene to help out the situation, so our lad was with us the next day.
