Fantastic experience: I went on one of these retreats towards the end of last year, and am just back on the site now looking to book my next one now. It's almost hard to describe exactly what the holiday was, given the blend of yoga, fitness, relaxation, massage, healthy (but delicious) food and even talks on wellbeing, nutrition and cooking. Writing that makes it sound like there was almost too much going on! The truth is, you can pick and choose what you want to do and what you don't. I actually found that, whilst I wanted a really relaxing break, I ended up doing most of the activities - I found myself somehow more relaxed at the end of the week for it too. As well as being more relaxed, I was amazed at how my body changed, even in just one week. I was doing a light jog each morning, Yoga most days, some other exercise and eating well, but still - within one week to be able to see the change was quite extraordinary. And the final thing worth mentioning really is the people. Not just the team who make it all happen (who were absolutely great) but actually the people you meet on the trip. Such a lovely bunch, am happy to say i'm still in touch with many of them even a year later. I took some photos of the trip which I'll try to attach to this review so you can get a better feel for what it's like. But yes, absolutely one of the most enjoyable, relaxing, healthy weeks away I've ever had - hence being about to book it again!
