Fantastic experience: Once again Rebecca found us the perfect family holiday. An amazing family villa, good flights, hire car and even found activities for us to do too. She's always so easy to discuss plans with and manages to find great accommodation for every holiday we've had with her. This was our third trip we've booked and it's so much easier than the nightmare of all the elements independently. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from the most AMAZING 10 day honeymoon to Mauritius thanks to our wonderful Travel Counsellor Rebecca Berzins. I cannot recommend her enough! We had so much stress to deal with planning our wedding, so it was an absolute dream to know our honeymoon was in such capable hands and we didn't have to think about it. I had full faith in her from the start as she is so knowledgeable about the area and hotel options, a real life travel guru! Rebecca was very patient with my moments of indecision(!) and created the most perfect trip for us including everything we wanted and more. Our stay at the Lux Grand Gaube was nothing short of perfection, incredible food, drinks, top service and the water sports on offer were just fantastic for us. Rebecca totally nailed it! The little touches from Rebecca made our trip so special. She checked in for us, organised meet and greet airport parking and even arranged a lounge pass for us to make us feel that little more special as we travelled out. She organised bubbly on arrival at the hotel, and there were little notes for us in each hotel as we checked in just to wish us a lovely time and remind us she was there if we needed her. On the way back, she checked us into the airline again and even asked the hotel to deliver our boarding passes to our room! Totally above and beyond and it gave us complete peace of mind and really made our trip so stress-free and special. Michaela, Rebecca's pre-departure concierge was also fantastic and so warm and helpful. Michela helped by booking our restaurants at the hotels and organising spa treatments for us as I was worried they might get booked up! I cannot recommend booking with Rebecca enough, we will definitely be using her again for our next trip. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: I am currently sitting in a beautiful little cottage in Dorset which Rebecca helped us find. She was such a pleasure to talk to right from the start, so helpful and friendly. I explained in short what we wanted from our holiday and how long we were willing to travel, and Rebecca narrowed down the whole country to a perfect handful of options. What was the icing on the cake for us was that Rebecca considered our 2 year old in every situation and found places we could take her and things that the whole family could enjoy. It really took the stress out of booking a holiday and I really appreciated the time she saved us in the research. Thank you Rebecca we can’t wait to book our next trip with travel counsellors.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the amazing Rebecca Berzins Travel Counsellor, who, totally unflustered, sourced flights, transfers, insurance, airport hotel, resort hotel and car hire just three weeks before Xmas! I can't begin to thank her enough, as the stress levels within the family would have been sky-high if we'd tried to organise it ourselves. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and Rebecca was on hand while we were away. Not that we'd have needed her as she'd dealt with even the small details to ensure we'd have a great time. The hotel exceeded our expectations, the transfers worked like a dream. Now I can't imagine ever booking a holiday without contacting Rebecca first!
