Fantastic experience: Recently went on an Umrah trip with a Seerah tour organised by Mayar Travel. It was a part of a group visiting Makkah and Medinah and I had an amazing experience on this. The guide was well organised and kept us informed of all relevant details at all times prior to our trip. He was always at hand to help with any questions or issues before and during the trip, and he gave interesting insights about the holy cities which helped enrich the experience. Alhamdulillah we were able to have a smooth travel experience with no issues and I enjoyed a spiritually nourishing journey with a friendly group environment. I found the itinerary was well set in not being too busy, thus ensuring we had plenty of time to appreciate the mosques and cities, while also having the option to attend ziarat tours (visiting other sites of Islamic significance). There was also plenty of flexibility for attendees to decide what they wanted to do, which helped cater for all in the group. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to visit the holy cities.

Fantastic experience: If you’re planning on going on Hajj or Umrah this is the best travel agents to use. Amr ,who accompanied us on the trip, made sure everything was checked prior to departure giving everyone a sense of ease and better focus on your spiritual experience of Umrah/Hajj than the logistical side of it. Fantastic experience: Last month I had the privilege to perform Hajj where Amr from Mayar Travel was our guide. He was one of the stars of the trip and honestly the level of service and support he provided was outstanding. Amr was always thinking ahead making sure that we had all the information we needed, our rooms setup in advance, excellent advisor on a lot of the admin and transportation questions we had for him. He continuously checked in on us and proactively provided guidance on issues we faced. His support definitely made Hajj a much more smoother and enjoyable experience than we expected. Fantastic experience: Alhamdullah me and my wife did Hajj this year 2024 with Mr Amr who was very helpful and supportive in every step of our Hajj. Starting before travelling and tutoring sessions. Fantastic experience: I travelled with my family (young children and elderly grandparents) in February 2023 to perform Umrah. I found br Amr from Mayar Travel exceptionally helpful. He assisted us with the entire process from start to finish and managed to secure hotels in Makkah and Madinah that were located appropriately for travelling with children and the elderly. Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive of booking umrah with a toddler and from day one I was reassured by brother Amr how he would coordinate most of the trip to give least stress to myself. I can absolutely confirm this umrah experience during Feb half term 2023 was thoroughly organised well by Mayar travel and everything went smoothly alhamdulila. I had no hassle at any of the hotels for check in as brother Amr had organised the rooms in advance and to be ready. The airport service was greatly organised and having a driver was very convenient. Fantastic experience: Mayar Travel organised my first Umrah trip in October 2022. I travelled alone with a group and at first I felt a little apprehensive but Mayar Travel made it very comfortable for me. The whole trip was very well organised, the hotels were beautiful and very close to the Haram. They organised a meeting before hand to give out all the information and instructions. They stayed with the group throughout the trip and during Umrah, Sheikh Anis was with us and was very helpful throughout. Positive experience: Not happy with the experience (both Mayar and ElMakay travel): - Not informed of options for the length of the visit - No basic hygienic measures - No clarification that ElMakay rather than Mayar travel will be handling the trip - Improper advice not to take money which proved to be incorrect and incurred a lot of expenses mainly for transportation - Substandard Mekka Hotel not even matching 4 stars - Luxury room for the leader while tight double rooms converted to 4-bedded for the Hajj group - Very poor arrangements of Mena tents - Unprofessional and irresponsible handling of problems when declared responsibility for lost luggage then acting passively and without care or enough attention. - Announced initially there will be a Buffet dinner in the hotel after return from Mena then announced there is no dinner and left the group without any arrangements for dinner. - Surprised people while stepping to the bus asking them to pay 20 SR each to take them to visit Medina sites. Not heard of similar thing with any other company! - Poor attitude from the leaders in the way they treat the group. Lack of respect! - Denying responsibility for the draw backs and putting the blame on their partner (Mayar travel) completely unprofessional. - Other groups in the same Medina Hotel treated in a better way and were provided with better food stuff. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic experience: We have recently moved to Altrincham and Mayar travel are literally on our doorstep. 10 days ago we decided to take a spontaneous trip to Ibiza and I had seen a holiday through TUi. I called Mayer and I have honestly never spoken to a more obliging guy. He immediately found the holiday I had seen and facilitated the booking. Nothing was too much trouble, he returns calls when he says he will and he printed off our boarding passes when our printer played up.. He has completed our break with a follow up call to ensure everything was ok which to me makes a big difference if he is going to advise other customers in the future. This local family run business is absolute class and I will definitely be seeking out their advice and help again soon when we book our cruise.

From the professionalism, high organisational skills, to the honesty and quality of service. It sure stood out to us all! The group leader ‘Amr’ went above & beyond at every point to ensure everything was to a good standard, particularly when our first hotel at Medina was not what we expected in many ways. (Quite unlucky & a shock to all, seeing as the hotel was used previously in the past with no issues, but had recently dropped in standards). Nonetheless he made the effort to go himself & try get us moved to a different hotel (which was not what we were expecting at all - in other words we thought we would have to deal with it for the time being). The whole trip was well planned, with day trips in both Mecca & Medina, including all ‘must visits’, giving us all wonderful knowledge of all the historic places. Both hotels were amazing & literally steps away from the Haram/Mosque in both cities. Was so thankful to be blessed with this opportunity to perform Umrah with an amazing group. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mayar Travel. My husband and I only decided three weeks ago to have a holiday in Corfu. I didn't want to organise this myself with so many scams around and such a huge number of places to choose from. I called in to Mayar Travel and the service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for Amr who took my list of criteria for our perfect holiday and found the ideal place. When we arrived at our holiday destination it was exactly as described and in fact, the dozen or so pictures we had seen of it did not do it justice - it really was everything we had wanted A hire car was included and we had the best holiday.
