Fantastic experience: At 9pm last night our holiday was cancelled by text when we were all packed ready to leave for the airport the following morning. The Jet2 helplines were closed until 8am the following day and no other available holidays were showing online. Luckily, for the first time ever, I’d booked our trip through an agent after seeing Simon being recommended. He worked until midnight last night trying to find us somewhere else to go. He understood what we wanted and kept going until he found something for us. He acted as though his own holiday had been cancelled not ours! Every single holiday I book from now will be with Simon, I highly recommend you do the same. Fantastic service and very tolerant of my pestering!

Fantastic experience: Amazing..... If anyone is considering using Designer Travel id recommend them all day long. Nothing was any trouble. Between Simon and his wife Kristy they sorted out our wedding in the Dominican Republic. From start to finish they stayed in touch, if they didn't know the answer to our questions they made sure they found them out. I honestly will say i will only use Designer travel moving forward, Friendly, approachable and reliable everything you need when booking a holiday.
