Fantastic experience: Ray and Steven were amazing. We (a large family) were with them for 2 full days from Edinburgh up to the Highlands and everything in between. Fantastic guides, professional, and absolutely focused on every detail of the trip, also just good people. Super accommodating to make the tour was special for everyone in our large family group from 75 years of age down to 8 years of age. We can now say we have friends in Scotland. Would definitely recommend Crosby and Bruce, when back in town we will be seeing Ray and Steven again.

Fantastic experience: My 90-year-old mother, sister, and I just completed an 11 day tour of Scotland and the Lake District of England with Stephen, our driver/guide from Crosby & Bruce. It was an outstanding trip in every way. We arrived with a plan but were also open to surprises. Stephen did not disappoint. Whether a moving, private visit to Lockerbie (personal connection) or discovering a new drive in the Glen Nevis (below Ben Nevis) area, or being surprised with a visit to Vindolanda and it's excellent sites, or the standing stones that were an Outlander inspiration - Stephen made it happen. The Mercedes was a perfect vehicle - comfortable and excellent viewing. Stephen was the best and safest driver I've ever encountered. Scotland captured my heart and Crosby & Bruce made that possible.

Fantastic experience: We had the best day traveling from Edinburgh to St. Andrews with our guide Peter. His knowledge of Scotland history and the sites enriched our overall experience. Peter even arranged a reservation for lunch on the Old Course. We were so relieved when we needed to change our reserved day and they were able to accommodate. The hospitality and professionalism was beyond a five star experience! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We did a private tour from Edinburgh to St Andrew's. Our driver Stephen was prompt. We all commented that Stephen was the best guide we have had and we have done many trips together. Very knowledgable with interesting stories to match. We toured St Andrew's on a Sunday when the Old Course is closed to golf. Stephen took us to the Swilken Bridge for the photo op. Stephen was also kind enough to do a side trip to my families ancesterol home in Dundee. We had a great day and memories for a lifetime. I would strongly reccomend C and B especially Stephen. The next time I return, it is with my golf clubs.

Fantastic experience: When you sign up with Crosby & Bruce, you are unknowingly signing up for the best decision you've made for your holiday. As soon as your adventure begins, you realize the professionalism and passion of Crosby & Bruce. After a brief description of your itinerary, off you go on a delightful journey of music, sights and an insightful historical description of everything you see and do, which for us was a bespoke tour of a pair of distilleries, a drive through the Highlands, a stop at a breathtaking Loch and a visit to a national park for a amazing hike to stretch the legs. Everything was metered to perfection and the day exceeded every lofty expectation we had given my interactions with Crosby & Bruce prior to the day of our tour. I can not stress enough the professionalism, and more importantly, the passion of the Crosby & Bruce staff throughout our journey. They say some go the extra mile, Crosby & Bruce literally and figuratively went the extra 110 miles to ensure that we saw, but more importantly, felt and learned Scotland. To say this is five star is to discount an organization that actually exceeds that standard and finds the sixth star. Don't search any longer and book your tour. You won't regret it. It was one of the best days of my life.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this company. Ray went above and beyond and made our tour through the highlands exceptional. From the historical events in the areas we went to- to the film and tv locations -we got to see it all and there was a story for every place. Beyond the tour aspect Ray was a great guide, the car was clean, we were safe on the road, and the recommended accommodations were exactly what we needed. Nonstop laughs and amazing memories. Fantastic experience: We had the most wonderful day with Ray! I booked the Loch Lomond and Highlands tour to Glencoe as a surprise for my parents. It is a tour we will never forget. Ray is very passionate about being a guide and giving his customers the best possible Scottish experience. He is a master storyteller, orchestrating the history and legends perfectly to the setting and his well thought through choice of music. The car was brand new and comfortable, the route with its stops and food possibilities well planned. Even his outfit and the place for a wee dram were perfect. Fantastic experience: Our tour with Ray was outstanding! We had never been to Scotland before and had no idea where to go, and as a local, he showed us a bit of everything in one day! We saw castles, lakes, rivers, small cozy towns, the forest, the highlands, the best shops and restaurants, locally owned. Best food, best scenaries, avoided the crowds. 2 people completely worth the price. This is the best tour I have been in my life and we are eager travellers. So much history and stories, the music, all the details. I cannot recomend him enough. Ray was outstanding, the tour was magnificent, our day was beyond wonderful!

Fantastic experience: My family and I were lucky enough to go with Crosby & Bruce for our tour of the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye. Ray (owner of the company) was an incredible guide throughout our tour. Very professional with a beautiful vehicle, with a great sense of humour and an incredible wealth of knowledge of the area. Ray does a great job of making the tour fun and personalised, and makes the whole experience feel incredibly special and luxurious. He picked us up on time with great communication prior from our hotel in Edinburgh. His luxury and spacious Mercedes van came stocked with water and everything you might need (including umbrellas to deal with the ever changing weather in Scotland). I could not recommend Ray and his company enough. A true professional through and through. Rays enthusiasm and love of his job shines through the tour and I would do this tour again just to learn more about this great country from Ray. Thank you Ray- you’re incredible with what you do.

Fantastic experience: We just finished a lovely 11 day Scotland Vacation which was capped off with an 8 day guided tour in the Highlands with Ray (owner of Crosby and Bruce). I can not say enough wonderful things. I would recommend his services to anyone considering a trip to Scotland whether they be singles, couples, families, or groups. Every detail, every surprise stop, every recommendation was perfection. We were guided safely around the highlands in the most comfortable of accommodations where he would have a fresh bottle of water waiting for us daily. I do not think his eye for detail and planning could be matched elsewhere. We were hanging on his every word during his passionate delivery of historical details and storytelling. This was NOT your boring bus tour with stock presentation. He is so very knowledgeable and passionate. As he said in his email to me “Don’t worry.
